When…read moreI began acupuncture in October 2024, my high blood pressure was 192/97 and I was dealing with low range of motion and pain in my right shoulder due to pulled/strained muscles. I had recently weaned myself off high blood pressure medication because of non-stop persistent coughing, and I was really scared. Dr. Shawne and her staff was very compassionate and listened to my concerns. Dr. Shawne assured me that with acupuncture, excercise, meditation, tai chi, and diet, my situation would improve. She also ordered a vitamin routine for me, which I began immediately. I continued with my acupunture treatments until the end of January 2025, when my high blood pressure reached l35/64, and my range of motion became normal.
