I visited a local dealer, but wasn't satisfied with their "Out the Door" price or the fact that I was left hanging for several days without communication. I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Lee Ford and called. I spoke with Morgan and explained that I know what I want, have a quote from one dealer, another dealer still to call and was ready to make a purchase based on who could give me the best price. All 3 dealers had the exact same vehicle/options/trim package/MSRP so I was comparing apples to apples. Morgan was eager to help, gave me a price over the phone. I thanked her and told her that I still needed to call one more place that evening and she offered her personal cell phone for me to continue to be in touch, even after they closed at 7pm. I told her I would call back by the next morning at the latest. She said that she was off the next day, but please call anyway with our decision, whether she was getting the sale or not. Not wanting to call too early on her day off, I planned to call around 9/9:30 am. She called me at 8:10 to check in. Long story short, we got a substantially better price and at a dealer an hour closer to home in VA. I was disappointed that she could not at least match the lower price, as we would have driven the extra hour to give her the sale. We were so impressed by her willingness to be available after they closed that night and also the next day on her day off. I texted her after purchasing our new Expedition to thank her for going above and beyond to make herself available. She was happy for us, asked to see pics of our vehicle and told me if I had any questions about our new Expedition, to please feel free to ask. Wow! Morgan is genuinely kind and caring and impressed us so much! I would recommend her highly for everyone in the area.

I had my 2005 Jeep Wrangler taken…read morethere for diagnosis and repair, and we remained in contact while they were trying to locate the needed part. Lee Jeep had my contact information and later confirmed I owed them nothing. Despite that, my Jeep was removed from their property without prior notice to me and without giving me a reasonable opportunity to pick it up. I only learned it had been moved after storage fees had already accumulated with a third-party tow/storage company that now says I owe them 46k in storage fees. This was a known customer service vehicle, not an abandoned vehicle, and the lack of communication created a serious and expensive problem.

This current visit they did not do what I had my truck in to have done, told me my air filter was completely clogged (after I changed it not 3 month ago) and said they would save it for me to see as I didn't believe them. They couldn't find the filter when I got there to pick up my truck. Hmmm. They added DEF fluid at an OUTRAGEOUS price, when I specifically told them I would take care of that myself. If you complain about legitimate issues, no one cares and they will do absolutely NOTHING about it. I will not be back and I will tell everyone I can not to bother going there!

Abraham helped me find the perfect car! I couldn't be happier. The whole crew provided a seamless experience, even weeks after I left... they answered my questions quickly and efficiently . When I came to sign papers they knew we were in a rush to get to an important event and they moved quickly and still made sure every bit of paper work was as it should be for me to sign. I was very disappointed in their professionalism and unsatisfactory response when I had to bring my new vehicle back because less than 12 hours of driving off their lot my check engine light came on while I was out of town. When I bought it back to the dealership they took it to be serviced and NO ONE called me to let me know it was ready nor did anyone in management come out to apologize or explain what was wrong with my vehicle. I called the GM to express my concerns and I felt that he wasn't going to do anything about it. This management team (GM & Finance) needs to take customer service training and do better with how they treat their customers. For this reason I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone....lack of compassion and respect!!!!
