I moved to this practice after my dentist dropped Delta insurance coverage, and because it was…read moreclose to my house. Dr. Wang was the first dentist to recommend I replace most of my existing metal fillings. I have never had pain in my teeth, but he was adamant the fillings were on their last legs and it would be a good long-term investment. I was a little apprehensive because he looked so young and didn't give me much confidence when he spoke, but I ended up giving him the green light. Immediately after he replaced the fillings, I had pain in all of those teeth and it would not subside, some of it excrutiating when chewing anything. I went back to their office several times over the course of several months regarding the pain and Dr. Wang would tell me my bite must be off, and kept shaving my teeth down, further and further. This was very obviously not the problem, and he eventually referred me to an endodontist (root canal specialist). The endodontist determined all 5(?) of the teeth must have micro-fractures in them from the procedures, and recommended root canals be performed in at least 3 of those teeth. The first, expensive and unpleasant, root canal only dulled the pain, and a second root canal was performed on the same tooth, but to no avail. I obtained a second opinion from a more experienced dental practice, and they were certain the fillings were done improperly and needed to be redone entirely. My insurance policy will not cover these procedures because they were "already performed recently," despite all of the problems resulting from Dr. Wang's incompetence. The dentist also said my remaining metal filling(s) looked fantastic and that the others very likely did not need to be replaced to begin with. So now after roughly 8 months have passed and a great deal of money spent, I am still in pain and unable to enjoy a meal, must avoid crunchy foods entirely, and must pay thousands more to correct the damage that was done by Dr. Wang. I do plan on filing a complaint with the DBC, and have not ruled out making an attempt to collect damages just to pay for the corrective work. Do yourself a big favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE.

I couldn't get proper diagnosis and was in non-stop pain/discomfort, hence decided to go to another dentist who diagnosed the issue within 20-mnts and performed needed treatment same day. Sisodia performed 3-fillings on another family member, one filling came out twice, a second filling started having issues after few months. This office lacks depth in diagnosis, and treatment technique is very poor. Instead of admitting the mistake, office continued to be defensive and rude. In case you are looking for general cleaning, you may give this dentist a try, for anything more, please do not waste your time and money.

The entire team--from Stella and Veronica at the front desk, to the hygienists, dental assistants, and of course Dr. Lam--has been absolutely amazing. Everyone is so welcoming, kind, and genuinely makes each visit feel comfortable and stress-free. One thing I really appreciate is how transparent they are throughout the entire process. They always take the time to explain what's going on, check in to make sure I'm comfortable, and make sure I feel heard every step of the way. They're also incredibly responsive, whether I have a question about scheduling, need dental advice, or just need to reach out. I love that I can easily text, email, or call the office and know I'll get the support I need. Office experience: smug, condescending, preachy pressure-scare tactics for peddling needless procedures. Pricing: exorbitant, billing statement padding with excessive X-ray charges to milk your insurance dry. Type of care details: I've seen better and I've seen worse teeth, cracked their assistant dentist on my long overdue visit for a simple checkup and cleaning, roughly over five years, partly due to that so-called pandemic. Hardly better teeth, though, since before ever visiting this office, I had just two molar cavity fillings and one long-repeated root canal. Yeah, well, I've seen better or worse dentists, too, this one ranking amongst the all-time worst. His entire approach to the patient was arrogant, argumentative, condescending, even confrontational, spewing a stream of what he most mistakenly thinks are pithy and spiffy comebacks to each and everything the patient expresses. Then he did a rushed and shoddy cleaning, complimenting the patient for being such a trooper for enduring it. At length, incredibly, he abruptly stood several feet back away from the patient to pontificate, rather ridiculously, gesturing to idled cars in the parking lot outside, about how the teeth are like an engine requiring proper motor oil! This absurdly childish lecture being delivered to an elder patient several decades older than himself! Finally, the patient cracked back, that he could never recall pouring motor oil into his mouth to lubricate his teeth! Of the severe gum infection the patient was presently suffering, he called the molar directly affected a LOST CAUSE, requiring extraction, just as the molar next to it was extracted years earlier. The SOLE reason that FIRST tooth got extracted was because a quack across town did a shoddy rushed root canal, actually chipping off a sliver of his metal chisel, leaving it inside to rupture the root beyond repair after that tooth had been preserved by root canals for over 30 years since the late 1980s! This patient had left this office pre-pandemic after its chief dentist had resorted to pressure scare-tactics for extraction, claiming the gum infection would spread like a CANCER throughout the mouth; it never did, naturally. Not to mention the fact that they persisted with prescribing ineffective general antibiotics to kill the infection, despite superior sources like the Mayo Clinic which recommended doxycycline for it. So this patient consulted an exceptionally competent dentist across town who stated that infected tooth could have been saved by root canal if diagnosed correctly earlier on; he even performed a freeze-test to confirm that the tooth was indeed dead, lacking any sensation. This is logic and reasoning demonstrated in good-faith practice. This office only grudgingly shared with the second consultant my X-rays because the patient had declined to consent to their so-called deep cleaning, yet another needless but expensive procedure. Is the deep cleaning really necessary, this patient asked the assistant dentist. IF YOU CARE TO KEEP YOUR TEETH, he cracked once more. Whelp, people, to reiterate: this patient, in his seventh decade of life, has now lost just two teeth, BOTH of those directly and SOLELY related to the outright INCOMPETENCE of another quack. Bottom line: this office, through its arrogant and condescending practitioner, LOST the lucrative trade of treating and killing the long-term gum infection ultimately and properly addressed by an exceptionally competent professional! Irony is: this office still sent this patient a promotional email inviting him to visit the office for end-of-the-year insurance-covered treatment. To which this patient responded with a prompt request to visit the chief dentist. That was way back in late October with no reply to date.

I asked her to help me pay for the grafting, the total is $7000, and she refused to take responsibility. She took before pictures so she knows what she did to my gums. I asked her for the pictures, and she made tons of excuses before she finally said she could not find them. Dr Patel has zero integrity and won't take responsibility for her actions. I expected professionalism, accountability and basic patient safety. Instead I am left with lasting damage and no support. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
