My iPhone wasn't charging and the cable didn't seem to seat right. I tried cleaning out the port, but no luck. Took the phone in, expecting to pay for a new port. After looking at the phone for a couple of minutes in the back room, I was told "it's all taken care of now". There was some lint wrapped around one of the side contacts. No charge, no waiting, no run-around. I offered to pay something and was told that there was absolutely no charge.
