The first thing they asked is if I had a trade and like others have said as soon as they found out i didnt have a trade they were not interested in my business(call next week and maybe we can work somethig out). Trying to mess with the numbers and also tax implications are the reason for this(been audited lately?). I am sure like all the other negative reviews they will have some sort of response to this review but in reality what it comes down to is there are a large number of negative reviews with this place..I recommend to stay away. Just to update: as i stated above they had no interest in my business or building a relationship since i didnt have a trade. The conversarion was litteraly that. Do you have a trade available? We went to check out a vehicle, and it had a lot of touch-up paint that didn't match the color of the vehicle. I'm glad I looked the vehicle over a second time before I spent over 40k. I went back to negotiate the price due to all the scratches and scrapes, but the manager, Jeffery, or whatever his name was, didn't want to hear it. He told me, "They would rather sell to a customer with a trade because they would make more profit, which is understandable! I ended up going online and found a nicer vehicle 2 years newer with fewer miles and in perfect condition for the same price. I should have searched at other locations at the beginning because the biggest mistake I made was going to this poorly managed FLY BY NIGHT used car dealership in Auburn. My husband needed a new car for work. Something nice but not new or crazy expensive, something he could put a ton of miles on and be comfortable while doing so. We ended up at supreme motors because he'd finally narrowed down his search to a certain diesel Audi he'd seen. They just happened to have one in great shape with low miles. Now, they are a used car lot and you'd expect all the slime that goes along with that image but I was pleasantly surprised when we got there. The salesmen (one of whom was one of the owners) were helpful but not at all pushy. All the cars were clean and ready to go for test drives and they had a nice selection of nice cars, they clearly know how to pick them. We did a test drive and told them we wanted it. From that point the deal was done and we out the door in about half an hour. I was impressed! And more importantly, my husband is really happy with his new ride. I've waited a few weeks before posting this review, just in case the doors fell of or something crazy. But we've had no issues and he continues to feel good about his purchase. Avoid this place at all cost. They put on a good show and love to hear themselves talk, but at the end of the day they are just used car salesmen. They got me for a weeks worth of time after being caught lying about the condition of one of their vehicles. Remember, just because it says it has a clean carfax, doesn't mean it's never had any accidents. Do your homework with these guys. If you don't know what to look for, hire a reputable mechanic to look at it. Be prepared to be treated like crap for inspecting their car though. Better yet, just don't shop here. This guy was very unprofessional towards me from the start. They help a couple that was lighter skin complexion than mine. not once did he show us any attention. i was literally told i wasn't a valued customer because i was buying the car outright and did not finance though them, and that he wasn't all excited about the sale. Supreme Motorsports had a car I was interested in. It was a 2015 Audi A6 TDI. I called in and talked to Pat, who told me he's one of the owners, and told him I liked the car and I wanted to sell my car first before buying it. (I didn't need to sell my car before buying another one, it just would have made life a little easier but I didnt tell him that, we'll get to that later in the story). Well after looking at the pictures and the car some more I really liked the car so I went in to check it out and if I had liked it I would have bought it and worked on selling my car after the fact. Or just have traded it in to save the hassle. I showed up and asked for Pat as he said for me to do. I told him I was there to check out the car and he said he'll unlock it for me. He came back and said its unlocked and I said "ok, can I get the key so I can check it out and test drive it?" Pat flat out told me this word for word. "NO, you can't afford it." I looked at him with absolute disbelief and I got mad as anyone rightfully would when such disrespect is shown. I told him "who the *expletive* do you think your talking to like that?" You sont know my financial situation or anything". He told me "that's what I told him yesterday". And I said "I dont have to tell you all of my finances over the phone the first time we talk". To which he started being an overbearing asshole and trying to talk down to me and talk over me and not let me get a word in and called me a "Liar" and "that's not what I told him so you're a liar". This level of disrespect sent me over the edge and I absolutely blew up, rightfully so as anyone would "and I told him to shut the *expletive* up and listen and stop trying to talk over me and talk down to me" to which he paused for a second and continued his