Bobby, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The work they did on my car was flawless--perfect paint match, super clean finish, and done on time. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my BMW to this dealership, got hit from behind. Went to pick it up, and the trunk is not open property. Return the car again the same day the tech said it's your (fob) not work or battery Got a new fob, trunk still not opening correctly, the tech started yelling at me saying this is the last time I'm working on this car we are losing money. And the trunk is not aligned Aswell. Working with my insurance company to get a supplemental with another shop. Never been yelled at as I am the customer. read more

I am very disappointed in the service that I received from Quality Auto Body & Paint. One of their techs improperly installed one of my tires causing it to leak air and leaving it unrepairable. I had to purchase a new tire. The owner of Quality Auto Body & Paint refused to reimburse me for the cost of my replacement tire even though I had my Quality Auto Body & Paint receipt as well as my receipt for the cost of my replacement tire. This is the second time I unfortunately had to use this auto body shop in the past year and both experiences were equally as wonderful. Aside from doing an amazing job on my car (the paint matches perfectly) they stand by their work. If there are any issues they will do whatever they have to to get it right. They will even pick up your car on a flatbed tow truck while you are at work and deliver it back to you when your workday is complete to not inconvenience you. The employees are very friendly and they let me walk through the shop (at my own peril) to see what they were doing to my car. I hope that I never have to use them again but if I do I will be bringing my Honda right back to them. read more

No STAR, I would like to say that my experience with this shop was quiet unfortunate. I had pictures of my vehicle prior to the damage and after taking it from the shop, and it was not fixed by the insurance, the vehicle was in a worse situation the bumper was not there and it had a flat tire, and it was dirtier and scratched up, beside I was told that they hit the back bumper in moving it. Overall I will not recommend this shop and I could not find them on BBB to file a complaint, but will resort to an attorney instead. Moreover the owner is very rude and he even fired the previous manager who was quiet pleasant to talk to. read more
