The worst is if you miss the call back (if you get one) is they are told not to leave their name just to call back the number which is you guessed it : the 7000 #. this takes all responsibility away from your issue. If you kike impersonal, businesslike, it's not my job, we don't give out names or contact info and your doctor has a new or better plan then everywhere else then add a star or two. I wasn't surprised when I saw they had a 2.0 rating because they're the absolute worst!! I wish I could give zero stars. They do not care about patients and make mistakes with medications. My nurse who came to my home didn't read the instructions and administered my medication incorrectly. She wasn't paying attention and I'm the one who has to suffer. Now I'm waiting for them to deliver new medication and my treatment is all messed up all because the nurse didn't read the instructions on the package and just assumed. As a medical professional I don't understand how you can administer medication to a first time patient of yours and not read the instructions. She wasted valuable and expensive medication for no reason. Now dealing with the pharmacy and getting all kinds of different stories not knowing who to trust and believe. They really don't care about people and are the worst pharmacy ever. I never get a call when they're going to deliver my medication, they just show up. I have to wait around all day for them, since the medication has to be refrigerated, they can't just leave it outside my door.I expected more from Northwell, I'm really disappointed in them. If you are working in the medical field, you need to actually care about people and help them, not make their lives worse and more complicated. We're sick, that's why we are receiving this medication in the first place, why are you making it more difficult for us?

I went that Thursday and they still haven't heard my message. The girl told me I can make an appointment today, she told me it would be abt an hr. well it was 4 hours with 3 people infront of me. I went back on Tues because I'm having respiratory/sinus issues and again have upcoming Drs appts so I decided to get the PCR test I should have my results Friday . This CitiMD location is spotless and once again the Staff is great ! You walk in, go to kiosk (iPad) and enter your info, have a seat and I waited all of 15-20 mins !

We decided to come to the Floral Park location based on a recommendation from a friend. Also, it was cheaper than the other places I saw online and I appreciated that they have a 30 guarantee so if she has it again within 30 days they'll retreat for free. That was a big selling point for me in case she's given it to her friends and now they're going to be passing it back and forth. I appreciate knowing that if that happens I won't have to continue paying. Rosa is the person that treated her and she was extremely thorough and sweet. She was very informative as well. I had her check my head as well because I was itchy and I swore I'd gotten it from my daughter. Rosa checked me thoroughly and advised I didn't have it. She easily could have told me I did and made an additional $175 to fake treat me. I really appreciate how ethical they are. The store was very comfortable and made the process a lot easier. There is a big television where my daughter watched Netflix and an assortment of candy and snacks. I can not say enough about this business. Definitely five stars! Thank you Rosa and DeLiceful for making an awkward and scary experience so much better!

I just got home from this urgent care in Great Neck plaza, next to the Rite Aid that closed last…read morefall. i am impressed. i came an hour early and did not have to wait long to be seen. the receptionist was so sweet and checked me in, and the nurse I saw was excellent, as was the doctor. i have an ear infection which could not wait the 3 weeks until I see my own ear doctor. I was treated so effectively by the doctor that I am now feeling about 98% better! i will still keep my doctor's appointment in 3 weeks but this couldn't have waited. I am so glad I came here.
