Throughout the entire process I worked with Garrett Creal, the sales manager, who was knowledgeable, straightforward, and refreshingly candid about both the benefits and drawbacks of the different vehicles we discussed. The entire experience was relaxed and professional. I never encountered the typical "salesperson" routine. Even the negotiation process often drawn out while someone "checks with the manager" was handled efficiently and wrapped up in just a few minutes. Josh Withey, the finance manager, was equally impressive. The final paperwork process was quick and organized, very different from some of my past dealership experiences. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase add-ons such as extended warranties or ceramic coatings. Because the decision was left entirely to me, I felt comfortable taking the time to consider my options and ultimately chose to add both. I had a very disappointing experience with Landmark Motors. I was told the car was in pristine condition, came with two keys, and had features like gesture control. None of that turned out to be true. The car was not in pristine condition. There are visible residue, interior wear, and even dust and fingerprints on the display, showing it was not properly cleaned or prepared. I was specifically told the car came with two keys, which was important to me. After signing, I was told there was only one key. I had to go to BMW myself and spend over $600 to order another key and handle the process. I was also told the car had gesture control, which it does not. On top of that, I overpaid $79,000 for this car when I later found similar ones selling for around $65,000. I believe the salesperson was Aaron. Overall, this experience felt misleading and frustrating. I recommend verifying everything in writing before signing anything here. read more

I wanted to get back into something more fun after a couple of years of feeling uninspired in my SUV, and Fran at Landmark was the one to help me do it. He helped me find an absolute gem of car I've wanted since it was first released, and he was super flexible with me being indecisive at first, given that it was more of an impulse purchase that I had to first convince my wife to let me do (I know, I know). As expected for a near decade old sports car, it wasn't in perfect condition, but I like to get hands-on with my cars, and the things that needed updating/fixing were things I'd happily take on with the price being what it was. Fran even did his best to help me address one of the issues, which I felt was going above and beyond on his part. It's funny how some dealerships in the Seattle/Bellevue area can really play into that "used car dealer" stereotype, but Landmark really does their part to break that and provide a better experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I purchased a car from Landmark motors in early January of this year. I was told by my car salesman Shaun that I would be getting my license plates and floor mats delivered to my house. My license plates came and floor mats were never delivered. I contacted the dealership after waiting a total of 8 weeks for my floor mats. I get put on the phone with my salesman who says they have the floor mats and I need to pick them up, keep in mind I live over an hour away. When asked if they could be delivered due to distance (& because that is what they promised me) he scoffs at me on the phone and says "that would cost us $60 to ship, that is not an option" keep in mind I bought a very expensive car. I pick up my floor mats a few days later only come to realize they are the same ones they originally tried to fit from an older version of my car and are incorrect. I called the dealership and spoke to Manny who told me he would be sending me the correct floor mats to my address, this was on February 27th. A month goes by and I call once again. I speak with another employee who tells me both Manny and Shaun are unavailable and he would "look into it" and now it is middle of April and I still do not have the floor mats they promised me. I recently purchased a Porsche online through Landmark Moters. This is the first time that I have purchased a car this way. I was relying on information that we received from our salesman Fred Rahovi. He sent us videos showing us the car and stating there were "no major flaws". When we received the car that wasn't the case. When I called and talked to the sales manager Garrett his comment was "It's not their responsibility to show us any of the flaws". He said that they did take several pictures that they provided online. The problem is you can hide a lot of flaws through lighting and angle that you take the picture. So much for these guys being different. It turns out they're just like all the rest. After three weeks the Porsche Macan I purchased has three serious issues and Landmark Motors is doing nothing to stand by their product and I have to pay $2k to fix a broken blower motor, a worn out cv axle, and suspension components that may or may not fix