At that point, we were already at the facility. Issues: Late Cancellation : The cancellation was communicated by phone message rather than advance notification, providing no time to adjust plans. Inconsistent Cancellation Policy : Patients are charged a penalty fee for same day appointment cancellations. The clinic cancelled with no compensation, alternative offered. Our re schedule is 2 months from date was cancelled. Unprofessional Response : We received NO APPOLOGY from the nurse/MA, either in the voicemail or in person. The interaction lacked accountability. Significant Scheduling Impact : As a result of this cancellation, my father's next available appointment was rescheduled two months later, requiring ADDITIONAL time off work. Management should review same-day cancellations to ensure patient respect and courtesy.

Get a lot of "uh huh, uh huh," and then onto the script that had nothing to do with what I was asking. Secondly, they are always in a hurry, barely giving 10 minutes of time even though they are always late for the appointment. Thirdly, they actually made stuff up in my record. When asked if I had a history of x and y, and said no...and i didn't. The record then said recovery was complicated by history of x and y. When I questioned this, the response was that the doctor thought it was possible, even though I had never experienced x or y. Final note, and not the last thing I could say, I have seen the surgeon once since surgery. All follow on appointments have been with a PA. My guess is that the surgeon has to try and con a new patient into unnecessary surgery...his time with me is over from a corporate perspective.

The nurse assigned to us was cold, difficult to understand, and provided very little communication or clear instruction throughout the visit. After tests were performed, we were left waiting in the hallway with little to no updates. Staff would often walk away without answering questions or explaining what was happening next. The lack of communication was so poor that we found ourselves having to ask other staff members for information. We were even close to leaving before receiving discharge paperwork because no one followed up with us. This was especially disappointing because my wife and I had just found out that we're expecting a baby, and what should have been an important and emotional experience was overshadowed by unprofessional attitudes,racism as we are Hispanic American veterans and poor patient care. We understand that emergency departments can be busy, but basic communication, compassion, and professionalism should never be overlooked. Especially when there are 2 patients not a fully stocked ER. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the patient experience for future families.

Orthropaedic and spine in suffolk seen Dr.Wilson he gave me a shot of steroid in about a week I forgot I even had a problem and years later still great ..in which in May was having problems with my right hand especially ring finger (I am right handed AND a waitress)my finger was getting stiff and swollen couldn't even make a fist but the worst part was the burning feeling I had jst about ALL the time in the top side of my palm just below your fingers across all 4 pads ..it felt like I was touching a hot stove over and over ..took ALOT i.b pro. only to keep the pain missed sleep finally got my appt. date was extremely nervous I hate needles was was happly to hand over my hand to Dr. Wilson after months of pain I was over it the stiffness and at times locking of my finger was driving me crazy ..well he gave me a steroid shot OMG it's been a month now and I feel blessed NO PROBLEMS ..Im FINALLY back to myself ..THANK GOD for Dr. WILSON and God bless him ..jevonne ​
