Some frames had moss, etc. growing and most were caked in dirt, dust, pollen, etc. They quoted 3 hours of work and were spot on the estimate. They removed screens, cleaned inside and outside. The roof was installed by the previous owner a year before we moved in. The roof was mostly in…read moregood condition, but there we some details they missed. They messed up the j channel trim and did not reset properly once the roof was set. The vent boots were secured at the center and not on the corners, so the corner bowed up after 10 years of age and resulted in leaks. If I used them for a full residential replacement, I would just want to be very specific with my expectations and have some means of guaranteeing satisfactory completion. I think I would likely just try someone else though. They have a really good reputation in town, but I'm not sure why if their work is kinda sloppy and rushed.
