Yesterday we were here for my nieces 5th birthday. What could've been a disaster turned out to be a really nice party. We had booked a room for 10 jumpers 3 weeks prior, but the week of the party were notified by the general manager that there was an error in their system that was causing parties to be double booked. So we were asked to move the party to the picnic tables instead. We could've been those angry parents that threw a temper tantrum over the whole mishap, but instead we practiced kindness and empathy. It was very obvious to me that the general manager was upset over the whole thing because that is a very difficult conversation to have and if it were you, you'd be upset too. I can imagine how many upset parents she had to deal with. I was really grateful for how accommodating they were for our party despite the chaos. She gave us a nice discount and some game cards for the kids. They were also present every step of the way with helping us decorate, dish out pizza and cake, and clean up. That is why they are getting 5 stars from me. I hope going forward they only continue to see success in their business!

The staff are very friendly and helpful in instructing and keeping everyone safe! Anyone of any age can come and have fun. I recommend wearing long sleeves and pants and a pair of old shoes. You'll definitely get down and dirty! I left with paint all over my clothes, face, and hair. For people with long hair, I recommend tying it up or in braids. Don't worry, the paint balls don't hurt but you'll get red marks on your body but no bruises! Do come an hour early to sign in and get your equipment. It took us awhile to get situated and geared up so we lost about an hour of game time. Otherwise, we still had a great time and will be scheduling another time to come again.

They have 7 outdoor fields and it was A LOT bigger than I thought it would be!!!!! I participated in 2 games, which was plenty for me and my old bones. The day after, my quads were aching and I realized I had the workout of a lifetime! This would be so fun with a large group, and I will definitely be back for more.

Rules were explained well and the clues were actually quite difficult to figure out so if you like puzzles, must try! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the only shortcoming is the price. We enjoyed our time but none of us thought it was worth the $25/person, maybe at most $15-20 experience. We also understand they have to make a profit somehow. Maybe a better discount for big groups would be nice. Their room reservation system is pretty forgiving. I liked the way it worked; my wife and I paid up front for just the two of us and this reserved the whole room for just our group. At that point they said we could invite up to 8 more people and just have them pay on-site! This made it much easier to plan since it can sometimes be awkward to chase your friends for money. We just told a couple friends to bring whoever they want and if they don't show they don't pay, so nobody gets left holding the bill! We did the "Upside Down" (stranger things themed) escape room. I won't spoil any details but I highly recommend it! They put a lot of thought into making clever puzzles that were a little "outside the box". This one is probably a little difficult if you've never done an escape room before, so I wouldn't recommend this particular room for beginners. That said, they do have other rooms that vary in difficulty; look on their website to find one that fits your group's skill level! Once you're done, there's a pretty cool VR Arcade next door, and a very mediocre Mexican restaurant that I highly recommend avoiding at all costs.
