If only all companies were run like this! Lance and his team cleaned out our rental property (a four-bedroom apartment) that was left in a state of disaster by the previous tenants. Lance and his team were at the job site early, they were totally professional, and the apartment was perfect after they left. What I found to be the best part of dealing with this company was how they seemed to pride themselves on making me (the customer) happy. Every time I asked for more junk to be removed, they responded happily: "You got it!".
