By choice I walked into the store and the woman behind the counter was courteous. Short after putting on new bras to wear for summer fun i paid for 3clearance priced items including-1 new bra plus size. It's not only a great way to make sure I have more of what matters to me even a comfortable wardrobe. The store offers a daily drawing you win 1 free new shirt and 1 free new pair of pants leads all customers to enter with their phone numbers winning my confidence with degree. As a former "Bridal Model " very prepared for a new outfit I had no idea the selections would be this easy! According to the costs accompanied best with my next purchase, I also get $50- off which they will knock off another $25- bucks per $50- purchase. I am dying to return to keep shopping and I absolutely love my new bra, dress blouse and pants. While shopping and Lane Bryant Cascade' they all treated me like a real person not a number and reduced the amount of stress while I shopped. That's it! No waist of time and I saved more favorites for next time around. Thanks for more delicate embroidered yellow flowers followed by black, patent leather pants. I love it because it's okay for me to show off my curves. Like a hot, bumble bee yellow dress blouse and awesome white new stretch bra. I am really happy that my stomach was tucked nestled solid underneath my stretchy, leather pants that suggested I was confident and dressed to match the shopping mood to be specific. read more

I took my mom to get a bra fitting today and we will never come back to this location. The sales person literally slumped her shoulders and sighed when we asked. The sales person did the measurements in the doorway to main fitting room, not even in a fitting room. After she measured my mom, looking disgusted the whole time, she brought us 5 bras that didn't match the measurements she had just taken. She then proceeded to walk in on my mom as she was changing once she finally got a room to change in - no knock on the door, no "are you ready", nothing, just opened the fitting room. My mom has recently lost a good deal of weight and was hoping to get spend a good deal of money on new bras and we walked out with nothing and we won't be back. Of note - another attendant also walked in on another customer without knocking. Do better. read more

My Mom has stopped by a few different Lane Bryant's while we've been out and about. This is by far the best one. They have outstanding customer service. Plus the employees are nice, and helpful. It's a really great environment, that's never busy, and plays chill music while you sit and wait for your Mom to be done shopping. I'm a big fan of restaurants, stores, whatever, that just feel like another world. Whether it's because it literally does, or because it so understands what type of store it is, that it fully delivers. This store even had a section that let you know what products were leaving soon. My Mom shopped for probably an hour. While I was definitely bored and wished we left sooner, it wasn't because this location wasn't fully committed to being a great store. Overall, this is a bigger and better Lane Bryant location than most. It's not that busy, either. Come check it out if you're the target audience, it could be your new go-to location. read more

I lpve this store and theit high-quality women's clothing. Today they advertised 50^ off winter coats which i will use to replace my 20-year-old csr coat purchasrd at Meier & Franks and will use for casual wear and save the new coar for dressier ovcssions. I am thrilled with the new coat. The shop staff is so friendly. Thr shop is very attractive and cleaned constntly and everybody worr face mssks as COVID precautions Please come and shop. The ladies who work at this location are always friendly, helpful and serve as my "girlfriend" offering suggestions and giving honest opinions on outfits. I'm not one for the skinny jeans or tight straight leg jeans, preferring trouser or a wide leg styles. The last time I was in, they encouraged me to try the new high waist straight leg and I was shocked and surprised at how flattering they were. I bought the denim but they didn't have black in my size. No problem. They ordered them for me online and had them shipped directly to my home at no charge. I received them within a few days. I don't shop here often because other than jeans, slacks and bras, the clothes are too large for me. But when I need a flattering pair of jeans or new bras, this is where I shop. I can't pronounce it, but the Cacique balconette style is the best! Lane Bryant always runs sales so I check online regularly for the items I like. Then I have the items shipped to this location for free. I'm always down at Cascade Station for one reason or another, so it's worth it to get the sale price and save on shipping. read more

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I went in because I needed clean clothes for the day (had an issue with the AirBnB washer not working) and was able to find exactly what I needed. It was also cheaper than I expected (let's be honest, plus size clothing is usually EXPENSIVE). All in all, it was a perfect in and out shopping trip. They even let me back into the changing room to put on my new outfit. read more