onslaught of disrespect. I stopped him and told him this is strike 2 against his dealership as before on facebook someone from there (likely him after this encounter) told me I was broke and I would never know what it meant to be a boss. I'll post screenshots of it as well. He then said "so why did you come back?" To which I replied "because you had a car I was interested in, and you have really terrible customer service". After a little more of the same diatribe I walked off and told him "you just lost a customer for life". He replied "you're not my customer" to which I replied "yea I really dodged a bullet there didn't I?" I then told Pat "I'm gonna be writing a review about this place" To which he replied "good, I'll be looking for it so I can tell everyone you're a liar!" I left and got in my truck, which is a very low mileage 4th gen cummins diesel btw, and drove off. Well guess what, the next day I went to another dealership and bought and even lower mileage 1owner A6 TDI with 29k miles on it, for less money and I was not only treated with respect but they went above and beyond to take care of me. So now the car is at my house. So I guess overall it worked out great for me because i wouldn't have found the better deal without you Pat. The continued horrible customer service at this dealership is on a level that frankly is not only going to loose customers and money but now word will spread and I hope Pat gets removed from there before he disrespects more potential customers. People dont go to pay tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle to put up with the level of obscene disrespect shown, let alone any disrespect or uncanny behavior. read more

My wife and I recently had a wonderful purchasing experience with Jeff, one of the owners of supreme. We narrowed our buying decision to a VW Touareg. We found several dealers that each had several of these vehicles and basically spent a week looking at all of them. We test drove a dozen or so of them that fit the options. We looked at the VW dealership and numerous independent shops. We had flexibility in our pricing range, so we were mainly looking for the cleanest vehicle with the lowest miles. The vehicle we found was extremely clean. The person who had owned it before took immaculate care of it. For transparency, it was $17k. This vehicle had 25k fewer miles and was much cleaner than the same model we found at VW of Puyallup, for $22,500. Also, compared to other dealers, Jeff offered several thousand more for our trade in than the numerous other dealers we worked with. Since it is a VW (god bless the Germans and their tendency to over engineer everything), getting an after market warranty was a huge priority. I've read a few of the other reviews, and am a bit baffled. Any used vehicle is a bit of a gamble- either get a new one or a warranty if you want to eliminate all risk of something happening. After the sale, Jeff followed up on a couple points that he really didn't have an obligation to. I appreciated that. I had also reached out to the dealer who I purchased my prior vehicle from, who didn't have any Touaregs. He referred me to a place who did have several, who had a great manager. Very nice guy. When we let him know I thought we had found a vehicle with Jeff, he had good things to say. Another dealer who we had been working with said the same thing. I thought this was valuable, since a good reputation is forged over time, and it was an easy opportunity for Jeff's competitors to throw him under the bus. We don't buy vehicles often, but will certainly keep in touch with supreme motors and reach out to them first when that day comes. It was a great experience. We recently needed to purchase a replacement Audi for our kid-hauling duties. We normally purchase all our cars at Porsche Bellevue but they had nothing that worked for us at the moment. I found a listing at Supreme Motors, contacted the dealership and Pat responded very promptly. He also provided a few additional car options that had yet to be posted. I did the research on the dealership, read all the reviews, heavily investigated the car history of each vehicle, and set my expectations accordingly. I don't have a ton of time to spend haggling on price, doing paperwork, arguing about unexpected issues, etc. Pat was great. Very easy to deal with, responsive with information on the vehicle, and upfront about the condition of the car. So to be clear, I didn't come into the dealership expecting to buy a new car. My wife and I were very happy with the state of the car, described accurately by Pat. He answered our questions, gave us the room we needed to look the car over, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable with either decision. This was a pretty straightforward deal, the car just needed to be accurately represented by the dealership, and we'd buy it. It was. I didn't expect Pat to be an Audi certified mechanic that could predict every possible mechanical failure on the car, based on his extensive service history with it. He's not. He has the same basic knowledge on the history of the car, that I have. We had our own mechanic investigate the car history. Educate us on the make and model, possible issues, etc. We knew what we were buying and Pat helped ensure that. If in 1-3 months the transmission falls out and we notice Pat's fingerprints all over a Wal-Mart hack job, sure, I'm going to be pissed. But I don't get the sense, based on my interactions with Pat, that we need to be worried about it. We purchased a great car we love, from a few guys that buy cars to resell for a profit. These guys have the intelligence to buy the nicer cars at Auction. And trust me, I've seen much higher priced vehicles at dealerships near me that are in much worse shape. I have no problem recommending Pat and his dealership. Educate yourself on the car, and buy with confidence. Pat was a pleasure to deal with and we will likely use him again in the future. read more

