I've seen a lot of car dealerships. But, nothing like Porsche West Palm Beach. Architecturally the edifice is modern and superb in design. Not only does it have its dealership. But also, a Porsche store loaded with Porsche key ring, sunglasses, shirts &, etc. Also, a Porsche electric bicycle. Beautiful, but at $9,888.00, I don't think I will be buying one any too soon. There is also free coffee and very good lunch sandwiches to enjoy while you are waiting. I was here with my partner, Beloved, who is a diehard Porsche fan and eagerly looking to purchase one. The dealership staff that waited on him were exceptionally polite and professional with none of that cheap shot hard pitch that many car salesmen are so notoriously well known for. Beloved found his dream car and was going to put together a deal the next day, but come the next day it had been sold to someone else. Bo Hoo! Back to the drawing board. Regardless of that. I purchased a new 2024 Cayenne S 12/14/2024. The salesman and paper work gentleman said verbily that I would get two not cost oil changes at 10000 miles and 20000 when reached. I explained to both that I did not drive a lot and would be longer than a year. They said when it reached 10,000 I would get the oil change.Porsche has a app that provides a multitube of information including when service is needed-. It indicated service was needed 10,200 miles 06/17/2025. When I called service they said the 1st year was 12/14/2025 and I would not get it the 1st year no cost service, I could get the 2nd year service. This is just ridiculous. read more

I had an appointment to leave my car with the service department on Monday, November 25, 2024, for completion over the Thanksgiving holiday. On November 26, 2024, the technician reached out to confirm the items that I would like to address. I heard nothing for several days. The car had been forgotten. A week later, I reached out to get a status update. The car hadn't even been looked at. At no time did the dealership indicate that they were so backed up that wouldn't be able to look at my car. Only then did they indicate that the current workload made them a month behind. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment. Then, they perform a multipoint inspection where they recommend I replace the brakes and rotors. The cost was nearly $6,000. I informed them that I had a service contract for the brakes, and the technician had never heard of such an agreement. I purchased it from another Porsche dealership, and it is an offering on the Porsche website. After they review the service contract, all of a sudden, my brakes don't need to be replaced. 9 days with no car and nothing done. read more

She asked where I lived and said she was going in my direction and would actually meet me at a local restaurant parking lot. IF you want to buy a Macan DO NOT purchase from Porsche West Palm. if you want to buy a more expensive Porsche they will be attentive. This is management's priority and you will be treated second class with your Macan. When I purchased my Macan I was asked to sit in the cafeteria to sign papers. When I expressed my discomfort, I was moved to the garage. Then it took over 2.5 hours to process the paperwork while the elite level car buyers were swept through. note this was before the unfortunate computer problems so cannot use that excuse. I do appreciate they have a substantial inventory of cars, however execution is important to the buyer and Porsche West Palm does not deliver. I hope that changes, I Love my Macan. Many years ago I used to have a Porsche Boxster. I purchased it from a dealership in VA. Sold it within 4 years since it kept on having issues despite it being a new car. But I did like how it drove overall. Fast forward 12 plus years, in search of a small to midsize SUV and I knew I had to test drive Porsche Macan. I like the shape plus it's not too big. The whole experience was great testing driving this vehicle. Sales representative Chris was a really polite and classy gentleman who helped us. I drove it and so did my husband. We both liked it. You really can't compare different SUV brands. Because each vehicle has a different make, engine etc. But I know I liked what I drove. My only reservation is that my first experience with Porsche was a bad one, and I don't want a similar experience with this purchase if I get this SUV in the future. It's definitely on my mind though and I love how they can customize any feature. I have a few more SUV brands I want to test drive before making a decision. Happy Car buying.~ read more

It shouldn't take hours of trying (texts, voicemails, website chat) over several days to get an appointment or an answer. I've owned 5 Porsches back to back, enjoying excellent service from three different dealerships, this isn't normal. In fact, it's a lot like the last dealership experience I had with a GM (haven't bought domestic since). Went elsewhere for service on my six figure car and elsewhere is where I'm going to buy the next one. Cars are immaculate! Even the pre-certified cars are in great condition. Being a high-end dealer, they ask more for their used cars than can be gotten at other places. The sales rep talked me out of doing a PPI at the dealer since they already certified the car. I got a message from management once. No true offers to make the deal right. Mo you have been copied on several emails and the situations have not been resolved. You have yet to respond to an email however tommy has and other than telling me he will have a check cut when I get the oil change to reset the light the other issues have not been resolved and I was told today "he can offer no resolution". I love how when purchasing the vehicle I asked if the bumpers had been painted and I was told no that the car fax is clean. Then in my paperwork after receiving the car I have an invoice stating both bumpers and the driver side was resprayed. There are even drip lines on the driver side. The rear glass had defrost lines that were cut due to your third party that removes the tint. After the first week of having the car I had to get the ashtray door that was broken replaced, the 02 sensor replaced and a wheel repaired. Terrible and I will be contacting a lawyer to help solve some of these issues. read more

