While the stones were all installed, the cement is already cracking and there was no clean-up on the grout between the stones so, the patio looks cheap and incomplete. Also there was never mulch placed between the trees so weeds have overtaken all of the trees. When I called and emailed Stephen to come and complete the job, there was no response. After 7 emails over 6 weeks, he finally responded but only to say that he had a personal problem and could not focus on his work and still did not schedule a time to complete the job. He rolled up to the house with a serious squad of workers, hauling trailer with equipment, ladders, and everything needed to do the job, and they went right to work. Within an hour or two the house had transformed like it was brand new again, these guys went all over making sure to get all the spots, clean the areas well, and Scott managed them as they did the work. Scott was also able to give me an estimate of the job from just a few pictures, quoting me at 325 for the gig, which after researching was a little on the higher end, but I went with Scott because he knew what he was doing, and was able to get us into the schedule on our agenda, which was great!
