Stopped by the place for lunch with a friend and was definitely impressed with the selection of beers on tap. They definitely have a variety. I usually like wheat beers. The one I wanted, they ran out, but they had a weihenstephaner hefeweissbier which is usually a go to and a chocolate hef. The chocolate hef was definitely unique. Came in during a world up game and had plenty of TVs to watch the games. The first bartender that served us wasn't very nice or talkative, but the second one was the one that gave me a taster of the chocolate hef. He was nice and checked on me and my friend the whole time we were there. It is a big space and plenty of seating. They had a good menu for lunch and dinner and good specials for happy hour. This is my second time here. First time, the experience was ok. Food and drinks were mid so when our friends wanted to come here for lunch, we were already hesitant but decided to come back to check it out again before posting a review. Came here with friends during lunch hour & got some items from the "lunch deals" section. For the lunch deals, we got the 2 chicken tacos, which comes with chips & salsa. There was a decent amount of chips and salsa and the tacos were a good size & had good flavors. 8/10 for the chicken tacos. My friend got the traditional wings (6 piece) lunch deal which comes with a side of fries & celery. The sizes of the wings look decent & she enjoyed the meal. Our party also got the steak tacos & steak nachos. This time, there was a decent amount of steak on the nachos and it paired perfectly with everything. The first time we came here and we got the nachos during our last visit, there was barely any steak on the nachos so I'm glad they corrected it and making it better. 8/10 for the nachos. Drinks: my group mainly got beer so they were all good & happy with it. I wanted a margarita flight and well, that was pretty disappointing. It was supposed to be 4 different flavors/drinks with tequila. But where was the tequila? I felt that they should've been upfront with it on the menu and called it a mocktail or something because when we didn't taste any tequila in it, we asked the waitress & she mentioned to us that there is only 1 shot of tequila for the whole flight...like what?! That flight cost $20 so you're telling me I'm basically buying $20 worth of juice since the tequila is non-existent?! That was truly disappointing to hear & even the waitress said she would never recommend the flight because of it and it wasn't fun to make. So do better Brass Tap, either add more tequila to your flight to make it actually worth $20 or just remove it all together from your menu. Deceiving & a total waste. 0/10 for the flight. Thankfully the waitress removed it from our bill without issue & got me the watermelon margarita to replace it. Much better and you can taste some tequila in it (not much but a lot more than what was sprinkled onto the flight). 6/10 for the watermelon drink. Overall the service is decent and the space is decent for small groups. There's seating at the bar area and tables inside and outside. Decor was typical for these type of place. Plenty of parking as well. Will I be back? Maybe if drinks are better. read more

I was really disappointed with the chilaquiles. If you're expecting traditional chilaquiles, this isn't it. It was basically tortilla chips topped with canned green sauce, dry shredded pork, and a fried egg. The only thing I ended up eating was the egg--which made it feel like a very expensive $19 breakfast. To make matters worse, the guacamole tasted sour, like it had gone bad. I visited this spot two days in a row. It's been on my list for quite a while and my first visit was so solid I went back the next day. The service on my first visit was so friendly and prompt during the Saturday night rush. The place was full and the live music was fun to listen to. We ordered a few ciders & seltzers along with wings and onion rings. I enjoyed both very much. The Cajun rub wings were so very good. The honey bbq wings were good too. The garlic fries were okay..I wouldn't upgrade to that option again tho. The onion rings are beer battered and delicious. The next day I went back for football Sunday and it was the complete opposite vibe. Slow and calm. The service was okay and the food was good. I got the breakfast burrito which was okay. We got to watch the first games there too . Excellent location, easy parking & great vibes! They also have trivia nights and great happy hour options during the week. Last night a group of us went to the Brass Tap. We chose to sit outside since we were a bit of a large group. There was live music inside, but thankfully, the speakers outdoors allowed us all the enjoyment while we relaxed, drank, and dined al fresco. The Brass Tap is unique in that, even though it specializes in beer, it has a full bar and serves restaurant quality food. I appreciated the variety of the menu because it offered so much more than what a typical brewery would and broader than food truck