I've been visiting Dr Putta's office at least for 15 years. She is a great doctor. I do my yearly check ups. If there is something wrong she makes sure to find the cause. My husband also started visiting Dr Putta with my recommendation actually Dr Putta saved my husbands life. I am so appreciative with Dr Putta's services. Other than being a good dr she is a beautiful human being. She is very kind. I highly recommend Dr Putta whoever looking for a really good family doctor. God bless her. read more

Very disappointed! Dr. Putta is gr8. Her staff? That is the problem. first off, I had to have blood test for alergy issues. She set an appointment for me to come in for blood work. 45. copay for that day. Ok, so I show up for "blood work" two weeks later 45. copay. waited an hr in the waiting room and then another 40 minutes in the patient room. She comes in, rushes through what I am trying to explain to her and guess what? NO BLOOD TEST! Really? she says " the allergy doc will take it" ok gr8! I go see him and find that I have food sensitivity" to every food! Sucks for me right? Anaphylactic reactions!!! Okay so back up! I went to ER a few weeks before the appointment w Dr. Putta for issues with weakness, and feeling faint... I showed up to see her shortly there after with the same issues...Plus eye twitching. She took my blood (personally) never had a doc take my blood before...45. for that day as well... Went in for the results to find that my iron was low. 45. copay, yes, AGAIN! WHY is my iron low?? I still have no clue, 3 months later.... Fast forward again. The allergist says "Return to your doc or to Quest for blood work" HUH? she said you would be doing that. "No" he said. Ok so I set up an appointment with Dr. Putta and you guessed it 45. no not this time because I told her nurse that was not right. She then says "oh for blood work you don't need to pay the copay again" Really? Ok whatever, i ask do I need to fast and the nurse says yes if you want cholesterol tested. I have low blood sugar so fasting for me is hell. I fast the 12 hrs per her orders, show up with my 26yo daughter for the appointment at 8a. Blood sugar on he drop so I am a total bitch! HUNGRY and cranky. The receptionist (rude as well) walks in LATE! I ask her to remind the nurse that I am there for blood work.She tells her 5 mins later. and the nurse says "well what can I do?" What? They didn't think we could hear them. Anyway, She calls me in and says "why are you here again? you just had blood work already and it was normal" (back up to that same blood work the doc said WAS NOT NORMAL) I look at her and say "you don't know?" She forgot??? I told her I was fasting . she said "you didn't have to fast... wait, I am so confused now. First you said I had to for Cholesterol. She then said "it does not matter" I reminded her of what she had said on the phone and she simply said "okay" My daughter is looking at me like WTF? The nurse then heads toward me with her needle. I ask "what are would you like?" her reply "whatever arm you want, I don't know what harm we did the last time" :/ I let her have it. "you are rude as hell" Long story short. Just do not go here! Called them to call in my script on a Friday, was told they will and showed up to the pharmacy and nothing!!! Called the nurse to let her know it was not there and that my good ole gyro filled it for me... the nurse/receptions said "Thanks for letting us know" :/ how about an apology? Called in to speak with my Doc two weeks ago.. crickets. Left a message on Monday and that nurse/receptions says "she didn't call you back" I told her NO and I have a new doc now because you guys are scattered" she said "yes we are a bit short staffed" :/ DONE! Hers the scoop. overbooked Copay trap you will NEVER get to talk to the Doc your blood test results may or may not be normal. You won't really know unless you ask for a copy. But it is supposed to be online in your chart. The Doc and the Nurse are jacks of all trades. This equals DANGER! I would avoid this place until she tightens up her awful staff! read more

Very disappointing and unacceptable care. Dr. Putta was my doctor for a while but I ended up leaving due to terrible wait time and an unorganized office. I had to go back as I needed a prescription refilled and she was the doc on authorized refill. I explained I needed the refill until the first of the year when I received insurance and could see a doctor. She graciously said she would help and to come in free of charge. Which I was so grateful for! When I got to the office at 12:15 my scheduled time.....an hour went by before the front desk clerk even called me up! And when they did call me up they said I wasn't scheduled at all! Dr. Putta was right there at the desk and completely looked past me not even recognizing me as her previous patient and directed me to sign in under the "new patient" list. When I finally got back to the room it took 20 mins for a nurse followed by Dr. Putta who came in just to tell me she would be charging me full price and that no visit is ever free....I was extremely upset...and explained that was not at all what we discussed. When she saw my concern she agreed to discount my visit followed up with "oh well I'm sorry I must have gotten my phone calls mixed up" like it was no big deal! There were no apologies about my care or wait time at all.....Dr. Putta then left....and I waited for an additional 15 mins which was outrageous. At one point I stepped out of the room to check to see if I was forgotten about and the nurse non chalantly said she was now with another patient! It was insane. I will never go back. It seems that her office is one that overlooks and overbooks to receive as much money as possible while putting proper patient care on the back burner. No one should have to experience this. read more