I bought a car here a few years ago (BMW X5 2011) back in May 2017, and unfortunately that car gave us more trouble than it did anything else. We drove the car off the lot and a week later, we had a transmission malfunction. That costed us about $10,000 out of pocket total to fix. We ended up trading the vehicle in for a brand new Honda Accord. However, we could not get the full value trade-in for the car (of what it was worth at the time) because the odometer had been tampered with. Apparently, not sure how it happened, but the miles on the BMW had been rolled back over 20,000 miles. So we actually bought the vehicle with 20,000 miles more than what was actually displayed on the odometer. I would recommend doing your research and figuring out exactly where your vehicle is coming from, who the past owners were, and what the vehicle has gone through before arriving to any used car lots. It's unfortunate our experience here happened this way, but I advise you to be very careful before buying a used vehicle from here. I'm sure if they had done their homework, they would have realized that the odometer had been tampered with. So we were unfortunately scammed (whether this dealership knew about the tampered odometer or not, they need to be aware of what vehicles they are selling to people). read more

As a business owner myself, I fully understand the challenges of customer service and satisfaction! I have read some of the few negative reviews and doesn't surprise me, since there is always someone who is just not happy and try to find a way to blame the business owner. People sometimes forget that Business's are owned by actual people who risk so much throughout a business venture and sometimes it is very tough to just sit there and take punches that are thrown at them. Shop anywhere else. Supreme Motors sells mechanically damaged vehicles and lies about their condition. Proof included. If you don't heed this warning and shop there anyway, test drive their vehicles directly to a trusted repair shop and have them do a full inspection. The $100-$200 you'll spend is worth the money you'll save by not buying a damaged vehicle. I made a mistake by not doing enough research and instead trusting what I was told by the salesman. I've since learned that the GM 5.3L V8's in 2011 Suburban are notorious for issues related to Displacement on Demand/Active Fuel Management (DOD/AFM) that result in collapsed lifters. Symptoms include loss of power, rough idle, bad fuel economy, oil consumption, damaged catalytic converter, and eventually irreversible engine damage. The fix is to install a DOD/AFM delete kit - new cam, lifters, oil pump, valley plate, seals, bolts, and more. Over $500 just in parts. Then, you must reprogram the ECU - another $100-300. A shop would charge over $3,000 for this project. That is more than 10% of what I paid for the Suburban that I bought a week ago from Supreme Motors. I learned all of this out of necessity. I didn't want to buy a problem vehicle. I was told, and I quote, "We make sure to check the engine, transmission, drive train, and other important parts to make sure they are top condition, and we don't fix every little cosmetic detail to keep costs down." Fine by me, if it were true. Most people don't need every scratch and cosmetic defect fixed. However, pretty much everyone needs their vehicle to work. So, I took them at their word, and bought the truck without negotiating. I don't have any desire to haggle and waste time. They had the Suburban I was looking for, and they had assured me that it was mechanically sound. The only reason you end up running a free-standing used car lot without a big brand name backing it is that you are either pushier that the big brands will allow, and these guys are pushy, or you are simply too dishonest for a big brand to back you. This is very likely the case here, because they sold me a broken vehicle and lied about it. Before the salesman jump in to tell me how wrong I am, I thought I'd offer some evidence. The check engine light came on while driving home from buying the vehicle! A few seconds later the StabiliTrak and traction control light illuminated, the check engine light started blinking, the engine's idle became rough, and the power decreased dramatically. Pretty awesome for owning the car for 30 minutes. Having some experience with cars, I didn't fret. Mechanical systems wear down and break, and before I could point any fingers, I needed to do the work on my end. Here are the steps I went through, and what I found: Codes - P0300 (Random Misfires) via the cheap puller at O'Reilly Auto Parts, and P0305 & P0307 (misfires in cylinder 5 and 7) from a nicer puller I got off Amazon. 