options. Even though the place was hopping, our waitress visited us often and was attentive. Our food came out a bit at a time, but was hot and we each enjoyed our orders. Surprisingly, it was better than just decent bar food, which is what I kinda expected. I was in the area and decided to try this spot. It's been on my list of places to try for a while. Glad I stopped by. The staff are friendly and helpful when you request a suggestion. Restrooms are clean and the atmosphere is pretty chill. The beer may be the main attraction but the food is good too. I really like that they have a wide variety of hard liquor, beer and non alcoholic drinks available. My server was on her way out so I got transferred to Bree- who is a sweet and professional woman. Everything tasted good, especially the cauliflower. The only thing I'd suggest is to make the sauce for Mac & cheese less salty, but other than that I'd love to come back again. We came here for the first time and, although it was busy, we were able to find a place to sit. Our waitress was very pleasant and took our order right away. My husband ordered the All-American Burger, which was just okay, and I ordered the two steak tacos along with our drinks. Our waitress apologized for the delay, and we completely understood since the restaurant was busy. My husband eventually received his burger, but my tacos never came. When I asked about them, she checked with the kitchen and apologized again, explaining that they were behind. However, it was frustrating to watch several tables that arrived after us receive their food while I continued waiting. I only ordered two steak tacos, yet I waited at least 40 minutes for them. When my tacos finally arrived, they were made with flour tortillas even though I had specifically requested corn tortillas. Our waitress felt terrible about the mistake and even comped my husband's beer, which I appreciated. She provided excellent service and did everything she could. The problem was clearly with the kitchen and how orders were being handled. Unfortunately, this experience was unacceptable. Waiting over 40 minutes for two tacos, only to receive them incorrectly, while watching other guests who arrived later get served first, left a very poor impression. At first glance the place looks popular and the ambiance is very basic but it works as a chill hangout to go for with a friend for some drinks and a great pizza. It also looked family friendly since people did bring their kids. The server was friendly and offered more than was on the menu. The drinks were delicious, you couldn't taste alcohol which a food cocktail shouldn't however after my 3rd drink I didn't feel anything and as a lightweight that made me feel like they lowballed on the alcohol. The hot honey pepperoni pizza was probably one of the best I've had in a while, it was savory with hints of sweetness from the honey and the spiciness doesn't build, I haven't tried other food items but this will be my new Pizza and Beer go to place after a long day of work. My son ordered the Fish & Chips ($19.50) and it was literally like FISH STICKS and crinkle cut fries out of a frozen bag and was not good. My husband ordered the Carnivore Pizza ($19.00) and it looked like it also came out of a freezer. I got the Pub Burger - was not asked how I wanted it cooked. It was okay but is not a $17.00 burger (served with the frozen bag crinkle cut fries), especially since I had to eat pretty much after my son and husband had already eaten most of their meals. My son got his meal about 10 minutes before mine came. My husband got his 5 minutes before I got mine. We didn't even get our meals to eat together. We were looking forward to getting the Butter Cake for dessert, but after such a disappointing meal, decided to not get it. We won't be back. I recently discovered The Brass Tap in Corona to check out their late night happy hour and I was pleasantly impressed with their service, food quality, and interactive experiences. Let's be real, it's hard to make normal 3-6pm Happy Hours with weekly responsibilities, so I really appreciate that The Brass Tap took it upon themselves to offer a late night happy hour Sunday-Thursday from 9pm to close (midnight). Service was fast, as soon as we were seated we were given a bingo card to play music trivia and had our orders taken. I really enjoyed the music trivia and I'm totally looking forward to coming back for more of their game night offerings like Tuesday Trivia Night. Anyways onto the food and drinks. These Mac and Cheese balls stole the show for me. They were nice and crispy on the outside and gooey and cheesy on the inside. I realllyyyy liked these and I've been dreaming of them since. I shared the poblano chicken taco with my boyfriend as a starter and it was really savory and had good heat to it with the jalapeños on top. My favorite drinks were the green tea shots for $5.50 (not pictured) and I also ordered the drink of the week, which had aperol and whisky. Not my taste, but it was fun to try.
