We're preparing to sell our home and were touching up all the paint. First, we needed to match our master bedroom, and after our own failed attempt (which left us with polka dots!), we were convinced we'd have to repaint the entire room. The staff at Hadlock's saved the day with an absolutely perfect match. Then, just a week later, we had a ceiling mishap. I went back again, and once more, they were patient, precise, and determined to get the color just right. With only hours before our first open house, the color matched perfectly--saving us from repainting an entire ceiling! With a background in property management, I can say that truly accurate paint matching is rare. It's usually "close," but not close enough to avoid repainting whole rooms. The issue was never the product because the original service and product were perfect and i am extremely satisfied with the mattress , quality and price..The problem I was having originally was with trying to register the account and that was not the clerks fault . Unfortunately this was not caught upon delivery and it was signed off on, leaving us stuck with a price matched but inferior item. Be diligent when receiving your product. We should not have trusted their definition of "comparable" and the miscommunication that resulted in the lack of necessary features we believed we were receiving.
