Asked for a manger. He came but was dismissive. He stated that they haven't had pickup services in almost a year. No apology for the misunderstanding just spoke matter of factly. My thoughts are if it's been unavailable for almost a year, why give it as an option? I would've have been ok with the whole process if the cashier wasn't speaking in a nasty tone.
