He instructs the workers not to greet you when starting the job and not to tell you when they are done. The workers are not allowed to go into the attic. The workers will never sell report damage or mistakes they made. You have only 3 days to find these things and report them to the company or they can refuse to come back to your house. What seems to matter the most to this company is having there invoice paid in full despite unresolved issues and obtaining a 5 stare google review.
