I had a great experience with Lee Nissan and it all started with an online inquiry. Kristine, the internet sales manager, was quick and super attentive to my inquiries and questions. The car I was looking at was a 2015 Lexus IS350 and I had a trade of a 2016 Mercedes C300. A week earlier I almost bought this car from another dealer but it had sold, shortly after Lee Nissan posted theirs that they had just got. I told them that the previous dealership was going to give me $16k for my trade and wanted to know before I made the long drive from Northern Virginia that I could have that value matched and that the car would still be there. They agreed to these terms so long as my vehicle was in the condition I described and everything worked. I made the trip there and was greeted by Scott, our sales consultant. He was super helpful in putting us right in to the car for a test drive and had it cleaned up for us. After we got back in we went right into things knowing that we wanted to proceed. They gave me even a little more on my trade ($16,180) and everything was very transparent. I transferred things from my old car to my new car and Scott helped with the vehicle plates. I went back in and my husband was wrapping in finance with Stanley who was very kind and fun to talk to about our interest in cars. Contacted this dealership about a vehicle. I was calling for information and lived 3 hours away. I explained this to the first person I spoke with and she asked me to hold on and got this guy that told me how I had to come to the dealership because they had a three day sale going on and they needed 20 pre-owned vehicles. I tried to ask a question and he interrupted me again telling me what he had just told me. I then said I needed some info BEFORE I made the 3 hour drive and he started to repeat himself again so I hung up. WHAT A POOR REPRESENTATIVE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! Service department is awful. Every time I take my Sentra in for work it seems it leaves with something else wrong with it. I'll soon be replacing my vehicle...and probably not a Nissan, and probably not doing my service at Lee Motor Company. read more

Raul with Lee Nissan was outstanding. I placed my car on Edmunds to get NADA internet price to get an internet price and within 15 minutes I got a call from 2 dealerships. I already had been working with 4-6 dealership already and had my 2nd choice color vehicle with all the specs and premium package and 2 added accessories. 1 dealership even threw in a 32in TV saying because it was Black Friday and if I come in today I will get the TV. I was sold at the time but wanted to give Raul a chance. So as I waited for Raul to get back with me I found out that this vehicle that Fred Nissan of Fayetteville was getting already had 100 plus miles. As I did my research I found the dealership that had the vehicle and also found out that the owners wife had the vehicle for Thanksgiving and the family went out of town (not sure if thy took the Rogue). As for me I was not to thrilled to find out that the vehicle that I was going to get was technically pre-owed and have been driven around. Raul called me back (as some dealerships I dealt with did not) and he found my first color of choice with premium package with 4 accessories that he was able to thrown in. I verified and re-verified and asked him about 10 times if that was actually the vehicle because I looked 500+ miles from my location and supposedly the other dealerships did the same. In addition to him finding what I want and adding the additional accessories he beat Fred Nissan by at least a few 32in TV. He told me off the back that they could not give me a TV but I thought TVs are nice if you don't have one and if you watch it TV. I haven't had cable in over 5 years (my choice don't see the need for it when you can watch what you want on internet) and I already have a TV and I could buy at least 3 or 4 32in TVs with the cost savings that I am getting. This is the KICKER....the car I had died on me, so I had no transportation to Wilson, NC from Fayetteville, NC. He arranged for someone to pick me up and bring me to Wilson to close the deal. Here is another ROUNDHOUSE KICKER......My first vehicle color of choice that he found was in Fayetteville at the initial dealership that I went to that said they will give me a 32in TV if I came in the same day, to add they would had to go to another dealership to retrieve the 2nd color choice vehicle. Come to find out Fred Nissan was scheduled to received my 1st color choice the next day and Raul somehow was able to look in some database and find out what vehicles was in route to that dealership, and they did a 1 for 1 swap with other dealership and I rode in the vehicle with the nice gentlemen that picked me up. ALSO there was only 7 miles on vehicle when they picked it up from Fred Nissan and the plastic was still on the back seats and visors and panels; like a new car. When I got there we didn't waste any time. He stayed true to his word and the out the door price did not change from what he told me over the phone and I was in and out under 2hrs. I would have been out sooner but I had to talk with USAA while I was there. I highly recommend Raul of Lee Nissan he dug deeper than 4 to 7 other dealerships that I ended up working with in 3 states all together at the end (yea I was about to travel to Maryland) and he was smart enough and generous enough to look at the incoming shipments of vehicles at numerous dealership to find out what I really wanted. I was going to settle for my 2nd choice but Raul was able to find my 1st choice and I am a happy customer. Felisha came to check on me and introduced herself as the sales rep and asked if I had any questions not long after Raul went to take the vehicle to get cleaned and filled with gas.
