We also had a water leak issue on the back passenger side floor. whatever they did to take care of things only took a day or so to fix. And to our surprise he not only fixed the water issue's but also re-programed and got the rear camera to work. [ we bought this car used and did not think it actualy had a rear camera , only line sensors that showed up on the screen] . And they did not charge any extra to get this done. To say we were happy is an understatement, they we up front , honest and professional with everything that needed to be done, and we highly recommend this facility for all German and other vehicles.