Staff spent most of my experience talking amongst each other, including when I was ready to check out. Smiling and acknowledging my presence before you go back to chatting is not very good salesmanship. They weren't outright rude, but if I was their manager, I'd be appalled that no one made any attempt to see what I was looking for, or even offer to grab sizes while in the fitting room, until I had gone back to the salefloor to get them myself for the 3rd time. Believe it or not, I was on a mission for work clothes, and would have loved some assistance from a salesperson with some product knowledge. I got a LB credit card about 6 weeks ago. When I was shopping I was given a bunch of coupons for $25.00 off a $50.00 purchase, starting today, 3/19/2021. I was very excited to start using these coupons today so I went online to see what new items they had in store for Spring. I found a few items and, since I was worried they would have sold out the items in my size by the time I got to the store (a frequent problem with them) I decided to buy them online and go to the store later when they opened. That's when the trouble began. The brand new credit card I received in the mail a few weeks ago wouldn't work. They said 'account not found'. What?! I just used it in the store on 3/3/2021 so what happened? Despite trying to talk this through with many customer service representatives I was told the number on my card was not valid and they would not give me the new number, because of 'security concerns'. However they told me the account balance, last payment made, and current balance. All without being sure I was who I said I was? I decided this was RIDICULOUS and so I closed my account. However, since I am a plus-size person I have limited options when buying clothes, so I will be forced to shop there again. But now whenever I decide to charge an item the interest I pay will NOT go to Lane Bryant, it will go to VISA. I sincerely doubt I am the only woman to have been singled out to have this stupid, stupid, STUPID problem foisted on me. It is my hope that other women who have to deal with this badly run company will also cancel their cards until LB can straighten up this problem. Wonderful service, super-friendly and helpful associates; they know many of their customers by name and treat them like friends. Abbie specifically is my favorite associate. Somewhat smaller size store. If they don't have it, you can order online and have it shipped FREE to your home (but only from the store.) This location has more short and tall inseam options for pants, whereas the others have little to none. They do have a small shoe section as well, Jantzen Beach doesn't have any and Tualatin has the largest bra selection. read more

Store is cramped and overfilled yet they only get two runs of sizing on my most pieces so if you are a popular size - you won't find a thing here. It's all extra smalls or 5x items. Staff is unhelpful and talks to each other more than customers. Such a bummer one of the only plus size clothing places at cascade station is so disappointing. read more

I love this Lane Bryant and shop here all the time, the girls are all great. I came in yesterday shopping for my birthday outfit, so it had to be special. Kelsey helped me pick out the perfect dress, tights, and spanx! She also helped me with my purchases to make sure I got the biggest discount possible. I looked into this shop, as I need unusual sized bras and a friend recommended them. Because of my unusual size, I tend to shop online and have my order shipped to this store, as it's closest to me. I have done this twice now. I walk in, try on what I ordered and decide what works. This location is in the strip mall that runs parallel to Cascade Pkwy, to the east of Best Buy and Petsmart. The ladies who work here have always been happy to help and smiling, if understaffed many times. I took my bag of three tops and three bras to the changing rooms and brought out two of the bras a few minutes later, to ask if they might have a size that would fit me better in the store. I struck out on the one (so I need to reorder online) and the other helped me realize that bra style didn't work for me. When I took the two bras out to ask for different sizes, I asked them to keep the rest of my shipment (which I placed back in the bag) at the counter. They graciously did so. I waited in line, to make my returns and noticed the lady in front of me was handed an online order shipment that looked very similar to the bag I handed them. I decided she must have ordered the same bra...as I only saw the hanger and one edge of the cup...so I had no idea what size it was. I walk up to make my returns, only to find out the cashier gave the lady, in front of me my shipment. Hers was still on the counter, unopened. I understand mistakes happen and despite their system being down...since I could bring up my order on my phone, I was happy to find out they could still credit me back for the returns while they waited for her to bring back my package. What I was not too happy about is that another employee mentioned giving me a coupon for my trouble, as they did give away my order. It would have been a nice gesture. However, when it was made clear I wasn't keeping what I had ordered this time (I needed a size they didn't have in the store and the others simply didn't work for me) the lady who talked about a coupon became a bit rude and decided I didn't deserve a coupon apparently. It took me this second order to find a bra that fits my shape and is comfortable, but I still needed a different cup size, so it would be returned. I don't believe I should be treated with disrespect because I need to make another order and the other products simply didn't work for my body. It happens. I thought about knocking down my score further, based on this experience, but the first and second time I was here, I didn't have any problems with customer service. read more

Of the locations available in the Portland metro area, this is my least favorite but most visited location. Although the attendants are fantastic this store is usually understaffed which leads to longer waits either in line or to get help with a other size. Since the staff is aware of this fact they are some of the best retail workers I know of with professional behavior and friendliness that makes you feel welcomed and remembered. If you're looking for a larger selection of styles or sizes I do not recommend this location however if you're looking for great service when available, these ladies will take care of you. read more
