I'm writing to review the Range Rover dealership in North Miami, known as the Range Rover of North Dade. While the dealership was beautiful, and the salesman very professional ; I am extremely disappointed- and displeased with the purchase we made at the dealership. I was in the market for a Range Rover sport and I was assured the Range Rover was " inspected" by the dealership , but they were adamant it could have only been purchased with a thirty day warranty. I was reticent, and I was rushed, but given the quality of the dealership and the fact I was given the word of my salesman ( I took the gamble.)The car sat at the airport for almost three weeks. Upon my arrival back in the states -I immediately had serious issues with the car. My mechanic informed me the car had water damage and clearly other items that would have been easily discovered by any competent person detecting the car. When I called the service manager he said the car was only ( safety inspected). I felt this was a classic bait and switch. After ten thousand dollars, rental cars and months of down time I felt a need to " warn " people about this and to never by a Range Rover without a warranty. If I could give this place -5 stars I would I had a car brand new range rober that I just bought with 1000 miles that got stuck in the flood that it took six weeks to get parts. I spoke with seven different people I went through three different rental cars one had a battery that needed to je changed so I brought that back. They gave me and it is been the worst most horrible customer service I have ever dealt with Finally when the car is ready. No one even called me to pick it up. I had to call to find out if the car was ready and they let me know it was ready you would think after six weeks of having a car sitting there they might want to call their customer, but apparently they said they're too busy to have called me when the car was ready so it's just like nothing I've ever dealt with in my life, this is the worst customer service and the reviews are accurate. I cannot deal with the service department. This has been the worst nightmare experience ever. When I finally called back, they offered me a refund to be delivered in the mail a partial and that was 14 days ago and I still haven't received that so trying to even get somebody on the phone and I have screenshot messages of a refund and I can't even receive the refund in the mail. That's a mission, so someone can give me a call back it would be nice if I can locate my refund check that was promised to me that takes 5 to 7 business days but it's been two weeks now and no one answers the phone or respond anyone because they don't allow you to call accounting because they don't transfer you there even refund is a mission. read more

I do not recommend purchasing any car from Land Rover Dealership at North Dade - especially if you are an out of state buyer. It's been 70 days since I purchased expensive Range Rover from this dealer and they have not applied for car registration yet (after collecting $15k as applicable taxes/fees). I live in California and the temporary Florida tag expired 3 weeks ago. Every time I call, they apologize and say temporary tag will be sent out but I have not received so far. I paid $155k in total and the car is sitting in my driveway for weeks now. Looks like I have to pursue legal action to get my car documents. read more