I am extremely unhappy with this whole office. First of all, the people in office, administration, are just plain rude. They bug me about my insurance card every single time I went here because it was a different size than what t hey wanted, even though I told them its the only one I have and it was emailed to them too so they could adjust the size themselves, they are just too lazy to do it. Dr. Putta herself is nice and she means well but when someone tells you they are sick, hey just maybe you should actually listen. I can deal with a rude office staff, I will not put up with being ignored by a doctor, leading me to be hospitalized twice. I am a Type 1 Diabetic so obviously my blood sugars will be affected by any ailments. I went to see Dr. Putta because I had been sick for a few weeks and just been feeling really crappy and couldn't kick it. She ran some blood tests, told me everything was fine with me but I need to take better care of my blood sugars because they were too high and told me to just go to the ER. I tried explaining multiple times that something was wrong and it was affecting my health and my Diabetes and she just told me all my symptoms were caused by the Diabetes and wouldn't listen to anything I said. After 2 hospitalizations, a different doctor discovered I had pneumonia. I can understand being concerned with my pre-existing illness but when I have had it for 20 years maybe you should take what your patient is telling you into account as well instead of blowing her off and causing her to miss 2 weeks of work and end up in the ER twice. read more

I have been going to Dr. Putta for over 5 years. She is very sweet, patient, and kind but...there is also a lot of issues in her office. Everything she does is on paper only, no electronic records which makes it hard to keep track of your records or even get a copy of your test results. The staff there is horrible and extremely rude! They don't even deserve one star. I'm shocked that they even work in the health care profession considering their attitude. If you want your test results you have to go in and actually pay for a doctor's visit, which is extremely costly. And I personally feel that if you have something more serious she isn't that knowledgeable about it and never refers you to a specialist. It takes at least an hour just to get into an exam room, even if you are just going in for test results. Don't expect to leave there before two hours. I got extremely frustrated and finally left her after years of major infections almost every month and getting dismissed with a prescription of antibiotics she found something abnormal in my blood work. When we tested further she called me and told me they found something serious but wouldn't tell me over the phone what it was and said I had to come in to get my results....yet again. Of course I was scared and nerves when hearing this but to make matters worse she couldn't see me until 4 days from the date she told me. After a night of worrying the next morning I called her office and asked if they could just print me out the test results so I could at least read them for myself and not wait. The staff there told me "they were too busy to give me my results and I would have to wait to see the doctor." After pleading that I was scared and couldn't wait, in the most irritated voice ever, the person on the phone told me to come by the end of the day to pick them up because they were packed with patients that day and couldn't print them out until then. You would think if I woman calls you practically in tears worried about her health just asking to make a copy of her test results she would be a little nicer. When I arrived, leaving work thinking I would be gone for 20 minutes, they told me I couldn't get the results until seeing the doctor (because they wanted me to pay for a doctor's visit). I told them I needed to go back to work but they informed me she would see me soon. The waiting room was completely empty and the woman at the front desk was just laughing with the nurse (don't know how they were so busy they made me wait all day for my results.) Then I was in the waiting room for literally an hour and 40 minutes, yes I timed it. I finally saw the doctor she took 2 minutes to explain what I had and said it was nothing and didn't know why I was even worried. I was furious. When I asked why she told me it was serious on the phone she told me, it can be serious. When I asked if I should see a specialist she told me, "No that would just muddy things up. Just come see me in 3 months and we'll monitor it." I left that office in rage but I still managed to keep my cool. The next week I called UCLA and after a few weeks they figured out I have an immune disease and that is why I was getting so many infections. All my records are online so I have them right away and if there is a problem they refer me to specialist that is in the same building. On top of finding that out we also found out that I have been battling a major infection across half of by body and on major organs for years and no one could believe I went that long being this sick without it being caught. In essence UCLA save my life. When UCLA reached out to Dr. Putta's office multiple times for my past records, they never sent them...not surprised there. I think their office is poorly run and I can't believe that after years of having constant infections and dealing with major health issues she never even considered sending me to a specialist or helping me any further than giving me antibiotics. She made me feel like my problems were normal and that this is how my life would always be with no cure or help when really all she wanted was my constant business. I am very disappointed. read more

