We also had a water leak issue on the back passenger side floor. whatever they did to take care of things only took a day or so to fix. And to our surprise he not only fixed the water issue's but also re-programed and got the rear camera to work. When brought up how we got a different price previously they informed us that it didn't matter and the price he gives us is what we have to pay.