TIME TO CHANGE THE TIDES HERE! No more poor reviews! This location was GRRRRREAT! At first i was wary here with this location as i didn't receive any follow up to my voicemail messages to estimates on a 20k service. I placed an easy online service appointment at this location anyway and literally 48 hours before my service i received push notifications about my appointment and emails with contact information for a service rep and estimates service line. Awesome! I followed up with a call, warmly received from Javier whom assisted my questions and helped provide accurate answers to service questions. I told him I'd go with an oil change and filter for now. Upon arrival today i spoke with service agent Marcos! He had great reverence to my needs, and treated me fairly and professionally. I felt welcomed being from California and coming to this shop for the first time. He stated why i was here today, i responded, and then I asked id love to get the full service but can't swing the quoted cost. While some prices were higher than my overall estimate in my head, he assisted me on getting the most out of my trip here today. While i totaled in my head a $200 price tag on just a oil change and filter services, he stated additional 20k services he felt were worth while to obtain like engine filter and wheel rotation and balance, and a couple of tweaks to the factory computer, drivers side door handle and child locks on the bucket seat windows adjusted. All of that for a total of $361 with a few in-house discounts and offers provided here. He saved me money and ease of stress for me also! Even stated he'd assist me with my rear sensor for parking assist that i damaged in a love tap pylon in the garage at work. Provide me an estimate, at least. While i won't fix that today, his soft approach to assisting me with service and strong knowledge on my vehicle without selling me extra services and understanding my budget, needs and care for the vehicle i felt in good hands. This guy knows his job and really worked to help get me the most benefits from this shop based on my budget. Give this guy a raise! He works hard! While i knew it'd be 5 hrs today at the shop while waiting, they have clean bathrooms, free WiFi and a 42 inch wall flatscreen with comfy couches to help pass the time with complimentary waters and snacks, and you're a short 15 minute walk to a few fast food spots if you need to stretch your legs. While there was a rough start at the beginning onboarding process with unreturned calls as I'm not a current customer but now a transplant and hope to be, the in-house service here and people assisting is really well done, with customer appreciation being a strong 5 stars forward first. I was in the market to purchase my dream vehicle so I went to Range Rover North Dade excited for this moment. Upon my arrival my husband and I walked in and we must have been invisible because no one asked us did we need help but surprisingly a couple walked in behind us and the salesman practically ran to help them. So we went to the countertop to get help and unfortunately we got a young man who spend his entire time talking on the phone with his girlfriend while trying to assist us. He acted as we were interrupting his call when we asked questions. Not to Happy so we left and went to the Pompano location which was no much better. The sales lady that was helping us was great and we chose a vehicle. While doing the paperwork another salesman came and lied stating he had a planned sale for that vehicle, after she made sure the car was available before we started the paperwork. The sad part is the manager made her relinquish her sale so the other salesman can make his sale on the vehicle. We end up make our purchase else where. We are now in the market to purchase another Range Rover and I'm dreading the circus. I'm looking for a place purchase a new vehicle but the local dealers are a joke. So, this place has got to be one of the worse dealerships I have ever dealt with. Yes, I own a car that is expensive but I worked my entire life to get it. So I have my car since December and we are in April almost May. Ok so to be fair I ordered my car out of Virginia. My car has low inventory and North Dade just didn't have what I wanted. I could have ordered and waited a year but no thanks. So I ordered my car out of VA in Dec. Vehicle arrived without the ladder because "it's on back order" just like so many other Land Rover parts. But I figure I can deal without the ladder for a few months. Ladder arrived and I make appointment at North Dade. They tell me $600 (it takes literally 30 mins to install.). So then I ask them to just drill the two holes for me. Again (10 seconds)... nope. So the service manager hands me a card and tells me "go ahead and call corporate and give them my name". Wow really? So then I call corporate right away and they tell me "not our problem." No wonder he told me to call corporate. So apparently Land Rover has enough customers so .... UPDATE: Yes because I purchased my car in VA. I brought it to YOUR dealership. It's still sitting there it's a black on black Defender. Ladder was on back order and your dealership wants $500 to install!!!! Then I have a defective 110 sticker ... your dealership wants $500 to fix it as well. And Natasha keeps calling about the loaner car. You think I would rather driver a Velar over my Defender? Point is your dealership service manager is a rude person who doesn't care. CUSTOMER SERVICE goes so far. I am coming there to drop your loaner off after over a week and my car still not fixed and I am going to let everyone know NOT to buy from you. Now what? My original opinion of LR North Dade wasn't good but now that I'm in a more satisfied mood and upon re-consideration I've concluded the following: While their new facility is beyond any other I've seen, they'll need a little time to get comfortable and smooth out the hick-ups. They have an army of employees that guide you through your experience so you don't feel overwhelmed (do not decrease staff). The service writer area was a little sparse so hopefully their decorator will return but you don't spend much time there because the new system is designed to get you in and out expeditiously. Their customer waiting room has a TV with snacks and coming soon.....hopefully, a coffee machine. Their mechanics area is open and reminds me of the Ft Lauderdale Ferrari dealer, thumbs up. The new showroom is well designed but must be driving Corporate Land Rover nuts because it's not the desired design which I prefer from Land Rover but in this case because they also deal with Jaguar, its elegant.....love the glass stairway. The service manager was outstanding and helpful. Congrats for the best looking LR/Jag dealer in SoFl and maybe the US. I hope the they stay diligent to grow into your new home making every experience a 10. read more

