Had my quarterly pest service today in Kilmarnock. Shane met with me and discussed my issues, concerns and treatment plans. We also went over effects on lawn and concerns over runoff into garden and fruit tree. He did a fantastic job and enjoyed the service! Took the time with his customer and that means a lot! We started off with great service at a reasonable price with Landlock. However, during our most recent treatment, the technician sprayed right along our organic vegetable garden...even though it was in the notes to not treat that area. Josh Rawlins confirmed those notes, but even with a video showing the technician right along the raised bed, he said there was no way to guarantee whether or not any mist touched the soil to contaminate the bed. So, rather than doing the ethical thing and offering to compensate for all of the spoiled materials, they claimed no wrongdoing so they lost a customer and referral source. This company does pest control right. I recently started an annual contract with quarterly treatments. They start out with a thorough treatment that is complementary. From there they do a lot more than the other companies I have used including cleaning cobwebs from the porch, etc. I like their website and it is easy to see what they did and pay without much trouble. I recommend them highly. read more

BEWARE!!!! They will have you sign up and the technician will come out only wanting to do half the job. I emailed them to cancel due to having to move for unforeseen circumstances and they took away the special from the initial and charged me the full amount. I let them know only half the job was done because of their technician and I would be more than happy to pay for half of the cost since only half the job was done but I would not pay for a full treatment when a full treatment was not done. They said they see my concern and changed the name of the fee on the bill to a cancellation fee to be spiteful (it initially said initial service fee) AFTER telling me there would be no cancellation fee. Save yourself the headache and money and don't buy from these people. I worked for a pest company for 7 years and can tell you these people have no value in their customers and only want money. read more

Spencer with landlock is the most unprofessional, and lacking the ability to talk to the customers when there is a problem! A service technician came to my house to spray my grounds for quarterly treatment. They also went under my house was able to remove the door to access but wasn't able to put it back on and was kicking it several times! they then came to my front door to leave invoice but was banging on my door repeatedly! I was in the tub, and there was no reason they should had been banging on my door. I called the office to ask why someone is banging on my door and they proceeded to tell me they probably just want to leave an invoice, which makes no sense and it clearly was printed and highlighted that we are on auto pay! I asked Spencer to ask the technician why they were banging on my door, and not only would he not give me a reason, he insinuated that I was lying about the banging! He repesteely stated that the technician didn't bang on my door! He definitely does not care to lose customers, he truly isn't in the best interest of the company with his unprofessional attitude! read more

After discovering we could have a potential termite problem at our residents I decided to get a few quotes to price out the issue. The Landlock inspector that came to our property was very thorough. He checked out crawl space, external shed and a stack of branches where the termites were spotted. The inspector listened to my concerns and explained a few different options for a treatment plan. The inspector did a really great job. Before departing my residence he explained that someone would reach out to me to explain next steps. Here is where things went down hill for me, I wasn't given a specific time frame or a solid method of communication to determine how they would reach out to me. It took almost a week to get a generic email that seemed to recommend the same level of treatment to everyone. The treatment plan included digging in trenches around my home and drilling into my slab this seemed a little excessive given the extent of my issue. All things considered my interaction with Landlock was good I think if they would tighten up on their post inspection communication strategy things would be better. read more

This company is unreliable and gets appointments mixed up it is Friday and I was supposed to have a mosquito spray before having company this weekend and there was a no-show and no one called me or anything this is the second time this is happened I do not recommend this company read more
