I visited your Vacaville outlet store on Sunday afternoon with my stepdaughter. We were shopping for her graduation ( a shopping spree) and hoping to get her properly sized and fitted for a bra. I have to tell you that we were incredibly lucky to work with Claudia. She spent nearly an hour with us, patiently helping Madison find the right size and style. Claudia was outstanding! She was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly attentive. Finding the right fit took some time, and we actually had to keep sizing down until we found the perfect one. Once we did, Claudia helped us select multiple colors, and we were thrilled to find them on sale as well! She truly went above and beyond to make sure Madison felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. What could have been an intimidating experience for a young woman became a fun and memorable one because of Claudia's care and professionalism. Our shopping trip lasted close to two hours, and every member of your staff was warm, welcoming, and complimentary toward my daughter. They created such a positive atmosphere and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. This is exactly how shopping and customer service should be. Store was clean and well organized. Selection was good and styles were current. I wasn't allowed to try on intimates due to "store policy" and while I hope that's for hygienic reasons there are higher end stores that do allow this with other precautions. I asked how a person would know which size, and was told by the staff member "you select your pant size." We'll if it were that easy customers wouldn't need to try garments on. What was more troublesome was this staff's attitude. Not sure I can recommend based on that customer experience. read more

I was in there yesterday to just pop in and see what they had on sale. It had been a minute since I've gone inside this store. It was so clean and organized and the staff was all friendly. This lady who helped check me out was very nice. She told me about all the sales and let me know I had a birthday coupon $20. I like how helpful everyone was and it did feel like a no judgment free zone which is a great feeling especially when you're plus size. Thank you lane Bryant staff. You all were amazing! read more

I can't believe that I'm leaving such a great review, when I couldn't buy anything. The truth is that I'm between sizes, losing weight and not wanting to purchase something too large when I know in a few weeks it won't fit anymore. But I met someone who was working, greeted me, helped me find something for my long legs and found some other things. When my weight become more stable, I will go back and purchase. I miss the stores that they had here and wish they hadn't closed them all. But, when in the area, I'll come by here. I felt seen, heard and was helped and that meant a lot to me. read more

This past Saturday I went in and was very disappointed with my trip. To walk in and not be greeted especially when it's not busy I didn't feel welcomed to shop. I went in around 2 and had zero to no customer service and to be treated rudely on top of it! I asked an associate, who already looked upset to be there, about an item. I asked where it would be since it was on the mannequin and she just looked at me and pointed to a general area. I was beyond offended and did nothing to her to be treated as if I was bothering her! And yes, that's the exact attitude she displayed towards me. I needed some assistance, not going shopping this past couple years because of the pandemic I was ready to spend my time and money. That associate did the bare minimum and made no effort to assist me whatsoever. It's disheartening for this to be my first experience back out, I felt as if I didn't matter as a consumer or a person for that matter. Fortunately, at the very end of my shopping trip I finally got some decent service. When I was ready to checkout a little before 3 a new associate was there and was very helpful. My visit was kind of disappointing. I scheduled an appointment online to have a private bra fitting. Well upon arriving a little early I walked in and announced to a salesperson why I was there. Three staff persons talked amongst themselves as to who was going to do the measurements as I stood there wondering if I was making a mistake of even being here but I stayed. So one person told the person I spoke to have confidence and do the measurements she in turned asked what is confidence? Now I'm working that this indeed was a mistake because gone are the days of having someone really take the time to accurately take your measurements. So I followed behind to the dressing room area. Once there we stood in the middle of the space for everyone to see okay so I'm wondering is she going to have me go into a stall and have me take my jacket off? Nope! She measured me jacket and all and told me she thought I was a 36D odd because I haven't worn that in years. My body has changed and I have gained weight whatever okay back out to the floor no bras in my size. I keep looking on my own no one comes back eventually I leave after realizing I'm not going to get any assistance. After hearing her assist other customers with their sister sizes. Which was never mentioned to me at all! Won't be going back. read more

So irritating when you prefer online go to pick up and they can't find it. Their system was slow so I sat there for 40 minutes waiting to I go on where my stuff was. They couldn't give me answers so I left my phone number and asked them to give me a call when they knew. They NEVER called and trying to get someone on the phone over there is like pulling teeth. A month AFTER my money was finally put back on my card. This whole mess from the time I put my order in till the time I got my money back was three months!!!! Worst customer service in this store.. I purchased an online order got email notification that my items were delivered. Called them to make sure and the girl were clueless! I visited the outlet in Vacaville, Ca this evening from 16:45 - 17:35. I was trying to find a bra that fit me after a 60lb weight loss. I tried on about 5 different ones. At that time the sales lady told me to wait in my dressing stall, that she would be right back with the right one from the back. I waited 30 minutes in the dressing room before finally getting dressed and walking out. On my way out, another sales lady asked me if I found one that fit. I told her what transpired and she then informed me that the woman helping me had left for the night. I'm disgusted. I wasted my time and the very small sliver of patience that I had left over from finding out my father is in the hospital. This is exactly why I shop primarily on Amazon. I will continue to do so . I used to love shopping at this store but just had the WORST service. A women working in a pink shirt saw me looking for an item and instead of offering assistance she stood behind me waiting for me to move so she could stock something. I can completely understand if they were busy however there was no one else in the store. Then another women asked if I wanted a room and I asked about the jeans size I was having trouble with. I asked if she could look in the back. Instead she asked the women in pink. Came back and said no. She never looked! I will save my money for the Pleasant Hill store or the website. Not the best visit this time around. My Mom and I love to go to the outlets and pal around. I needed new pants so of course I came here because they have some of the best fitting pants albeit more on the expensive side. We walked in, no greeting, no eye contact nothing( and it wasn't busy) found clothes to try on, no offering of a dressing room. Found my own dressing room, tried on pants went back out into the store to get another pair, still nothing. Finished trying on went over to shoes. Passed an associate and still nothing! I am always impressed by the service I get when I walk into LB. There is almost a bright "hello" and a "can I help you find something?" before I even step two feet into the door. The girls are always helpful in finding the right sizes and getting things down from the higher displays. read more

Lane Bryant is the only place that I can find wide calf knee high boots. They have a great bra selection for the big busted ladies and if they don't have your size, they will find it and ship it to your house for free! They don't really sell petite plus size clothing, so I do most of my clothing shopping at Torrid since they sell jeans for short people. The employees are really sweet and helpful even though you can tell they are always short staffed. If I was taller, I would do more clothing shopping here as well because they have classy plus sized clothing that don't look like a tent. read more

Could not believe it...hadn't been to these outlets in years... Popped into Lane Bryant...70% off and 40% off sale going on!! Then I applied for a LB card, and JUST FOR APPLYING, received a 15% credit...and I was approved...so got to charge the unbelievable purchase on the card while receiving approx $40 off. I have to say, I had some of the best customer service I have ever had... The gal behind the counter (I want to say Alicia/Amanda/ A word..) was outstanding. Every item had a price tag. She should become the manager if she isn't already. I walked out with $250 of clothes that would have cost me 40-70% more! I even found the most flattering swim top and shorts...so classy. When I said that I might go find the swim bottoms in a larger size than I normally wear, the gal said to remember that when the fabric gets wet, it may stretch and become too large! I was so glad she knew all about the fabrics... If I lived closer to there, I'd go back all of the time... Have to find one closer to Santa Cruz...maybe Gilroy?
