    TIME TO CHANGE THE TIDES HERE! No more poor reviews! This location was GRRRRREAT! At first i was wary here with this location as i didn't receive any follow up to my voicemail messages to estimates on a 20k service. I placed an easy online service appointment at this location anyway and literally 48 hours before my service i received push notifications about my appointment and emails with contact information for a service rep and estimates service line. Awesome! I followed up with a call, warmly received from Javier whom assisted my questions and helped provide accurate answers to service questions. I told him I'd go with an oil change and filter for now. Upon arrival today i spoke with service agent Marcos! He had great reverence to my needs, and treated me fairly and professionally. I felt welcomed being from California and coming to this shop for the first time. He stated why i was here today, i responded, and then I asked id love to get the full service but can't swing the quoted cost. While some prices were higher than my overall estimate in my head, he assisted me on getting the most out of my trip here today. While i totaled in my head a $200 price tag on just a oil change and filter services, he stated additional 20k services he felt were worth while to obtain like engine filter and wheel rotation and balance, and a couple of tweaks to the factory computer, drivers side door handle and child locks on the bucket seat windows adjusted. All of that for a total of $361 with a few in-house discounts and offers provided here. He saved me money and ease of stress for me also! Even stated he'd assist me with my rear sensor for parking assist that i damaged in a love tap pylon in the garage at work. Provide me an estimate, at least. While i won't fix that today, his soft approach to assisting me with service and strong knowledge on my vehicle without selling me extra services and understanding my budget, needs and care for the vehicle i felt in good hands. This guy knows his job and really worked to help get me the most benefits from this shop based on my budget. Give this guy a raise! He works hard! While i knew it'd be 5 hrs today at the shop while waiting, they have clean bathrooms, free WiFi and a 42 inch wall flatscreen with comfy couches to help pass the time with complimentary waters and snacks, and you're a short 15 minute walk to a few fast food spots if you need to stretch your legs. While there was a rough start at the beginning onboarding process with unreturned calls as I'm not a current customer but now a transplant and hope to be, the in-house service here and people assisting is really well done, with customer appreciation being a strong 5 stars forward first. Nicely done here! Definitely return here for my parking sensor and updates as needed. Nicely done guys!

    I wanted to share my great experience in Land Rover of north Miami Beach with all of you guys And highly recommend Leo CPO department not only he was very knowledgeable about the cars but also he made the process simple and easy! He's a great guy to deal with very nice and friendly not pushy like some other sales people which made me even more confident with my decision to purchase a Range Rover Sport ! He also got us a good deal and got our Audi for a trade! Thanks Leo and Land Rover of north Miami Beach for A great experience! Highly recommend to everyone!

    In Land Rover north dade Miami Florida I was charged $195 only for service to refill AdBlue liquid for my RR 2018. I did it before and it takes no more than 5 minutes.

    Upon arriving David was wonderful. He greeted us with a HUGE welcoming smile. He was so nice, warmly, again with a huge smile. Everything David did felt thoughtfully and with that extra something special touch for me and it made me feel special!  We had the pleasure of working with David Angulo as our Service Advisor. I am not sure if there is such an award for "Best Service Advisor", but there should be one and he should win it. David did more than we could have expected.

    I have to thank Nestor Alvarez, Service Manager and his whole team for taking what was a "so so" past experience and making this last experience one I will always be grateful for. I have yet to meet him in person and if your wondering why its because Ive never had to. All I have to do is give him a call or text and the same day he sends valet to my office, drops off a luxury loaner, picks up my Range, services it, and returns it before the end of my shift.... Most recently, I had 4 tires mounted, aligned and vehicle serviced.... He had my car picked up by noon and a few hours later it was already on its way back!! My car is returned sparkling clean, tires shining, rims glowing and interior spotless. This is what I call great service!! He takes his work very personal and truly cares for the satisfaction of his clients and as do the team members I've coordinated w on numerous occasions. He and his team have made valiant efforts to contact me after services to ensure I am satisfied with the results. I want to thank you Nestor and the team at Landrover North Dade for taking the hassle out of servicing!!

Had he honored his agreement and been pleasant about it -I would have changed the review to reflect that they had made an effort but this continues to be a dealership that lies and seeks to intimidate. We have the receipts-that include proof that all papers were signed completely and properly (one week prior to our arrival at the dealership)and that the whole problem was fomented by Lexus of North Miami and their finance person Tod. Caveat emptor -the dishonesty at this Lexus store is palpable. As they handled this transaction in a fraudulent manner -we will be taking further action to protect our rights.

Before I even received the car I noticed the paint was messed up but still was stupid enough to take it because I was promised it would be fixed by them at no cost to me well 3 months later and still no paint is fixed or word of it getting fixed as they have ghosted me. I was told they would be here for me not even 3 months later my check engine light comes on so I reach out to Jose the sales man who sold me my car and swore up and down to be here whenever I needed something. I texted him at 730 on a Saturday night so I was not expecting a response until Monday but when Monday came and I didn't receive a response I became very frustrated and upset due to the fact that he has his read receipts on and it tells me he read my message. By the end of the day Monday still no response so I decided to try and reach a higher up (his manger Raul) so I send him a text explaining the situation to him and even included photos. To my suprised he read my message and left me on read. I texted him Tuesday and it is now Friday and have not heard back from either of them. So I decide to try and call them both to which of course neither of them answer. I send a text saying hello? And I get left on read and ignored. Please do not buy from these people they are not trustworthy especially for the amount of money you are paying for these cars. Please take my advice and seek another dealership. Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. See attached photos for the receipts of their lack of communication and horrible customer service.

