Went to return an item we purchased 20 hours prior with the tags attached, receipt, card used, and had never left the bag and talked to the same person who checked us out the previous evening. We knew that evening that we might return it so we asked to make sure we could, to which she said as long as we had the mentioned requirements we would be able to. When we tried to return it, however, she said it wasn't possible and, after her boss came over, lied about telling us that we could. If it's store policy that's one thing, but that excuse doesn't work when an employee explicitly states contradicting information. Go absolutely anywhere else.

The ladies in this store are always really helpful and its an experience, they are ready to help when you are trying on, bring in other options and are honest in their opinions. I have had some pushy salespeople at other locations (I recently moved here from Atlanta and there was one WHBM I wouldn't go to because the saleswomen were over the top, but another that was great). I love this store, their quality is impeccable and its an all around great experience.
