My first visit was for eye conjunctivitis and the doctor was pretty quick with everything, the vet tech was wonderful and kind, I was in and out with eye gel and antibiotics. They charged me a $1.00 biohazard fee...I think they do this when your pet vomits or poops and they have to clean it up, honestly, no problem, I would charge more. My second visit was with my scared little black cat who apparently became a monster when I left her to have X-rays and an enema -- I don't blame her. Dr. G and vet tech, Heather, were so unbelievably kind to me and sympathetic to my little demon, even though she had turned into a clawing, biting beast. I was embarrassed, but Heather was so nice about it. Dr. G called the next day for follow up, it was so nice of her.

Knowing that she will need some TLC before she can see the groomer again, I decided to invest in some clippers... but it seems like everyone else already had the same idea. Most places were sold out. I turned to a Poodle Facebook Group who recommended Frank Rowe and Son. I reached out to them and spoke with Emily over the phone. She happily checked their stock to confirm that they had the clipper in stock that I wanted and answered several other questions I had as well. I asked how long their turntimes were to get orders out for shipping and she told me it'd be the same day. I had to call back with additional questions and the other woman I spoke with was equally friendly and helpful. I placed the order and hoped for the best. Not only did it ship the same day, but it arrived the next day! I'm so thankful for the recommendation to order from here and couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service I received especially since I'm not a professional groomer!