5 had 207 misfires, 7 had 27. Cleared codes, ran the truck for a few miles, codes returned. Plugs - Pulled all the spark plugs, they looked good. Wires - Old plug wires broke when I removed them, replaced with new OEM set. Coil Packs - Swapped 1/5 and 1/7. Misfires continued in cylinders 5 and 7 regardless. Resistance is good on all. Vacuum - 18-20 in of Hg, steady. During these tests, I called the salesman and said that I had made a mistake. They could keep my paperwork fee and I'd bring the truck back. That fee would let them detail the car again, so no money out of their pocket. They steadfastly refused. Lots of interrupting me, talking over me, and reminding me that I didn't by a warranty. After pressuring them they offered to let me take the truck to their, 'trusted mechanic' and offered to install coil packs. I've tested my coil packs and they are fine so no need to do that. Also, no need to drive an hour to visit their, 'trusted' mechanic when anyone with access to Google can tell what is wrong here in 5 minutes. Shame on me for not doing that beforehand. Never, ever, trust Supreme Motors. Don't take my word for it - ready every single other review. You either get a 4-or-5-star review or someone pointing out their rude, pushy, dishonest sales tactics. And they have the audacity to get into debates with their customers! "That's not exactly how it went down...", or, "This customer called from several states away...", as though the distance between them and the customer was a factor in how honest and nice they are required to be. Complete, utter, horseshit. Buy here only if you enjoy working on cars and dealing with fast talking, greasy salespeople. read more

The man who runs the place is smart and has good business tactics. He's a fun person to talk to and is very convincing. However, I bought my first car from them. A Lexus ISF, knowing that these cars are very reliable and their constant reassurance I thought that I wouldn't have to have any issues with the car. The within the first month I got the car I had to get my tires replaced. Mind you I wasn't even driving the car a lot, on average just to work and school. When I got my tires replaced I figured out at the fucking axles on the car were fucked. Like what the fuck lmfaoooo Now my brakes are fucked and I'm just finding little shit out the more I drive it. The only reason why I'm mad was because they vouched this car was in its best condition, even told me they changed the tires and shit before I came to pick it up the next day and it was gonna be tip top. Yes, Jeff & Pat are very direct, but not pushy at all...no pressure sales, just the facts...and a lot of them...they know their cars. We love that they also have a shop on site. So at the end of the car purchase, the relationship has just begun. We look to them for servicing and repairs, that their staff are able to perform at very fair/reasonable prices. Car buyers beware. I add my experience here to this page of interestingly mixed reviews. Decide for yourself. I would never do business with Supreme Motors again. I'm too busy to write reviews, but I feel I need to share this experience so others can be informed. I purchased a beautiful used luxury vehicle from Supreme Motors. When I first met salesman and co-owner Jeff Walthos, he was nice and had me engaged in conversation for over 3 hours. I did a trade-in, gave Jeff my VIN number and he inspected my trade-in, I had the new car inspected by my mechanic, and we then made a deal and signed the contract and I purchased the car. Shortly after my purchase, I began to receive a barrage of nasty communications from Jeff, accusing me of tricking him into thinking my trade-in was a different model than it actually was. He called me a liar and a bad person. He said I owed him several thousand dollars to make up for the difference in what he said was my tricking him from one model to another. I was baffled and shocked. I checked with the dealer I had originally bought my now traded-in car from; they were specialists in the type of vehicle I'd had, so surely they would know. Had I inadvertently made some kind of mistake? No, they assured me I had the information correct. I checked in with my more business-savvy friends and my car expert friends. They wondered why an automobile professional could accuse me of misrepresenting my car to him when I had given him my VIN number and he had done a visual inspection of my vehicle. They told me they smelled a scam artist trying to take advantage of me. As his messages continued to escalate in their nasty tone and name calling, I began to see that the man who had bonded with me so quickly and closely upon first meeting was now the complete opposite in personality to how he initially presented himself. His tone was desperate, and he was threatening and mean. He was a totally different person. As he continued to harass me to pay him what he felt I owed him, he held my loan payment for my trade-in vehicle. He was supposed to make the payment in full shortly after our