Upon discovery, we brought it up with the management only to find some of the most dismissive and blisteringly rude individuals we've ever met. During the summer, Knight Marine retains a set of keys so they can move your car. Rather than accept some level of accountability for the vehicle in their possession, or even politely reviewing their policy with you, they will shout, demand that you stop pressing them for an answer beyond "what do you want me to do about it," and generally treat you with absolute disrespect while their employees stand around shaking their heads. I could not more highly recommend that you find another place to park. I know we will.
