Brenda, I doubt you'll ever see this review, but you truly made the experience special. You were informative, welcoming, and made sure everyone understood exactly what to expect and where to go when the big day arrives. My partner and I were actually the only people on the tour who already had children, while everyone else were first-time moms and dads. It turned into such a nice experience because some of the other parents even came to us with questions or for advice whenever Brenda stepped away for a moment. It created a very supportive atmosphere. During the tour, we got to see the labor and delivery area, as well as the postpartum rooms. We also happened to see a new mom walking through the hallway with her newborn, which was such a sweet and special moment. Another nice touch was seeing the statistics for how many baby boys, baby girls, and twins had been delivered there this year. The tour was extremely informative and really helped ease any confusion about where to go and what to expect on delivery day. The hospital renovations also look great everything feels updated and well maintained.

(I didnt say anything out of respect but ill blast him right here, why would you cause patients to feel uncomfortable due to YOUR lack of cultural competence), mind you, HR should write you up. wasn't there a more appropriate way to come in to greet us? why not ask about school or 'oh you aren't feeling well today? why try to be a comedian and then be borderline annoying as fck and make things awkward. bts why do Caucasian men always feel the need to break the ice with some corny ass borderline racist joke? (never experienced this with women professionals), not to mention that the doctor was in effect making fun of my son's last name (Wong). Was that really necessary? to a 12 year old? yes, REALLLLY APPROPRIATE, and cmon old man, give it up, you aren't really as funny as you think. its actually stupid. i think if I encounter this again elsewhere I will just call them out. Because i know how to greet someone appropriately and in a professional manner and it should be called out when someone obviously doesnt know how to do this.

Idk what is going on but the girls at the desk are literally useless- what's the point of having 2 ppl sitting there if we need to check in our phone?? This is very upsetting. I came in for my son to get a strep test and this is too long a wait for a simple test.

Reading the reviews of past visitors, I see no pictures, no profile picture, zero friends, outdated…read morereviews. My rant is, users Yelped to make a complaint and das (That's) it. My findings today, at 611 Northern Blvd, there is a huge park and lock/ parking lot and I believe they have a lot underneath I saw it when I drove past the aisle that I meant to turn into. I found out that they have two elevator entrances on both sides of the building. Going inside to the doctor's office, there's a glass entrance as you enter the suite you walk to check-in there's 5 windows numbered and marked with the doctor's name , a chart in the front to direct you to which window that coincides with each doctor. It seems well organized. A huge spacious waiting area is provided with a few high top seating, a double seater, and a lot of single chairs. The aesthetics are, as any doctor's office; you know, a bunch of medical docs (no pun intended, but it just happened) and brochures as well as advertisement. I had a pleasant visit from check in to check out. Dr. Danoff was jovial and I did appreciate that. It was great humor with eye contact. My visit was for joint issues. Dr. Danoff was every thorough with providing detailed information and I did feel comfortable seeing him. I've heard that he was a really good doctor, first impression... So far so good! Another reason to .... Inspire more, Yelp more!

Sicken Front desk experience. My wife having knee problems,…read moreso she went for the gel injections but turns out she has more pain on her knee after getting the gel injections. We are not knocking the doctor or the nurses. But the outpatient desk. Very very rude and unprofessional. When we check in on the second visit we started to notice how poorly their interaction with the patients. But today was worse, all these front desk people are like a gang. In front of us, the lady who checked us in at there desk openly saying loudly check to outpatient desk, "see if they have co-paid" and watching us with an attitude, while we wait for our follow up. And the outpatient desk is giving us attitude, like we don't understand this. Very Very unprofessional. I had to say openly deescalate, He was upsetting us, wife is in pain. And all that was needed just give us our papers and some advice on the next step. I leave them in Gods hand. But i will pray for justice.

I arrived early at 9:15 AM, yet I was not seen until 10:54 AM--over an hour past my appointment time. When the provider finally entered, there was no acknowledgment of the delay, no greeting, and no apology. He immediately began asking questions, demonstrating a clear lack of basic bedside manner and professionalism. More concerning, despite being part of my care team since the onset of my DRESS syndrome on March 2nd, the provider came to this visit without any thoughtful or proactive care plan. I was met with uncertainty and repeated statements like, "I don't know if there's anything we can do," which was both surprising and deeply disappointing. Given his full visibility into the severity and progression of my condition, I expected a clear path forward--especially regarding the lasting skin damage. Instead, there was a complete absence of direction, reflecting a serious gap in continuity of care, accountability, and patient-centered treatment. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unproductive, leaving me questioning the value of the visit altogether.

They came in looked at it and said there's nothing we can do. They squeezed it played with it, nothing we can do. They told me I need to find a surgical derm that can removed it. I find the surgeon here he says he can only do it May 21. Outrageous I cannot wait that long. I find another derm in Amityville, took me the next damn day, removed the infection put me on antibiotics, will take the root of it out next week when antibiotics are finished. He said if I would've waited until May 21st it would've been so bad and would've lead to other things. This place has lost a patient.