Another great experience at Land Rover North Dade! Had to schedule a 24k service on a Sport Supercharged, the whole process was uncomplicated thanks to Nestor and David. I actually got an appointment on a weekend, Saturday in Sunday out. Nestor gave us a nice Jaguar loaner to drive home, I like to mention that a weekend service appointment is a great convenience for us, much easier to incorporate into ones schedule and the traffic is less. It is nice to see that the dealership has a lot of workload and still is capable providing great service to its customers. After all buying a car is one thing, but when it comes down to service and ownership experience that is where one decides about loyalty to the brand. Thanks again read more

I wish there was a rating less than 1 star. Without even inspecting my vehicle they tried to force me to buy services I did not need and my car was not due for. When I refused and explained to them that those services were already performed 10K miles ago, they then told me that if I didn't get what they were selling they would not reset my vehicle's service indicator and it would keep flashing in my face! How petty! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They tried to sell me brake fluid replacement, cabin air filter, and engine air filter as well as an alignment. All without inspection. I was game for the alignment, but the filters were already changed 10K miles ago and maybe I would change them myself, they are air filters lol. My car is not old and it has low miles., 21K, I'm drive5 K miles a year. The land rover manual says to change the air filter every 64K miles or when it's dirty. It's not dirty. The manual says 48K miles for brake fluid change, I have 21K. The land rover websites I found states to change the air filters every 15K to 30K between filter changes. So to recap I wasted my morning going to their dealership, they wanted to charge me hundreds extra for stuff that wasn't due or needed and when I refused, they said they would perform the services I wanted, and take my money, but would not reset the service indicator.! They were holding me hostage. I've never had this issue at Land Rover Fort Lauderdale. They have never tried to sell me services I did not need and they never refused to reset my service indicator. When I told the advisor that, he said "we are not Fort Lauderdale, auto nation" I recommend going to see them. So they wanted to charge me 300 plus for the oil change but not reset the service indicator. What a joke. over filters, seriously? Horrible way to do business read more

I have a Range Rover and I had Jaguars prior to that, this is a first class dealer. I have owned Mercedes and other cars over the years but I never had better service than at Warren Henry, they are family owned and although the place is state of the art and they are upscale, they still treat their customers with that close, first name basis style that you rarely see anymore. I feel like Im in good hands with them, they always treat me with respect and talk to me about the latest trends and about warranties and other things that might help me... the service advisor even remembers my kids names and that means so much these days to know that you're more than a number ! I have thought about buying other vehicles but I always end up with WHA because I don't want to give up the excellent personal service . read more

I would give this dealership negative 5 stars if I could. I went in approximately 10 days ago wanting to lease a Range Rover Evoque. I chose a vehicle, was quoted a monthly payment, and filled out the credit application. Then I was told I could not obtain financing without a co-borrower. My dad submitted his credit to be the co-borrower and he has over 800 credit score and I was told that my financing was not approved because of my debt to income ratio because I have a lot of law school student loans. I asked what that had to do with anything because I had a co-borrower, and they told me the lender could deny me financing for any reason. Then when I was persistent they changed the story and said I was not approved because my co-borrower lives in a different state. I asked them to try again because I really want this vehicle, and they came back saying that I was approved for the lease without my dad (who they put a hard inquiry on his credit and denied, even though his credit is over 800), but that I would have to put $9,000.00 down instead of $2,450 (inception costs including first month's lease). I went back and forth with them on this for 10 DAYS before I got sick of it and decided to call another dealership. I called Land Rover of Palm Beach yesterday and today (less than 24 hours after I called) I drove home my new Range Rover Evoque with only the inception costs down and almost the same monthly payment as I was originally quoted. (It is slightly higher, but also the vehicle has features that the vehicle in North Miami did not have like the driver assist.) BOTTOM LINE IS: GO TO LAND ROVER PALM BEACH. I CALLED THEM YESTERDAY, TOLD THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON, AND TODAY DROVE MY NEW CAR HOME WITH ONLY INCEPTION COSTS DOWN AND ALMOST THE SAME MONTHLY PAYMENT. I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I have had 3 issues with the engine on a range rover velar in 3 years - 2 cooling leaks, and a broken timing chain. I am told the engines are crap by another service repair shop and that it is not made well. In my opinion, the service try to upcharge for the work. I called their office, Danny Rizo picked up the phone. He was very rude and unprofessional, he told me "not my problem, that's what you gonna get" and hanged up the phone.
