I would rate this company with zero star if I could. Poor customer service, never get a call back…read more Jeff has an attitude like we are bothering him. I was never consulted on the kitchen design and when I told Jeff what I wanted the design would change, doors would change and his answer was that's the way they come. I have a corner cabinet that I can't get a normal size pot into. The pullout spice rack can only be accessed from one side. Save your money and don't use this company!!!

When we asked to send them back and get new cabinets, because they were damaged Jeff would get a huge attitude. He said things like "no cabinets are going to be perfect." He talked down to us in conversation and was extremely rude. On top of that our meetings were never on time. We would be told a certain amount of time and it would take much longer. He made our family feel very uncomfortable having to deal with his behavior. After over a year and a half we received our final cabinets and gave up on the cause. Dealing with him isn't worth getting cabinets that weren't damaged. After posting my review on Facebook, his wife decided to attack me on Facebook and said lies about our family being untrustworthy. That just shows you the type of people you would be dealing with. Be cautious before choosing this company.

I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for any type of home renovation! Lastly, if you want premium quality products and fair pricing look no further! Im glad I made the right choice! I hired Honeycutt to redo my guest bathroom floor. I'd it done last year by KJ Natural Floor. The…read moretechnician laid the floor tiles unlevel even though it was on a level concrete slab. He blamed the floor but it was level and it's on a slab which he also claimed. I found Honeycutt and Travis came from the Charlotte location to for an interview and give estimate. I like Travis. He quoted a price that was a little high but I was ready to get the floor done because I was scheduled to have Ankle replacement surgery (September 3) and then go to a nursing facility for 10-12 weeks. He rushed to get me on scheduled. He contracted a crew who is very competent BUT wasn't reliable. Travis said that they did million dollar properties. My home is not a million dollars home but it is mine and I want the same services because my money pays just as a millionaire does. Martin is the supervisor and Hugo, his tile guy is capable of doing great work but you have to stay on both. Martin would come with Hugo to get him started and leave without telling me. Hugo would do the same. I had to call Travis several times to find out where there where and if they were at lunch or done. Travis said that he had multiple jobs going and he pulled them to help me. I appreciate that but my job was not a priority. The first day, Hugo came late, removed the tile, worked for an hour and left. He didn't tell me and left the back door open and the garage. Travis said that he may be at lunch but he could have told me. Travis did speak with both Martin and Hugo. Hugo would tell me each time from then on. I just had to work on his schedule. He was supposed to remove the tile down to the concrete slab and level but he left all of the thin-set and placed the tile that I purchased on top of the old. He made it level but the floor is set high. I have issues with falling so my concerns with falling is great. I purchased two marble transition pieces; one thin and the other wide. Hugo said that he used the new thin but it looks identical to the old. The wide transition piece was out of stock. Travis said that he go get it and let me deal directly with Martin but he'd be available to supervise. He was just going to let them do the the work and give me the price. Travis offered to clean my bath because I wasn't able. I purchased cleaning supplies and mops but he must have been busy with opening the Raleigh location because he did not come back to clean. He is working alone so I get it. He asked where I would be at the nursing home so that he could send flowers. Martin has not contacted me about the transition piece so I am going with another company. He did the quarter round and it was awful. Hugo came and did it and it looked great. He also removed two tiles that didn't go with the other tiles. Travis had him fix it. Obviously, they both have specialties but just getting them to do it was the issue and that is why I gave a 3.

We highly recommend Sara Lee, owner and designer of SISU Home Designs. Our home was built in 1948,…read moreand the kitchen was in desperate need of a remodel. Sara met with us to formulate ideas, color schemes, etc., and came back with a plan. Her creative and innovative strategies included ideas we never would have considered, much less dreamed. She introduced us to contractors with whom she had established trusted and solid working relationships. They gave us responsible, reasonable quotes, and we chose the one that most aligned with our goals and working environment. We began with updating the electrical systems of the kitchen and surrounding areas. That process enabled us to catapult into the 21st Century with novel appliances and amazing lighting design. The pristine cabinets were custom made and of high quality. Sara helped us pick out and/or shop for every detail - faucets, hardware, appliances, flooring, countertops, backsplash, etc. and arranged a timely delivery and installation calendar. My husband, the major chef of the family, wanted a place to hang the pots and pans, so Sara designed a beautiful space with cherry wood paneling. She included the wood throughout the kitchen, utilizing its rich colors in a beautiful waterfall counter for lounging, our favorite spot for coffee (or cocktails). She created space that we didn't know existed. Now meal preparations are filled with music (new sound system), singing and dancing around our beautiful tile floor, and wonderful aromas from our expanded, dual-fuel stove. We love it! Our family and friends are amazed and delighted with the transformation. Sara guided us through every step of the way, with compassion and compelling intuition, ever mindful of our needs, desires, and budget. Her knowledge and skills developed over years of experience within the industry are vital to any home design project. Her magic touch beautifully metamorphosized our "this old house" into our unique and wonderful home.
