If you value your time, your belongings, or basic customer service, go somewhere else. Holding an item hostage for over a month and then charging full price is unacceptable. I came back to pick it up, and when I paid for it the owner rebuked me and was extremely hostile. He got in my face and said the price was not right and the next time I came in the dress would cost me three times the price I paid this time. I would not have been upset if he had just said there was a mistake in the pricing and been slightly kind, but he was so incredibly rude and made us feel threatened we left in a hurry. It's now Friday and she's giving us the run around of when she will be giving the money and when the other shirt would arrive in the mail. mind you it's 3:58 on Friday and his event is at 11am on Saturda and he has nothing to wear bc this establishment destroyed his clothes. Shes just not a nice person and she could care less about her customers and customer service. It's so sad and unfortunate bc it's this man birthday and its first birthday in YEARS that he will be able to spend with his family. all she had to do was fix this on Monday when she called and said the shirts were ruined.