Worst Receptionist, she is very poor in response and maintaining the records. She did lost our file , when we went for our follow up she could'nt pull out the file. She carelessly told we could not find. Very Bad experience with that horrible Lady. We asked our blood test report after a week time, but she just says we will call back , but dint call. i kept calling her continously she gives the same answer. I have just read all of the reviews and now feel that most are mistaken. I am currently in Providence hospital and Dr. Putta is my primary. I have not seen her in over 29 hours now. I had a procedure yesterday and was told she would see me after and that was 24 hours ago. The staff here seems very good and organized. They have paged her many times with no response. The specialist doctor released me 6 hours ago but I am not able to get anything moving without her release. I would like to just walk out but I need medication! I think that the comments I read about her staff at her office are a reflection of her poor leadership. read more

I just wanted to add an addendum to my last review. Within 24 hours of my yelp post, i was called by the Doctor herself who apologized for the staff who hadn't gotten back to me, and was told that the employee who dropped the ball no longer works there. She also gave me the name of the Doctor that could do the genetic testing i needed. While I appreciate the very delayed information, I still will not return to this office. Dr Putta is one of those rare doctors in the area who really really understands their patients and knows what care is about! We have been going to her for the past one year and have always been well taken care of. We received some fantastic advice from her before our pregnancy, and she gave a lot of support because we were trying to get pregnant. It was because of her that we are now parents of a new baby! Dr Putta herself is great. Awesome. Caring. Compassionate. She is always overbooked though-- but on the flip-side, if you are feeling sick and need to see her, you can always squeeze in. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes in the lobby. Her nurses are fine. Her office staff is sub par. They always seem so stressed out and never quite together. They are not very polite or nice and a total turn off to deal with... so if you can get past the office folks and the wait, Dr. Putta is a great doctor. read more

Attitude from the staff isn't cutting it for me. I get you have to do this all day but fake it til u make it. She's a wonderful doctor and was worried about my malnutrition and paleness, and apologized for the 2 hour wait. The nurse is very rude and made it seem like i was a burden and waste of her time, which made me feel uncomfortable. Same with the receptionist. i asked for a doctors note for school and she basically rolled her eyes at me as if again, i was a problem. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Dr. Putta or her staff. I visited with the doctor 3-4 times back in August but I'm writing this review in December because of the billing issues that have come up since then. The actual office visits were mediocre at best. Expect to wait over an hour for every visit. This is apparently normal and acceptable for this office. I even made the first appointment the next day for a follow up in order to avoid the wait, and I was still kept waiting for over an hour. They play a movie in the waiting room, which was entertaining the first day, but after three days I had watched "Horton Hears a Who" from beginning to end, and the novelty of it wears thin. Her staff doesn't help the situation. And I can't blame them. It's obvious that patients complain to them on a day to day basis. Don't expect them to be helpful if you have a question on billing or how much longer the doctor will be. They don't try to solve the problem, then just give excuses for why things are the way they are. To be fair, I've seen two receptionists there. There's an older lady that seems very nice and patient, but unfortunately, she's not the one I dealt with. I'm really not one to complain, which is why the above did not prompt me to sign up for a yelp account to write a negative review. However, since the appointments back in August, I have received two additional bills in the mail. I was a little uneasy about the billing methods during the appointments because of how eager her staff was to collect the copay during each visit. I spoke to the doctor and I made it clear that I did not want any surprise billings or unknown costs to come up after the visits. The doctor assured me that she understood my concerns and there would be no surprises. Lo and behold, I received a bill from her office in October (two months after my visits) and then a bill from a laboratory in Alabama this week. I am currently waiting for the doctor to return my call and I hope this issue can be cleared up with a positive outcome. If so, I will post a follow up. But, I felt I needed to write this review since the previous glowing reviews on Yelp is the reason I went to Dr. Putta in the first place. If I knew of the negative experience I would have to go through, I would easily choose another doctor and unfortunately, I recommend everyone reading this review to do so. read more