About 3-4 weeks ago, my mom leased a new vehicle and clearly told the salesperson, Jorge Gonzalez, that she did not have money for a down payment. They agreed on a monthly payment, she signed the paperwork, and drove away believing everything was finalized. A few weeks later, she received statements for two Toyota credit card accounts that had been opened in her name without her knowledge or authorization. The available credit on those accounts was used toward a $7,000 down payment on the vehicle. When she questioned the $7,000 down payment, she was told it would be covered by "Toyota incentives." At no point was she informed that credit cards would be opened in her name or that they would be used as part of the transaction. Today, the dealership's response was simply that she signed the contract and agreed to the terms. We strongly disagree. Consumers deserve to fully understand what they are signing and should never discover weeks later that additional credit accounts were opened in their name. We have filed complaints with the CFPB, the Florida Attorney General, Toyota Corporate, and the Better Business Bureau, and are pursuing additional remedies. Please review all documents carefully before signing and monitor your credit reports after purchasing or leasing a vehicle. If anyone else has experienced something similar, I would appreciate hearing from you.

It was upstairs so be brought it down and offered a demo. I have been visiting dealerships mainly interested in CPO trying to find the right car of this and one other model but I have had less than great experiences to be honest, and he was the first person to actually offer a test drive. On the drive Amin went over some of the features and benefits and when I stopped back into his office, he made the decision-making process a breeze. When it came to financing, Amin and his team worked with me to find a competitive financing solution. The manager also sent several follow up emails to check in throughout the process as well. I took a day to think about it, and called Amin and locked in the deal the next day. Pickup experience was also fantastic and premium experience, again coordinated by Amin and I am so happy with my new Q8! In summary, if you're in the market for an Audi, this dealership is the place to go. Ask for Amin Saleh!

Pros 1. 30 day warranty for used cars 2. they don't FEE you to death like most car dealerships. Cons 1. They don't live up to their word. Upon getting ready to leave ( after a VERY long afternoon waiting for paperwork) the car starts and has a transmission error. Run it down to service and they plug it in and codes come up for some random part, and a new a battery. They promised to fix both. 4 days later they called and said parts are in so I sent my son with the car and when he got back the Salesman called to say they fixed the button but didn't replace the battery because when they rechecked it it showed charged. Of course it did, my son just drove it 90 minutes to get there during which it was charging. So now I"m out $500++ to replace the battery they promised to replace. 2. Paperwork took HOURS, simply unacceptable. 3. Salesman showed me nothing about the car, just handed keys and see ya later. Argued about the battery. 4. No where in the paperwork does it discuss the 30 day warranty, it actually contradicts it saying NO WARRANTY AS IS, you have to assume they''ll stand up to their "word" which as described earlier isn't really worth much.

So please take my rating as an average. I have always leased Infiniti's, so having that kind of service is something you get used to. My last Q60 was stollen, I decided to get a wrangler. My decision was because it was a car I always wanted. Not due in to sales pressure. If I have to say how my sales experience was November of 2020. I would give it 1 . The sales person was not helpful. They tried to get me into every model below what I wanted, kept me there forever playing their games, when I tried to leave, and even chased my car acting like they had a better deal to offer me. It was like a bad car salesman skit. At the end what we had a agreed for the down payment, was not what I paid before I walked out the door. I was too exhausted to fight, and just wanted to go home. The sad thing is I would have never had to deal with this at Infiniti. There I would test drive the car, on side streets, the highway, and where I wanted (wait that is any car). I am used to being in and out in less than 30 min with a new car. At Jeep, the sales man was too lazy to put gas in the car and only took me down side streets. To this day.... I hate my Jeep on the highway. I regret that I never test drove it to know that you can't use your blue tooth on 95. Should I continue.... No, I'll just leave it at that. I'm happy with this car for what it is, I got the Jeep I wanted. But, I will never give this dealership business. When you think of car salesman and the reputation they have.... This is the true meaning of them. Service: I can't complain. I have gone in for oil changes. Waited, or taken an Uber to work. Prior cars I was given a loaner. But, it's not a luxury car. This last oil change they did not reset my mileage to 0 for the next oil change. But, I know how to do that myself. My Jeep also is set to have an oil change every 10,000 miles. So, I am not sure why they put a sticker on the window for the next one due in 5,000 miles. I thought the days of stickers in the windows left us in the 90s. They washed it, so it looks great. They have a great area to sit and wait. You can get work done, have coffee, or relax... so no complaints. Service staff is friendly and helpful. I will give them all the s. We called and were insured that they had them and several others in stock to choose from and that they always honour the sale prices. We drove down to Aventura, and after waiting an hour they could not find these two Jeeps, but offered one that had several scraches and a dent in it with 900 miles on it. When we asked to look at the other ones in stock they advised us that they could not sell them as they would not start and the computers were out of them. They lied and said even if they found the Jeeps we were interested in, they would not be able to sell them at that sales price, but could get one from another dealer for 10k more. Sales rep and sales manager were not helpfull and very upset that we would not put an offer in on the scrached and dented one with 900 miles on it. STAY AWAY AND DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.
