After getting stitches at urgent care, Dr. Cho and two of his team members got me in after hours to begin the repair process. He was able to remove one tooth and put in some cadaver bones, and shave the other two down. They were able to order me a temporary tooth until I'm able to get a full transplant matching my tooth color. He also was able to get me an additional appointment within 36 hours for the crowns needed on my other teeth. Addressing my injury aside, Dr. Cho was a calming and gentle presence in a very traumatic time. He worked with my husband and I on insurance and billing, answered all our questions and talked us through the process. We are extremely thankful!

They have consistently been professional, friendly, and respectful, and I have never had any issues -- until recently. Last July, I received a call from a staff member named Jamie (I'm unsure of the spelling) while I was on my way to an appointment. She spoke to me in a loud and condescending tone, accusing me of being late multiple times. I was surprised by this, as it seemed unusual for a dental office to keep such a record, but I chose not to let her rudeness affect me and went ahead to my appointment and booked my next appointment. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 4:00 p.m. I live about 11 minutes away and left my home at 3:45 p.m. While driving on Bothell-Everett Highway in heavy rain, traffic slowed significantly. As I reached the light to turn into the office complex,around 4:06 p.m. I received another call from Jamie. She again spoke in a harsh and disrespectful tone, informing me that my appointment was canceled because I had supposedly been late to nine previous appointments. I explained that I was just on the traffic light turning into the building, but she continued to speak to me in a very dismissive and rude manner, and cancelled my appointment. As a paying patient, I found her behavior completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I felt disrespected and spoken to in a way no patient should experience. It is especially disappointing because I have always appreciated Dr. Berry's care and the professionalism of his staff. It first started when I walked in the building looks updated although when you get to the small things the office was dirty around the seating and had a strange smell the whole time similar to cat piss. The employee at the front desk was as expected average just there to get paid so not overly great nor bad. The real issue started when I got in the chair they didn't make me feel extremely welcome which is something that didn't really matter but still took notes of it. When the work started it was a simple filling but the dental assistant couldn't operate the drill properly causing slip ups and resulting in my whole mouth to be in immense pain. After the brutal filling the dentist came over to inspect. The dentist began by checking the word said it seemed to be good but then proceeded to stick his fingers and at one point full fist down my throat I began to gag and was having trouble breathing this continued for several minutes it was extremly painful as well as traumatizing. Honestly I'm not surprised by this experience since I've tried to have the same cavity filled there 3 times but they never seem to listen when I explain there filling always comes out. They have terrible service they don't like to listen to feedback and they are inappropriate and inadequate to operate dental equipment and run simple procedures. I will not be making a return ever again this place is terrible only go if you like to be in pain and be treated like a scumbag.