I've read the other reviews on here & I have to admit I'm pretty shocked. I've been going to Dr. Putta for a few years now but I've NEVER had any issues with billing or have had her ask me to come back for tests. In fact, the times I've gone to her for injury she's called me on the weekend to check up on me. She has never advised me to take medications that I don't need or want. I can agree that the wait time can be pretty bad and the front office personnel is not the most friendly but it has gotten better over the past few months. Dr. Putta is not your usual turn and burn doctor, she does actually listen to what you have to say and ask. Best doctor ever. The most terribly ran and staffed office ever. I have waited anywhere from 1 hour past my appointment time (which is the regular pace it seems) to 3 hours past my appointment time. One time I was in the exam room for over an hour and had to make sure they remembered they even put me in there. I go through this once a month because I have to see the doctor for a simple refill. They even have kept me waiting at a pharmacy for over an hour because the doctor herself had to verify a prescription with the pharmacist and she didn't return the call and had them on hold over 15 minutes before they said she wasn't available. Besides the horrible wait time you have you deal with the staff. Yikes! Let's just say I have witnessed out right fights between two of them. Dr. Putta is an amazing and caring soul and I love seeing her. She cares and is very warm. But her office is ran terribly and if you don't have patience... BEWARE. read more

Dr. Putta is a very effective, kind and caring Doctor. She's very thorough, and she listens closely to your concerns. She also wants to get to the root of your illness, sickness, or ailment...and not just treat the symptoms, which is refreshing. She listens carefully to what your individual situation is. The wait time can sometimes be a bit long, I admit, she and her office are very busy, and she seems to book out for several weeks in advance, but that seems to be a testament to the strength of her service, care, and practice. What a pleasant experience; sure, their office isn't fancy, but Dr. Putta is absolutely wonderful. I went in for my annual well-woman exam and physical recently, and I've never felt so comfortable with any female doctor. When I read in another review that the reviewer can picture her "meditating somewhere" I TOTALLY agree. Additionally, she made it very clear that her intent was to provide me with services without writing up all sorts of notes to my insurance company (which can provide plenty of opportunities for insurance companies to red flag you and rip you off). I was searching for Dr. Putta's address when I saw the reviews about wait time etc. I just want to add yes I waited many times in her office to be seen but she is so worth the wait. Very thorough physician and I will always say she saved my life. She insisted I get a mammogram that I was seriously procrastinating and in fact I did have stage 1 Breast CA. She was so kind and I have to add her staff is also professional, kind and just lovely. I only left her when I had to change health plans but shout out to you all. Take care! I never understand considering my appointment takes about 2 minutes "Hi doc, all good, can i get a prescription refill? Dr Putta is the loveliest woman and a fine Doctor. It seems as though this office could use some organizing though. Last year I had tests done and never got the results. I figured everything was fine. (I know I SHOULD have been better at following up. I own it.) When I called MONTHS later to get the results (thankfully my friend suggested I call the office) they didn't have the paper work from the results ready. When I got a call from Dr Putta I was amazed to hear that I had a cyst. Holy moly. I will never make this mistake again. Lesson: I must be an advocate of my own health! I want to also mention: my partner sees Dr Putta as well. Recently he had surgery and Dr Putta came to the hospital to check on him! We hadn't even contacted her! Best Doctor I have ever come across. My calls are always returned, sees me anytime I need to be seen. She is not concerned with financials what so ever. One time I had an appt and had to wait a little because she had an emergency. She gave me money for my parking. I have been seeing Dr Putta for a very long time. I moved to Encino 3 years ago and still make the trek over to her office because I like her so much. I see a lot of complaints about the staff on here but I have never had a bad experience with the staff, they have always been incredibly friendly and helpful. Waits used to be a little lengthy but have certainly gotten better. People need to understand that she takes the time she needs with each patient which causes delays. I love Dr. Putta and really want her to be my new doctor, but unlike most of the people whose reviews I have read, I have not been treated well by her staff. Every single person, from the receptionist to the M/A who shows me to the exam room to the M/A who does the blood pressure, etc. has been very unfriendly. Everyone seems so angry or unhappy and I feel like I must have done something to offend them for them to be so rude to me. I had some concerns about getting paperwork done this week in order to get it in this calendar year and when I was talking to one of the staff, whose name I will not mention, she hung up on me. And believe me, I was NOT being rude or snotty or anything; just trying to stress how important it was to get things done before 2011 and having to meet a $1000 deductible. Because her staff did not act quickly enough for the one test, I was not able to schedule it this year, so will NOT be doing the stress test that Dr. Putta wanted me to have. After the one member of her staff actually hung up on me, I contacted the other doctor's office who I was working with and they took care of everything for me; calling Dr. Putta's office and getting the necessary paperwork signed and faxed back to them so I could get the durable medical equipment I needed by December 31. They were kind and gracious and helpful. I also have had to wait as long as 90 minutes before seeing the doctor. I am NOT usually one to complain but I am so frustrated that everyone on her staff has been so unfriendly and one was so rude to me and actually hung up on me that I felt the need to try and get this information out and to Dr. Putta in the hopes that the staff would see it and understand that patients deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. And for God's sake, a smile wouldn't hurt either. I just finished seven months of training as a medical coder/insurance biller and the ONE thing that was stressed again and again is to SMILE and be FRIENDLY. read more

