We bought a new Defender 110 a few months ago, and we are in love with everything about it. However, yesterday I had a flat tire; I tried to change the tire with the wheel lock that came with the tire kit. Unfortunately, only one wheel lock was in the tire kit there are suppose to be two one for the tires and one for the spare. I immediately called Jordan our sales person, and he was amazing at getting the problem resolved. He sent a tow truck and even provided me transportation to the dealer. Once I was at the dealer, Sergio in Service took over. My tire was changed, and I was given the wheel lock in less then 30 minutes. Life happens and sometimes things happen that are beyond our control but thanks to Jordan and Sergio it all worked out in the end. read more

I visited this dealer today as my 2018 Range Rover needed an oil change. They have a beautiful brand new facility and an are with snacks and beverages. I arrived early and was provided a loaner so I can go about my day. When I returned to pick up my car within a few hours, car was fully cleaned and ready. The best part about my visit was that they offered to pick up my car and deliver it back to me next time for service!!! I have been to other facilities and have been told that I would have to pay for a loaner if needed and if I wanted to get my car picked up at my house and delivered, that would also be a separate charge. I bought a LR in 2018 from this dealership. I have always wanted one and the time was right to make the leap. I should have gone with my gut instinct during the buying process and walked out. The sales man rolled his eyes at me while I was deciding to buy the car. Since that day, every time I needed to get service the service process was horrible and the prices for a maintenance and oil change was around $1200.00. The prices are absurd. The final straw for me was visiting the service department to find out what a light on meant. There has been lights on every month since I bought the car. I visited before Christmas to find out what it was for and they wouldn't even look at the car with an appointment which take Over a week to get. I only needed to find out why. I was so dissatisfied, I made the decision to trade in the LR and go back to BMW where the service is amazing. You also get more for your money. Maintenance is included! I've been a loyal customer for 7+ years .....I will never go back or refer them again. The company culture of CYA and widespread apathy thru the departments is a breeding ground for safety issues which was evident yesterday. They serviced my car and let me leave the lot with a broken piece which they knew about; even took pictures and admitted it over the phone after the accident occurred. His reasoning for not notifying me of the broken piece on my car was "I didn't want to over-sell you." He stated this twice when asked, why he let me leave their service center knowing that there was a broken piece on my car. I am not a mechanic, and rely on reputable service and transparency when I take my family car to be serviced. I decided to contact the Better Business Bureau regarding this case. They leased me a car with too many problems that were never fixed in all the times I took it to the dealer. The glitches are worst everyday and I decided not to travel with this car too far because it easily could cause an accident... God forbid!!! ... and take it for a repair is a nightmare because they decided to treat me like I am inventing all this issues and last time they refused to check my car. I never tough this big brand and expensive car expected to be so mediocre!! I was attended by Service Consultant Richard Valdivia which is unfortunately the same one that always attend me at the dealer, he is the most disrespectful person I ever talked to and since he refused to check the car I had to go back home with my car still having a loud sound. Then I called to Land Rover company and I explained this to DAKOTA, they just told me that if the dealer don't find any problem, means everything I said the car have does not exist .... The worst part is that I am not the only one having this troubles with the car, unfortunately it have too many glitches that attempt with mine and my son security (the car just went black on the road, everything on the panel turn off. Service Department is the worst! I have been both, a Jaguar and a Land Rover customer for many years now.... my car was not ready when promised and I was charge for extra days on the loaner. Furthermore, after I picked my land rover up on Friday morning. ... few hours later I was calling the dealer to have it towed.... AGAIN. (After having paid several thousand dollars for the "repairs"). We had a trip planned for the Holidays and had to take a different car for obvious reasons. ... Your sales consultants are either too buy to focus on a bigger deal, or missing in action. I bought a used non Land Rover here. Avoid this dealership at all costs. We unfortunately purchased our vehicle from them 2 years ago and have nothing but problems since then. Every time we took our car to be serviced, it came back with additional problems. It has been in the shop at least 10 times in 2 years because of the carelessness and disregard that this dealership has for its customers. We have seen 3 different changes in general managers over the 2 years, and all 3 have been equally negligent. Buyers should also be aware that what they are doing is fraud. They outsource all of their service to 3rd party providers and charge dealership prices. It should also be noted that the 3rd party providers they use are terrible and definitely not Land Rover quality work. Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere. Awful experience - stay away. I wont be back. I just bought my 2nd and last Range Rover from this place. They sold me a CPO Supercharged LWB that supposedly had been inspected and was in perfect condition. I bought it sight unseen because I thought it was a reputable Land Rover dealer. I was told there were zero issues with the car and foolishly believed the salesman, Chris Banos. Car arrived: - brakes shot, you touch the peddle and they screech - no service records, cant prove anything was inspected - badly stained cargo cover - missing 2nd key - missing wheel lock key - interior STINKS. deep perfume smell that 2 details had not erased. - wiper blades all faded and shot After weeks of getting the run around on all these issues and providing detailed pictures, while assuring me they could all be addressed, they finally folded. They tried to get me to claim a key from some 3rd party insurance company (that claim was denied by my local real LR dealer) and kept telling me they'd come up with proof that the brakes were inspected, before finally admitting they never had any. Eventually they said they would reimburse me for the wiper blades, while ignoring all the expensive issues. Management wont return my phone calls and my sales guy wont even tell me his managers name. Shocking that these guys are selling $80,000 cars under Land Rovers brand name with customer service and results I would not expect from the worse used car lot. Zero stars. This place is the worst ever. They are rude and condescending to customers. Do not get service with williams Burrows. Because he will stick you with a bill without proper notification. Went there for oil change and tire alignment and was charged over $2300 for "recommended services" which were not pre-approved but performed anyways. William burrow did not call me or give me a heads up about the additional services and associated cost for the service he decided to perform on his own and without my approval. I really feel taken advantage of and will never return to that dealership. William burrows up-sold me for "recommended" services that were not necessary by any manufacturer guidelines otherwise required at all. Or maybe he didn't care much and preferred to prioritize the increase to his bottom line at the end of the month. To make matters worst the service manager Henry Lischner is an arrogant, condescending person whose ethics I question when he stuck by these unnecessary "recommended" but NOT REservices. Just so you understand things clearly, I am not speaking of this for the cost, I paid it after all but I am speaking of this because I did my research and consulted with other mechanics with Range Rover experience and their feedback confirmed that my suspicions of up-selling byBurrows were correct. "They added all the spiff things", I believe is the terminology used that covers the actions taken by William Burrows. Interestingly enough and according to Henry Lischner, the service manager at Land Rover South Dade, this is how Land Rover of South Dade usually does business and what I recounted to him and herein, he considered as "hearsay" and he is sticking with what his employee (which I now find out he is backing up because of a personal familial relationship) he further stated that he believes that how Williams Burrow acted and charged me for services that were not pre-approved but "recommended" is proper procedure within the operating guidelines of the dealership. So there you go, honestly I am shook by the overall experience, not disappointed but shook, the only thing that I can't help but wonder if this dealership's ownership is proud of their employees in their representation of the values, customer service guidelines and ethics of Land Rover of South Dade and Land Rover of North America. read more

