Looked at a 2022 f250nice truck by the way, I had a purchase agreement, noticed factory front side markers on both headlights did not work I explained i still wanted the truck just wanted them to fix these issues before purchase. Ford replacement is 1000 per headlight. Aftermarket is roughly 700. Sam said he would call me around 11am Monday I told him ok I would go to the bank for funds after the determination of fixing or not. If not the deal was off or they could discount t tru k 700 and I fix it. Sam never called me back on Monday. I call next morning 2 times before he would actually speak with me. Said truck passed inspection and they would not fix. They use a inspection station that does not properly inspect for safety issues. All lights must work per I section especially ially marker lights. Also notice the truck has a level kit. Someone placed to pieces of cut tires on top of the level Asa cushion or spacer of some sort. I dont recommend this dealer at all unless you want to purchase issues. Some people dont really check over cars before purchase. If I hadn't turned on the lights during the day I would have bought a 50k truck needing new headlights. ( F250s with led headlights and markers you CAN NOT replace the bulbs whole housing must be replaced. RUN FAR AWAY FROM LANDMARK AUTO, unless you dont mind having expensive repairs after the sale. Absolutely do NOT buy from here, they will rip you off. We bought a very expensive Ram 3500. It turns out it had a huge hole in the diesel tank and was undrivable almost immediately after buying. They don't care at all and have done absolutely nothing to make it right. They also sold us a "premium" warranty that they assured us would cover EVERYTHING, it doesn't and isn't worth the paper it was printed on. Avoid this dealership at all costs. I have a laundry list of reason why this is the absolute worst business and customer service I have ever encountered! 1. They're Liars! -I contacted these people about a truck my husband was interested in. They told me that they sold it that morning and wanted to send me other options. However without my husband knowing I contacted them, he called 3 days later and they told him that exact same truck was also sold that morning. What they had on the website was essentially clickbait, just to send you want over $10,000 more expensive. 2- my husband went there for another truck he saw a few weeks after the phone call incident. Both of us individually drove 2 hours there and we brought a friend and his kid. We test drive the truck and he had put his daughter car seat in the vehicle. My husband decided he was going to get it. In the meantime while he's signing the paperwork they have multiple people show up about the same truck and go off test driving it with the car seat in the back!!! 3-He paid almost $29,000 for a 2006 dodge dually with almost 190,000 miles on it. Tons of wires and things were cut all under the hood, back up camera and so many other places to "just make sure it doesn't drain the battery" 4-The Worst customer service. My husband pulled out the parking lot and didn't even make it a mile down the road and it started smoking and leaking coolant. So he brought it back and had to leave empty handed for a truck he just brought. They told him they would take a look and call him back. So we drive two hours back home. He calls them a few times the next day with no update. They finally answer and they say "I don't see anything wrong with it" he tells them he will send videos so he does and he's like oh we probably just filled the coolant too much. Then tells him he can come get it. We had all already taken off work to be there that day. We asked if they could deliver it or meet us half way to prove its in working condition before we drive it with our kids in it and pulling a horse with it. They refused. They made him come up on Father's Day to come pick it up! Didn't try to help or compensate us in anyway. No apology..... nothing! 5-They Shady people! When we arrived they had the hood up on it trying to jump it before we got there because they couldn't get it to start! He said oh yeah "sorry man, someone left the door open on it when I told them not to last night so the battery is dead." Again completely acted like it wasn't a big deal. I asked him if that meant we would have issues here on out and he's like idk I can't control what happens when you leave here. Literally didn't give a crap about screwing us over! 6-After it was in our driveway for one night there was tons of black spots on our driveway from it. There is no telling what else is going to pop up. I don't understand how they sleep at night knowing they're potentially putting peoples family in danger selling them vehicles they say are in "great condition and the previous owner took amazing care of it and they really knew what they were doing " meanwhile it can't make it a mile down the road without issues. 7-Not responsive once they got your money. Not even 30 days and there was issues with the car. I called the dealership, warranty company and financial company letting them know what was going on and the dealership first said I needed to get a diagnostics. We got the car looked at twice and it's the valve on the engine. We tried asking them if we could take it back so they could fix it and they threatened to take the car away if we didn't pay our first payment even though it was only 30 days and texted us instead of calling us back. The warranty they gave us just happens to only cover the "bottom of the engine". Got another text this week saying that they needed to send something to the financial company but needs to know if we made are payment or if they need to pick up the car. read more