a knocking sound I hear over every bump. Their response is to blame you, the customer. They'll say you should've gotten the extended warranty. Why didn't you get a pre-purchase inspection? Know that these are the kinds of vehicles they are selling. Vehicles that need extended warranties and need pre-purchase inspection because they're not doing it. Bear in mind they will act like your best friend when you're signing the papers. They'll even disparage other customers in front of you who kick tires a bit or aren't satisfied with their purchase. Previously I've owned several Mercedes and always got them serviced here, in fact I bought and traded a few from here too! Anyways, long story short - we were in and out in literally less than 20 minutes and it was FREE! They didn't charge me anything. They seriously have the best service both in sales and service dept at any car dealership I've ever been to. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! GARRETT CREAL It would be negative 10 if I could. Garrett Creal is the most unprofessional and unethical person I have ever had the displeasure of trying to do business with. I saw a car I was interested in. He ask for a refundable deposit because he had "another person coming to look at it. Just to show I was a serious buyer. I traveled the next morning 5 hours. That morning was the last time he answered his phone saying great. As I traveled I texted my eta. when I got there Connie and Michael were there and knew nothing about me coming and first said he was sick. I declined the car and asked for my deposit refunded. They looked at each other and didn't know about a $1030. deposit. I drove home, Garrett not responding to any calls or texts. The following morning I text him requesting my deposit reversed on my card. He sent me this He lied about the car, another customer, he said he was off for a few day after scheduling with me a 5 hour drive and he needed rest and refused to refund my refundable deposit. All for$1030. That is a lot of work #1, and compromise of integrity and reputation for such little money. My bank reversed the charge. read more

These people are no better than thieves! I was searching the Internet for a nice BMW Z4M model. I found several, but the one at Landmark Motors got my attention, especially in light of its low milage. So, I did a Carfax report on it, contacted the dealer through their sales manager, and after some back and forth, I bought it at $1,000 below their asking price. I really felt that they could have done better, but I agreed. Next issue was getting the car to me. I told the sales manager that I'd arrange a truck to come for it, which I did. But, when my truck arrived, my car was gone! The sales manager had shipped it on a truck of his own choosing and now expected me to pay for it! I was extremely lucky that he company I hired let me of with only a $50 penalty! It was shipped on an open truck!! Had anything happened to the car during an unauthorized transport, I'd have sued them for as much as I could get! I was really angry about this, but it wasn't, and still isn't, the end. When I arrived at the place designated for me to take delivery, the car was already parked next to the truck. I signed off on the paper work, paid the driver, got in the car, hit the starter, and nothing happened! But, I hit again, and the thing started, so I drove it home, thinking that it was just a glitch. The next day, I drove it to the DMV to register it. When I came back out, it refused to start. Didn't make a sound when I hit the starter switch, except for the solenoid clicking. I had to have it towed home. After spending well over $1,000.00, it now has a new starter and starts regularly. But, that still wasn't the end! I noticed almost immediately that the sound system was dead silent. It powered up, and the radio changed stations. All appeared to be working fine, just no sound from the speakers, whatsoever, not even amp hiss. I contacted the sales manager, and he claimed that it had worked fine before. He said he went on the internet, and that I should check a couple of fuses. Well, it's not a fuse. I had to put out for a scanner, optimized for BMW, to learn the truth. The Interior Electronic Control Module, also known as the ZKE module, is bad. And, when I contacted BMW, they couldn't supply one for it, as they have them back ordered and have had for quite some time. Maybe it's a good thing, as I was able to buy one for about $100 less elsewhere. But, it was still over $350.00, plus I had to buy the scanner. And, once it's been installed, I'll probably still need to take it to a local shop to have it coded for another $140.00. Hopefully it will solve one other issue, the side view mirrors can't be adjusted! And, all this still isn't the worst of it, at least not as far as how I judge them as a dealer. When I saw these problems coming up, I decided to see if I could learn any more about the car. I put its VIN in a search bar and came up with several other sites, besides CarFax, that offer VIN