If I could give this dealer a rating it would be a zero. I have taken my 2020 Range-Rover in for service over six different times in the last three years for the same computer issues. Faulty tire pressure readings, A/C and navigation issues, faded rear tail lamps, faded front and back emblems, etc. The last time I took the car in for service both my brand new pair of expensive Sunglasses and AirPods were stolen from my vehicle. When I called both the service writer and service manager neither offered any solutions, just lame excuses. As most of my friends and family know, I am a bit of a car buff and have gone through quite a few cars in my driving history. My most recent toy of choice was a CPO Range Rover Sport. There isn't a whole lot of inventory of these with the particular options and color combination I was looking for in the general Florida vicinity which led me to a search that spanned a few weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when I found one I wanted at a reasonable price at this dealership in Miami. I promptly submitted an internet inquiry and was contacted the following day. The sales person, Victor Navarro, got some information from me on what I was looking for and information on my trade in and told me he would follow up with me in about 24 hours. Three days went by without any contact and I kept receiving automated emails from the dealer on if I had found everything I was looking for. I decided to reply and indicated no one every contacted me back after my initial inquiry a few days prior. I was contacted by Victor later that day advising the car I was inquiring about sold the same day I had submitted my inquiry. I thought this was quite coincidental and also questioned why he couldn't be bothered to contact me back to let me know that. I received no legitimate explanation, but he did advise they just took in a lease vehicle that had only 9k miles and a majority of the options I wanted. He advised he would get back to me once he could verify the condition of the car and the trade figures for my car. Once again this struck me as odd as he advised me he was going to talk to his used car manager about my trade almost a week prior when we had initially spoken. I guess this never happened, so I patiently waited again for him to contact me back. Once again, almost 48 hours passed and no contact so I called back and Victor advised me that the car was available but was in service being certified for the CPO designation so he didn't call me back. He provided me with pricing and a very low figure for my trade. He and I discussed what KBB and CarMax offers for my trade were and he advised he would revisit the issue with his used car manager again. In the meantime, I knew I'd want to move forward with this car as it was priced well and had all of the features and very low miles. I decided at this point I would not want to deal with the financing department at this dealership as the lack of service I was receiving from a luxury car dealership was less than what you would get from a local used car lot. I contacted my credit union and began the loan application process as I knew their interest rate would not be beat either. The next day Victor contacted me and we went back and forth a few times before they agreed to what I wanted to pay for the car and what I wanted for my trade in. Thank god this was all done over email as I would have lost my mind had I been at the dealership dealing with such ineptitude. It took a few days for my credit union and the dealer to figure out how they would get the draft as I would also need to drive 5 hours down to Miami to pick up the car and sign all the papers. I took a day off work once I knew that the credit union and the dealer had all their ducks in a row. Fast forward to 2 weeks after I submitted my initial internet inquiry. I had asked Victor to have everything ready so I could get in and out in very little time as the financing and numbers were all in order and all I had to do was sign some papers and drive off. I was planning to drive 5 hours down, complete the deal and drive 5 hours back home all in one day. I drove down to Miami and arrived at the dealer around noon, met with Victor, and test drove the car I was going to be purchasing. At that point all that needed to be done was signing of the papers. It took almost 2.5 hours after I arrived to get into the finance office. That process took all but 10 minutes. Most of the time I was left in the waiting area/showroom floor with my sales person, no where to be found. I've bought plenty of luxury and high end vehicles and have never felt so unappreciated as a customer as I have through this buying experience. I finally left the dealer 3 hours after arriving, before which my sales person had to flag me down as I was about to turn out of the dealership on my way home because they forgot to have me sign something. Mind you spending this kind of money on a car doesn't even get you a license plate frame or key chain or anything, which I found odd as well as Kias, Hondas, and Toyotas I've purchased before have even offered that small token of customer appreciation. I'm so glad that I decided not to finance through the dealer as I wouldn't have wanted them to make one more cent off this deal given how ridiculous this process had been so far. read more