My mother in law brought the car into the dealership to turn the car in as we thought was the protocol when someone passes away who leased a Porsche. Well it turned out to be much more complicated than we understood. Asked for a detailed estimate not to have any issues at pickup, received a total #, asked again for itemized including all details of time, labor rate, parts etc. and instead received a text from service professional David. Asked again and received a link to final formal estimate to approve charges and ok to complete work then when paying # was meaningfully higher(they did discount for situation but final bill was still higher than final estimate I approved). Did not have loaner car so they dropped me home then when work was complete they were supposed to pick me up to come to shop to take delivery and instead "without asking" and without my knowledge my manual GT3 was driven by a young kid to my home - I do not even let a valet drive it 7-feet given manual and so low to ground. Side point when calling the dealership a number of occassions pre and post issues nobody picked up the phone so needed to call and call. -later upgraded rating per service manager communication acknowledgement of situation and efforts receive better future experience read more

This is the second time I've come in to this dealer for service I've had a few issues to be addressed when leaving it here and having a friend pick me up because they don't have loaners to give you. The car comes back never fixed my brakes are squeaking they were still squeaking when I left my windshield wipers were still not working they were spraying out to the side and the clock wouldn't be fixed and then they fixed it and then I drive out of the lot and it changes right back to the all-time terrible terrible service although the guy I worked with was very kind. They definitely want your money, but I believe they don't even do the repairs or change your oil as required. You can't get anyone on the phone to make an appointment or anyone to call you back. I can't believe how customer service has changed over the years. read more

Sarah Connolly is a Capt who is deployed to Qatar where she ordered a new Cayenne from "Freddie" Rhemrev and his Supervisor Mo Reza and gave them her $2k down payment for the order. When Porsche told her that they could not provide the product she ordered due to a world wide red leather shortage, she withdrew her order. We have been repeatedly asking through phone calls and emails since June 11th for the refund and they couldn't be bothered. I would expect more from a an establishment like Porsche but maybe these aren't the guys I should be talking to. Do better. read more

Don't service your car at this dealership!!!! I never leave negative reviews but I'm still so upset about the Braman service negligence. I purchased a "Porsche" vehicle brand for the assured quality, prestige and service. For the past year, I have been proven wrong. Basically, I had nail in tire which was replaced by Braman Porsche. Thereafter, I contacted service provider at Braman that tire sensor warning alert is on, brought in my car for inspection MULTIPLE times and was told sensor was reset, I guess without inspection of my tires???? I was in Ocala and brought my car to Porsche of Ocala for service - and was told that the rear tire and wheel was rotated to front which caused all my tire issues. Porche tires are staggered and should never have been rotated. Braman never owned up to the issue, although I have all the documentations. Their negligence have put me and others in danger on the road. In short I'm warning others NOT to use Porche Braman for service! Incapable of diagnosing or treating your vehicles. If it wasn't for huge financial loss, I would have sold my vehicle. read more

Megan and Ed are great to work with, and from the moment you're greeted to when you're ushered to your loaner, you completely forget how badly you're going to be fleeced ($425 oil change anyone?). But you bought a Porsche, not a Honda, so that's the price of admission I suppose (and these cars are fantastic and worth it). All in all a pretty nice dealership service experience. read more

I tried to purchase a pre owned car for $89k which was advertised incorrectly with ceramic brakes which the car did not have. I asked for $2k off the advertised price because of that and the extra $850 dealer junk fee and the GM refused to sell the car to me. I don't even know why the GM was involved in this deal in the first place but if they are going to nickel and dime someone like this imagine when there is an actual problem. GM needs to be replaced with a more competent one who can hire good managers that he can delegate to make sensible business decisions. Now, not only did they not sell the car, I'm sure my negative reviews on every review platform will cost them thousands. read more