I LOVE HER!!! After moving here from NY having the same doctor for over 15 years, I was really at a lost when it came to finding someone new out here in California. A friend of mine referred me to an awesomely amazing GYN (Dr. Stephen Schmones) and I figured if he's this great, he probably has great associates and boy did he ever!!!I wanted somewhere close and he told me Dr. Putta was in the same building, just down the hall so I made an appointment. I have NEVER been to a General Practitioner that is kinder, gentler, more knowledgable, concerned and caring. She made me feel as if I was the most important patient to her... and after reading the previous comments, I know that's just the kind of woman she is. She took her time with me and called me herself just to make sure that my condition had gotten better and if not had another plan of action. She has a family of her own and still manages to be attentive to her patients. She is truly living the purpose she was born for! LOVE HER!!!! read more

I have never really been too particular about my doctors, as long as they get the job done I'm really indifferent. Especially because I usually only going to the doctor for my annual exam. However, after getting a new health insurance plan that my old doctor wasn't covered under I decided to try and find a new obgyn. I was referred to dr. putta by a couple co-workers who hadn't been there themselves, but said other people they knew loved her. And I am so glad I went! Dr. Putta actually listened to what I was saying, took her time to react and stepped me through her process of thinking. I have never been more excited about a doctor...ever. In fact I joined yelp just so I could write a review. I am already concerned that I will have to change insurances and she won't be covered under my new plan if that were ever to happen. Dr Putta is a very gentle, soft spoken woman. She sometimes seems a bit pre occupied, but truly hears everything you say and has a very good sense of how you are feeling when you talk to her. She is the only Dr. that has ever called me or my husband after a visit. Sometimes she even calls on the weekend. We don't have any serious health issues, she just calls to see how we are. We love her. We do wish that her phone person was a little more reliable and responsive. read more

Dr. Putta is absolutely the best Dr. that I have ever been to. I would give her 10 stars if I could! I have numerous health problems and have never known a doctor to be so caring and understanding. She always walks into the room with a warm smile & you feel like you are talking to a friend. She actually returns calls herself, checks in with you on the weekends when you are feeling bad and is the type of doctor that I did not know even still existed. I now have my 11 year old seeing Dr. Putta because she is so comfortable with her. Her waiting room is often crowded, but yet she always sees me in reasonable time & I never feel like I'm being rushed through. Dr Putta is truly an AMAZING and knowledgable doctor who goes above and beyond when it comes to the care of her patients. I had a couple horrible accidents over the past few years that landed me in the hospital, but Dr Putta was there to check up on me everyday without fail! Even if it was the weekend! What other doctor would do that for her patients?! Yes, the wait times are long to see her. It could just be that her staff overbooks her. However, if you are ever terribly sick or worried about some medical condition you may have, she will see you THAT DAY or as soon as possible. When I first moved to LA, I encountered doctors that would be booked solid for 3-6 months. So if you ever need to see them for a severe illness, sorry, you're screwed... The only option at that point is to visit your local urgent care or ER and see some random doc there. So in retrospect, is a long wait time at Dr Putta's that bad? If you read all the reviews, you will see that her long term patients speak highly of Dr Putta. Give her a chance and come to your own conclusions. I used to like Dr. Putta. Until recently. I am not sure what the problem is, if she is short of cash flow or just overbooks on principle, but whatever the reason, she's gotten sloppy. One of the last times I went to her, for a pap smear and some other stuff, she actually said, I've got a lot of people in my waiting room, let's do the pap smear another time. And I said, incredulous, you mean, come back and pay another co-pay (not to mention I'd waited an hour in the waiting room to get in)? She said, yes, not getting the tone of my voice or just ignoring it. She told me I should always make a morning appointment if I didn't want to wait an hour. That's good to know, but unfortunately my job doesn't allow me morning appointments, so I guess I'm screwed. Then, I had some blood work done. I was supposed to come in for two blood tests. Dr. Putta specifically told me I could eat beforehand, since these blood tests weren't food-sensitive. So I did. I came in, got my two blood tests done, and left. I was shocked to get the bill from the lab, which apparently ran SIX blood tests. I called the lab, and they told me the six tests were authorized by my doctor. Here begins a long, Kafka-esque saga where I call the lab, my doctor, and my health insurance company to figure out what happened and to see if I can get out of paying for those four additional blood tests. Unfortunately, because my doctor authorized those tests, I'm stuck paying for them. The best part? The blood tests were useless, since they were all food-sensitive, and I'd eaten beforehand. Or wait, maybe the best part was that, in order to get the results of those blood tests, I'd have to schedule another visit (and pay another co-pay), since Dr. Putta doesn't give blood test results over the phone. Which is part of why it took me so long to figure out what these additional blood tests were, and that they'd actually happened...because no one was telling me the results. The moral of the story -- if you don't mind waiting in the doctor's waiting room, and you have a low co-pay, and your health insurance pays for everything, maybe this is the doctor for you. Oh, but then there was also the time when I had the dangerously low blood pressure and she didn't even notice that the nurse had written that down in my file until I asked her about it and she dismissed it (rather than re-testing me), saying that the reading couldn't have been accurate it. So maybe she isn't the doctor for you anyway, unless you don't care about things like that, either. read more

