They just tried to charge me for the last month now and they are telling me via automated email that I am over 30 days late and to put in a different payment type! This company, Bridget specifically, is so incredibly unprofessional and the one review on Yelp besides mine should have been a clue to petition to the buyer not to work with them. My original closing date was Nov 4, 2020 but we didn't close until Dec 1, 2020. I am aware that some flexibility should be expected because issues may arise, but I had a contingency sale that relied on my closing by a certain period or else I would lose my investment into the next house I was moving to. This is where you expect the broker, who is supposedly trained and experienced, to do the appropriate steps to ensure the process runs smoothly. If the closing date was going to be an impossible task, I expect the trained professional to state that prior to signing the contract. There were so many empty excuses as to why the process wasn't moving along. The first excuse was she claimed to receive the file late when it was received within 7 days after escrow opened. Another excuse was she claimed to not have received the appraisal on time when it was received on Oct 27, 2020. Anyone who has gone through a house purchase or sale knows that the appraisal is one of the more time consuming items to get done and it was completed, ready, and received 9 days before my original closing date. I was told to "stop worrying so much" while she continued to not answer emails from my real estate agent. She even had the audacity to email my real estate agent about my "worrying too much" after it closed on Dec 4th, as if that was not 27 days late! I am genuinely curious how much longer this could have dragged on had my real estate agent not been as persistent to achieve communication. Since my house was a contingency sale, I almost lost my $10,000 investment towards my new residence due to her negligence to get this process to close on time. The builder called me and told me if it was even one more day late closing, everything I started and all the money I invested would go down the drain and they would drop me as a client. I am eternally grateful that the builder understood what I was dealing with and waited for me, which he definitely did NOT have to do. This company has only made 2 sales in 2020 so the complete disregard for deadlines is completely unwarranted. They are clearly not too busy and even if they were, that is still a sorry excuse. If you are too busy or can't get the job done in a reasonable and agreed upon time frame, then don't take the work! The customer service is a disgrace and I am truly shocked that they manage to stay in business. To make matters worse, the real estate company they did business with was Renwick Properties. This company is extremely unprofessional and I did not feel safe with them showing their clients my home while I was away and not able to supervise their actions. As we all know, we are in the middle of a global pandemic with the COVID-19 virus and certain guidelines need to be followed to protect all parties involved. I requested that all parties entering my home, especially since I was still occupying my home and it was not vacant, wear shoe covers and masks to not spread germs and create unnecessary possible exposure to COVID-19. This request was in the written real estate orders as a formal request and not a last minute idea I decided to randomly come up with. Shoe covers were provided and available for all parties coming to my residence but they choose not to abide by the rules and use the provided materials. On the day of the inspection, the real estate agent didn't go and sent someone in his place. I am unsure if it was the broker from MCR Financial or another real estate agent, but she left the clients and inspector inside my home unattended. The only reason the broker or other inspector went back is because I caught them on my security cameras unattended. My real estate agent immediately contacted them and sent them back to my house. You don't leave clients and/or other parties in someone's home unattended especially without prior communication stating that this would be occurring! That is absolutely unprofessional and reckless and can lead to theft among other risks. On top of this, there were 2 other people with them which violates COVID rules about not having additional parties in the home unrelated to the purchase. Due to the negligent behavior and complete disregard of my home, I had to thoroughly clean my floors after they left them completely filthy (something that could have been avoided had they any ounce of common courtesy to follow the real estate orders and worn the shoe covers provided). This company needs to get their act together and stop putting people at risk, whether that be financial or physical, due to laziness. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It was a long journey for three months just because the deal she got me was a short sale she said "I always want the best for my clients", and there she goes again she did get me a very good deal. My house is a Mansion I love it if I ever want to buy another house I will go back to my lender Bridget she is the best.