My husband bought a used GMC Sierra Truck from Landmark and he absolutely loves it. He shopped around for months to find a reliable vehicle that had the power to tow all his trailers and equipment, this truck is great. And what is even greater is the deal we got from Landmark. Even our bank loan rep said we got a good deal and valued the vehicle 4 to 5 thousand over the amount we paid for it. DO NOT BUY HERE PLEASE READ: I waited a year to write this review so you will not make the mistake I made by Buying a truck from these people. You may find that other costumers are satisfied with their rigs on these reviews which has happened yes. However , this luck is only based on the fact that it was a good truck before Landmark got their hands on it. It has no reflection on their willingness or even pride they have in their inventory. In short, you are taking a gamble in every vehicle you buy from here and 2: Landmark will do whatever they can hide any issues their vehicles have. First impression of Landmark was that they were friendly but that soon turned into empty words used to keep you interested or feeling good about being there. I needed a truck ASAP which is why I ignored some of the red flags such as catching them in some dishonest facts about the truck that were brushed over as honest mistakes and I bought it. I test drove a 2011 ram 2500 6.7. It drove fine but check engine light came on 10 minutes into the test ride. The mechanic made adjustments and "fixed the problem" It drove fine the next day and I even got to take it for the day. Check engine light came on the day after I drove it off the lot. I had also purchased the extended warranty through proguard ( which I would also advise against as well ) I tried to call landmark they dodged me like a plague. Within the first week while driving through Dunn late at night the truck shut off completely . No power no nothing ..not even auxiliary power or lights. The lack of braking and steering control put me in a small drainage ditch. No damage to the truck . I Called and called and they still dodged me. They acted like it was my problem and the all sales are final mannerisms came into play." Use your warranty but do not tell them that you inherited your problems from us or they will not cover your repairs" was the only thing I kept being told. They draw up their contracts very carefully so you have no power in protecting yourself once you drive off the lot. They will tell you that they will take care of you however I promise you they wont . Another big problem is that they do not follow their inspection promises they make. I discovered a few weeks after purchase that my oil was low, rear brakes were shot, air filter was completely black, full filters was trashed and the "new tires" were no where near the needed 80PSI rating the truck was required to be equipped with. They deleted the PSI sensors to hide this problem. The manager also told me to my face that the crank case filter was replaced to address my check engine light... It was not. Lets fast forward 5 months. I now live in California. After using my 4x4 in some light terrain for maybe 1/8th mile and reaching pavement I switch to 2WD and got to speeds of 35mph before hearing a loud metallic clunk. I found my front driveshaft on the ground along with a bunch of shift linkage. My mechanic later showed me that my shift linkage to the transfer case was fastened with a series of zipties which were still hanging from the under carriage and linkage. Since then my front bearings have failed, injectors have failed, track bar replaced, ignition replaced, misc electrical , transfer case bushings, and is currently in the shop now for o2 sensors and possibly a new turbo If this terrible warranty company will stop fighting my mechanic . Mind you this truck has 110xxx miles on it and was bought with about 100xxx. These people do not care. I forget his name but I worked with the son of the owner and he was a dishonest snake. And also do not buy their military support. I am a fully disabled vet and they S**T on me and have costed me thousands upon thousand as well as put me and my family in a dangerous vehicle. STOP BUYING THESE TRUCK and let them run out of business. They do not deserve your money and what they do is illegal. And to you that work there and read this.. you should be ashamed of yourself . read more

Bought a 2012 cummins 4*4 decent price test drove it and drove good except for the big tires it had that made it a little shaky when going fast. Also told them it made a little pop noise they told the mechanic and checked front suspension said ecerything looked good and didnt see any problems Gave half in down paymnt and financed the rest. But 20min after taking it home truck did the death wabble going 70 mph almost had an accident when i was heading home on 40 w. Took me out of road so i had someone follow me with the hazard lights and took it back was driving like 40 on my way back and did it again 3 times .next day i called them i live 3 hours away from there and told them about it the guy said they would try to fix but i just told them i wanted my money back wouldnt trust that truck with my family in it and he said that it was ok that they would have to keep 500 from my down paymnt i tried to negotiate with him but got mad and said do that or come and get the truck i even had put disel on the truck because it was almost empty bad experience if they had at least refunded all my money. When confronted about it, hey claimed it was part of the deal. It absolutely was not. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND ATMOSPHERE! Very poor experience with these guys! I had to continously follow up with them because they never called back when they said they would and each time i spoke with someone different and they had to familiarize themselves with my deal. I was ready to buy from these guys! They had a vehicle i was interested in and it seemed like a resonable price. However, I live an hour from this dealership, so I wanted to make sure that it was going to be worth my drive to see the vehicle in person. I finally got someone to call me back Friday evening and I committed to come see the car Saturday morning after my dentist appointment. First of all, when I arrived the guy that I made the appointment with wasn 't even there and was not coming in. The "marketing guy" says that he will take a look at his notes and help me. The car was not in as good of condition as I was expecting and the change oil light was on. The "marketing guy" said that it had been serviced, but their service guys don't take the time to reset the alert. So, here I am an hour away with my two year old kid and my mouth still numb from the dentist and obviously these guys still didn't think I was serious or treat me with much respect! After a short test drive, I sat down with the "marketing guy" to negotiate a deal. I gave him what I thought was a fair opening offer and he slammed down his hands got up and walked away?!?! There was no conversation to be had!
