I originally wanted to try what I thought was the Llama latte. But it's llamBa, and it's delicious.

We stumbled into this place in the middle of a road trip, and we were absolutely delighted by it! The inside is cute and clean, and the people working there were also friendly! We ordered their mocha, which was the best mocha we'd had in a while (most places make hot chocolate and add some coffee, this tasted like an actual mocha). The only downside is it's a little on the pricey side for coffee, although it seems like all non-chain coffee shops charge too much nowadays. read more

A couple years in and I'm compelled to update my review to say that lamppost still offers great, consistent coffee, food, and service. The espresso milkshake is great for summer and they have the best chocolate chip cookie. Tacos and smoothies are always good, too. Friendliest staff in town. read more

Driving back to San Antonio from Austin. I stumbled across this little Gem. The barista was amazing, very knowledgeable, and kind. I ordered the Lamba latte, it was so delicious... I was told it's more on the sweeter side. My advice if you don't like your latte too sweet but also not too bitter.. add a extra shot (sold in doubles). One of my top faves!! read more

Nice vibe, good coffee, and the staff here is really nice. They are fast, but it doesn't have that chaotic feel of some other coffee spots.

We had purchased a lavender latte, a lamba latte, 2 choc chip cookie and a blueberry muffin. The lady was very sweet at the window however the coffee wasn't 5 stars. Both of the coffees were mostly milk and there was hardly any coffee in it. The lamba had a good flavor but i was looking for caffeine. The cookies were pretty good and my Gf said the blueberry muffin wasn't bad. I guess i just had high hopes because there was a 5 out if 5 star review and thats why im being so crucial. read more

In regards to their coffee and food items, they are truly great. Everything has always been delicious and I seriously look forward to getting a Lamba latte when I can. I'm leaving two stars though because they are incredibly wishy-washy with their hours. I have shown up multiple times in the morning after their opening times of 7 and 8am to find them closed. It happened most recently today and yesterday. There's no sign on the door and no updates on any social media page. Since I purposely go out of my way to pick up something from here, it's incredibly frustrating to show up and there be no one there. If the store hours are inaccurate then they need to update them. Emergencies happen but assuming the location has more than one employee, they could at least send someone to stick something on their door stating they are closed. I'd call before you go from here on out just to make sure you're not wasting your time. read more