Range Rover Velar Computer System Issues (No Fix) After multiple attempts. Last year I leased a 2018 Range Rover Velar from this dealer. On the same day I purchased it, I noticed some issues with computer that affected the eco (auto shutoff) air conditioning, sensors screen, etc. On that day, first visit the computer was reset, few days later I went in for the 2nd time and the computer was reset. The velar continues with the same issues but unfortunately do to my work schedule I was unable to bring it back and there were no loaners available. I basically opted for parking the vehicle since I experienced the (eco auto, shutoff) coming on random while driving. The air conditioning would blow air but not cold and sensors kept beeping for no reason at random times. I finally was told a loaner was available and the vehicle was driven off to service. They kept the vehicle for 1 week. During that time period, I opened a case with Range Rover corporate and they followed up with the dealer to ensure the problems were going to be fixed. The dealers service dept, attempted to fix the issues by upgrading the firmware of the computer, a molding on side door that were coming off and finally the air circulation panel. I was assured that the problems were fixed. On the day I picked it up the Velar was still having the same issues as before. The issues was never resolved satisfactory. I lastly spoke to service manager who understands. The vehicle has only been driven 3k miles in close to 1 year. This because of all the issues involving the computing system. The service manger explained to me that since they had done the software upgrade, they would have to possibly wait for another one, to see if the issue is corrected, but there is no time span of when another upgrade would come if any. I was passed on to a sales guy who basically told me to payoff the difference in value around 10K, plus the 10k from my deposit, plus loose all the monthly payments I've made for 11 months) while the vehicle is in the same condition as I purchased it. I once again contacted Land Rover corporate and we have an ongoing case for this matter, but it is now up to the dealer to take action and solve this issue. The dealer is aware of these issues with the computing system and the Range Rover Velar. Upon finding out of my problems and after attempting to fix things without success, they should have taken the vehicle back and properly refund me for selling me a lemon vehicle. So far the dealer has been giving me a run around after almost 1 year without being able to drive my vehicle. This in no way shows good faith on the part of your dealer knowing that the vehicle has had the same issue since day 1 and Ive had to bring it back 3 times for the same computer issue. Computer issues are very serious, specially with the auto shutoff (ECO) having it malfunction due to computer issues could lead to a serious accident. Shame on Warren Auto for doing this to a customer. Stay Away From This Dealer - Very Poor Customer Service, specially when dealing with any warranty issues. 1 year of headaches and dealer could careless. I reported them to the better business bureau, as this has been abusive on their part. Update 10/10/2018 So I got in touch with Barbara Trujillo Customer Service & Operations Director. She spoke on the phone with me and I greed to email her all my evidence with detailed information as to my case. To my surprise after 3 days she failed to return my email. At this point I'm moving forward with a lemon law case against this dealer. Common sense and decency are out the window with these people. Stay Far away from these people, they will sell you a lemon and will put you on a loop of horrible service. I've also contacted the Attorney General. Will update everyone again read more

I was in the market for a Range Rover Sport. Upon doing a search on Autotrader, I found the year and color I was looking for at this dealership. I called the main line and spoke to a salesperson who promised to get back to me with questions I had. Waited for two days and never got a call back. I called again and was routed to Victor in Sales. He was more proactive. Being from out-of-state, I asked for more photos and disclosure of any blemishes from chips to scratches. He sent me some photos including some with close-ups of two chips. The selling point on this vehicle was its certified pre-owned warranty. I was told that the car goes through a 165-point inspection checklist. Being that they were an authorized dealer, I trusted that the vehicle would be in great condition. I paid the full asking price. The wire arrived on a Monday morning. My vehicle was picked up the same day by the auto transporter. Upon arrival, I did a visual inspection and found the chips that were disclosed along with other scratches that were not disclosed. The start/stop engine button was very worn for a certified pre-owned vehicle. The back-up camera was hazy even after thoroughly cleaning it. I notified my sales guy Victor, and in his words, "the service department must have overlooked it." That said, he offered no solution nor backed up the sale. Most importantly, my communication attempts were ignored after the sale. If you choose to do business here, I advise all buyers to check the vehicles from Land Rover South Dade in person and hire a professional inspector. Based on the condition of this CPO, I highly doubt that their service department is competent and trustworthy. It's unfortunate that an authorized dealer of a luxury brand does not back their product as required. I will be lodging a formal complaint with Land Rover USA. read more
