I've been coming to this salon for about 5 years. The person I'm assigned to is hit or miss but they're close to my home so I kept coming back. Today, a very inexperienced young man did a Mani Pedi. Worst manipedi I've ever had. No, really. And for fifty bucks, this is not cool. My so-called appointment didn't have someone so I had to leave and come back. There was absolutely no consistency with each foot/hand, and he pretty much chopped up my nails, especially on my hands. Really really bad, people. Stop giving this place your money. There is SO much competition so go elsewhere. Sad to see businesses go downhill. read more

Brought my wife here for a birthday mani pedi surprise and the place was real run down and the staff seemed to not care much because their manager wasn't there that day. They sat my wife in a broken massage chair despite several other chairs being open. Then during the pedicure the worker's phone rang in the middle of it so she stopped to answer it and talk on the phone during the pedicure. I don't get pedicures but I'm pretty sure that's now how it's done. read more

My first time trying this place and being new in the neighborhood I think I found my new nail salon. I went in on a Sunday, totally surprised it was open as most places are closed on Sunday; however, it's the only day of the week I can go. It was clean and organized. Everyone was friendly and I felt really heard on what I wanted regarding color and design. The prices are totally fair, with a lunch card and there is a parking lot. The lavender spa was amazing, which included the scrub, paraffin wax, lotion, hot stone hot towel, and I think mud too (not sure but made my skin soooo smooth). Definitely coming back. My mother and I are fully vaccinated and decided to *finally* get our nails done. She saw Ashley and I saw Shirley for manicures and milk & honey pedicures. Wow!!! I highly, highly recommend the milk & honey experience! It was very relaxing and now my feet and legs are baby soft. Shirley had excellent attention to detail and took her time making sure my nails were perfect. She was very mindful of not causing me any pain or discomfort and had a very gentle hand. I don't usually get my nails done (maybe once a year?) but I'm tempted to go more regularly now! Go support this new business!!! read more

First time customer....made an appointment online for 6pm and received a confirmation and the day of as well. I walked in stating i had an appointment and they had no clue. I showed them my phone of the confirmation. She said ok a 10-15 minute wait. I said that was fine. She asked what i wanted and a said whit and pink ombre nails. She said they dont know how to do that?? I showed her a picture just to make sure and she had to ask if anyone knew how to do that??? I waited 30 minutes i still wasn't seen and just left. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I wish I had a before an after photo of my nails, but Ashley was incredible and did such a great job on my no chip manicure. I happened to walk in and didn't have a problem getting an appointment. The had a great selection of color choices, both regular manicure and no chip manicure. The facility was clean and they were COVID-19 conscious. Most importantly, the manicure polish application Was flawless and my technician paid great attention to detail. AVOID. I made the mistake of coming here for the first time. My appointment was at 5:30pm and I left at 8 PM! I walked in, nice looking salon. 3 women workers sitting with no other clients... and one man who I was told was his second day. He was very nice, and all I needed was a nail polish change and cut for my toes, and a new set of dip powder nails, which he did an okay job with, was very attentive but unfortunately cut too roughly, which caused irritation to my cuticles for weeks to follow. The worst part was getting my dip nails done... I picked a neutral color, and was sitting for over 2.5 hours while the man had to re do it multiple times. My nails became very sensitive during this and hurt so bad afterwards. The woman, who I assume was the owner, had to come over and redo them (around 5 nails) again. I wasn't told anything during this time by her, but the man did apologize.. at least when checking out, I got a 10% discount... Oh, when I was getting my dip done, a customer called the salons phone, which she answered and put on speakerphone.. the customer said " I was just there two days ago, and my gel nails are already lifting.." read more

I got a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. The price was great (only $58), but the quality isn't (guess you get what you pay for). I got my nails done the evening of Friday 9/16 and today Wednesday 9/21, they are already chipping. The woman also messed up my other thumb and wasn't going to fix it until I said something (twice). UPDATE: it's now 3/7/2022 and I'm just reading the response the owner put for my issue at this nail salon. First off my "friend" is my fiancé and I wasn't talking the whole time because they went outside after they got a pedicure done. she also never said the "color wouldn't look right", and how does black not look right when it's supposed to be what nails I want and at that time I seen so many other people getting this design with no issue even at this exact length. Also I kept pulling my hand away because she kept drilling at my cuticles I'm not going to sit through pain and her making me bleed and when I told her all she said was I was fine when I clearly wasn't. Please don't justify your workers mistakes. I'm not saying she can't do a good job I'm simply saying my experience was horrible. This location was amazing before they switched owners guys. They would at least greet the people coming in too. read more