deal; instead, he held it until it was past due and well beyond the date that he had contractually agreed to pay it. I know now this was not a smart move on my part; and I can see now how he took advantage of my naivete. It was not until I wrote him twice on this matter, the second time informing him that I would file a complaint with the WA Attorney General if he did not fulfill his obligation to pay off my loan, that he finally acted in accordance with our contract and paid off my loan. This was a very stressful and unpleasant experience all the way around. And although this is not my main complaint about this establishment, a hidden problem has emerged with the engine of the vehicle I purchased at Supreme Motors that has cost me $6800 to repair. The car appeared to in great shape and beautifully maintained as evidenced on CarFax. And my mechanic's inspection did not detect this obscure and costly potential problem. Was something intentionally hidden by Supreme Motors? I am not saying that, only stating the facts. Maybe I just got unlucky, or maybe I didn't. read more

I came here almost 3 years ago to look at a 3 series BMW they had at the time and even though I didn't end up purchasing it, they were always really helpful and nice towards me. I've talked to both Jeff and Pat since I came in a couple of times to revisit the BMW and they're very chill. They never once were pushy or rude to me which I appreciate, I also never felt pressured. Once you're on the lot for a few, one of them will usually come out, do a quick introduction and say if you need/see anything you like, let them know. They're not going to follow you around the lot and ask you questions, that can be annoying. Made quite the impression on me... I really liked their vibe, very laid back so when my uncle was in the market for a car, I referred him here. He was very impressed when we pulled into the lot, they had a nice selection of luxury vehicles. Most, if not all of their cars that they offer are in great condition, including the interior. They had the best prices around 3 years ago and they still do to this day! I like that their inventory is only from the west coast and they all have clean titles. They operate professionally, honestly and are genuine sales men whom i would not classify them as you everyday auto sales men. Great selection of autos with good prices, and easy to work with in negations. Almost all of their cars are priced well below book. they have nothing to offer but the best when is comes to luxury autos! Most if not all of their deals could be classified as "MAC DADDY" deals. Bought my 2011 BMW 335i M from Supreme Motors and I couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience! Both owners are true lovers of really nice cars. I have never seen so many gorgeous cars on one lot, they have really used a fine tooth comb to search and sell the best quality vehicles on the market. When I originally laid eyes on my new car I couldn't even believe how flawless it was, they even were kind enough to let me use their buddy's auto shop to personally inspect the whole car! On top of that when it came to negotiating on the listing price, I can honestly say I was shocked that I could have such an amazing experience at a dealership, the owners really enjoy working with good customers and our passionate about selling great products, even my wife who's no into dealing with salesman and car talk had a great experience. If you come here expecting to bargain and negotiate, then you have the wrong expectations. Jeff and Pat buy cars they KNOW people want to drive. They purchase vehicles that are in high demand because of color, body style, interior, luxury features, performance, etc. They put a lot of care into making sure they are gorgeous and road ready too. The margins on their vehicles are very low because they deal in highly sought after autos. That isn't to say you can't negotiate a lower price and they might even be open to that, but what they are open to more than anything else is establishing a long-term relationship with their customer. That should be something you want out of this experience too. If you come to lot because you expect to pull one over on them and haggle them down to a low price, you aren't going to get the time of day. They don't have to sell to you. I purchased a 2012 X5 35d from Supreme Motors in 2018. It was beautiful. They told us it was top of the line. Diesel was best way to go and we even purchased the extended warranty. Within one week the car stopped working. They were responsive and took it to their guy to fix the problem, but we continued to have issues. I was only able to use the warranty once for $300. The majority of the issues were related to it being diesel. In oct of 2021 the light came on again. My mechanic said it was almost $7000 in repairs and didn't recommend that I fix it. There were leaks in the engine and it was coming into the cabin. It smokes out the back extensively and I couldn't even drive it. I was under water on my loan. Worst purchase I've ever made. He is very full of himself and has a very bad attitude. He talk so much about how his dealer lot is so great but nothing and just throwing things out there to try to make a sales.