I went to Dr. Putta because of her ratings on yelp and I honestly cannot recommend her. She is more focused on money than her patients well being. I don't have health insurance and her and her office staff treated me like a second class patient. Her receptionist demanded an immediate $50 deposit before I actually saw the doctor (I'm guessing this is so that I don't ditch the bill after receiving Dr. Putta's invaluable service). There was a 30 minute wait and it seemed like there were others who waited for even longer. When I finally saw Dr. Putta she seemed more concerned about billing than my hypothyroidism symptoms. My appointment was for multiple health issues, my annual physical exam as well as bloodwork and a urinalysis. The entire session was less than 15 minutes and I'm not exaggerating. She mostly discussed billing and blood work fees and said most of my health concerns would go away with generous amounts of meditation an tea tree oil. She kept staring at the wall while reciting what seemed like a default speech she probably says to all her patients. She is SO aware that people rate her on yelp all the time, and acts careful not to be offensive. She gives no eye contact and is totally insincere. After drawing my blood, Dr. Putta quickly led me to her receptionist to collect the remainder of fees. She was unaware that I had already paid $50 and only had a remaining $50 to pay and kept telling the receptionist in front of me to collect a full $100. The receptionist and I had to explain to her that I had already paid $50. After the billing fiasco, I felt kind of disoriented and left the office forgetting about the urinalysis I still didn't take. The doctor seemed like she was daydreaming of $$$ signs rather than focusing on my exam. I realized later in the day that I had yet to take my urinalysis so I called the office and they told me to come back. So I did, paid for parking AGAIN AND received no apology. I walked past the doctor on my way out and she gave me the coldest stare! Just so you know, without insurance, the exam itself was $100 and the bloodwork was $255. You could get the exact same quality of healthcare from a free clinic. The physical exam was more of a gimmick. I called the office myself to get my blood results and they said they'd call me back and never did. I called back the next day and they said they'd fax it to me, and only faxed me one page of the results which took over an hour. I had to wait around for that single page because we don't leave the fax on all day at my home. The receptionist I spoke to seemed angrily annoyed and was close to yelling at me when I called back asking for the second page. She said she would fax it again and that her fax machine was having problems. I still haven't received the results and have just let it go because I have been recently insured by my new employer. This has to be the worst doctor's office I ever been to. Dr. Putta is kind, but that's about it. She doesn't explain anything well either. The staff and office is completely disorganized and constantly bill incorrectly. Also, you will be waiting hours before you are even seen - even if you have an appointment. read more

i went to this doctor three times last year (may 2009). i am receiving the first bill now, a year later. i am now unemployed and cannot afford to pay the bill! who sends a bill a YEAR later? i was also informed by the doctor's office that they were in network at the time, apparently not. now my bill is gigantic because they are out of network and all charges go towards my deductible. in regards to the doctor, she is not good. seems nice at first but really doesn't pay attention and is unorganized with a huge wait time. read more