checks. And, they offer them far cheaper than CarFax, like $19.95 at one site. And, that site found 3 instances where this car had had it's odometer rolled back! The car actually had 16,998 more miles on it than indicated on the odometer! Now, it may not have been illegal not to disclose that fact, as the law says they don't need to report it on vehicles older than 10 years. But, that doesn't make it right, OR HONEST! In fact, I found the sales manager to be about as slippery as they come. When I mentioned to him the fact that the car had had 5 owners with only a bit over 50,000 miles on it, and that this made me suspect that people were buying it, driving it, and discovering electrical glitches that made them want to sell it, he tried to pass it off by telling me that up in Washington, with all its snow, people just didn't drive all that much. With that statement, he thoroughly insulted my intelligence and reinforced my opinion of him as a sleazy salesman! Did he not think I knew something of the car's history. In the first place, his statement just doesn't add up on the surface. Folks just don't drive that much less in the snow country. And, did he not think I knew something of the car's history?! It was made in '08, and first sold in Texas. It's been a while since I saw the CarFax report, but as I recall, it spent most of its life in Texas, not Washington State. It had been there less than 2 years. The 2nd and 3rd owners only kept it for 2 months! And the 4th for 9 months. It had the following roll backs: 05/23/14 - 3276 miles 09/30/16 - 3457 Miles 02/26/19 - 10,265 Miles I think the General Manager, Mr. Frank Hasslebach, needs to take a close look at how his salesmen, and especially his sales manager, are dealing with customers. If I managed the place, and I saw this report, I'd be seriously raking the sales manager over the coals, putting him on probation. All I can say is, if you're considering buying from them, do as much research as you possibly can on the vehicle you're read more

I recently bought a 2020 Range Rover from Garrett and the car had the tech package with tvs. When I was there I asked how the tv's worked and he said I have no idea. after purchase found out that you have to have Range Rover head phones to use tv which were not avaible. Bought a jaguar off them last year. Within 8 months I had to pay over $10k in expenses for it. Faulty thermostat. It's was an off market brand that was put onto the car which messed the car up more. Same with the breaks. I was over paying all of that. I asked if they would buy the car back from me. I gave them $31,000 plus my bmw 135i for 7k. Almost 40k for a 2018 f pace. They said they would buy my car back if I had gotten my starlights I installed out of the roof and fixed the issue. I fixed the issue and removed the expensive starlight's. I have messages with the guy saying they would give me 16k if I fixed all of those issues. Check done. Brought the car back then the top manager or whoever it was said they don't want it at all anymore because jaguars have faulty engines. You sold me a car with a fault engine and won't take it back now ..? Especially after I did what was asked and lost over 5k In the process of trying to fix it ? Ok. The car was in the shop more than I even drove it. Inspect your cars better and don't tell someone you'll buy their car if things are fixed and then don't do it. The worst dealership on the planet. Manny the manager is horrible, the first time i went around he did not allow me test drive the car i was going to purchase. Im not sure if this is based on how i look being a minority with locs but there are other people who experiences the same. Mario who was an incredibly kind person at the time was the biggest reason why i purchased the car. During purchase of the car they promised to make repairs to the front bumper because someone test drove the car before and scraped the bottom of it. After countless times going in and out of the place they kept turning me back we have a ton of email threads going back and forth tell they would repair but then completely ignored me. After going back when Matt told me to come in to get the car check and then order the parts to get fixed. I come in and they try to be sly and say we will go 50/50 on it. Please please if you are interested in purchasing a car go anywhere else. Most like the car is not in the condition that they say it is in and after leaving the lot run into issues. I wouldn''t bother... i called them about 2016 Cadillac Escalade during Covid-19. At the time of the call we didn't agree on price but i asked sales person to make sure and let me know if the price went down. He said he absolutely will keep me posted... 3 weeks later they lowered the price and sold the car without even bothering to let me know while i was pretty clear that I liked the vehicle. When I called and asked why no one called they were just ..."oh well,we have other cars, not escalades but other cars...." what ? other cars ? who cares about your other cars...!
