This place was just down right horrible from the quality of their food, to cleanliness, to abiding my pandemic guidelines, to rudeness, and service. They can't even bill you properly.
I had a huge post to post on how bad this place was, but it exceeded the maximum post size. But I will give a very brief breakdown. The tables and floors were horribly dirty. They do not wash or even wipe down the tables. They collect the plates cups, and napkins. But any food left on the tables, well I guess as a customer, you look for the one with the least amount of stuff to scrape off with the menu. Forget about eating together as a group, everyone gets their items and eats at different times and I am not kidding. Almost every time was delivered at different times except the drinks which she juggles all at one time without a try even.
These people are oblivious to the face of distancing, masks, or the virus, or even basic food safety. You know how I mentioned how filthy these tables were. They set things down on these tables then directly right on your food, even if your holding your hand out not to place it on the food. Forget about them getting the order right or even remembering what you ordered. From the waitresses to the cooks, no one remembers anything. Parts of your party are getting server their main entrées when they haven't even started others. The cooks had to be reminded multiple times.
Flies where also a problem, but this was no surprise as filthy as this place was. They have a special of the day, if you get their early enough, other wards I guess it sells out vey quickly. Before normal dinner hours I guess. They clean half the ice-cream machine during dinner hours. So my friends kids got vanilla with chocolates syrup on top instead of the chocolate. They didn't even like it. What kid does not finish their ice cream? How bad does it have to me? Heck, they didn't even care for the pizza. That should tell you something.
I do know my meal was very bland and quite frankly sucked.
Even paying the waitress was crying about what time was it. Their was a huge clock two feet on the other side of her head on the wall. Is she blind? I'm looking at the big clock when looking at her. Not to mention the billing practices where horrid. That a huge other paragraph.
No refills, no how is your food when eating, or checking in on you.
Their was so much that was wrong and sadly I cannot, even find a good thing to say but maybe the weather was nice going in and out of the restaurant. Oh btw, you have to cross a road from the parking lot to the restaurant. I was wondering why he police kept driving in the parking lot, nope that was a road.
Wait times were very bad, did I mention that yet?
