He was helpful in getting the soil test results from the Brooklyn College lab very quickly and helping me interpret them. We ended up deciding to remove the native Brooklyn soil that was filled with lead and pouring concrete on top. This task required putting up plastic sheeting to carry out the leaded soil through the building with contaminating the inside space, as there is no street access from the backyard. This was a project that had to be done super quickly, I am so thankful that Gennaro was able to squeeze it in to his busy schedule. The crew was super respectful and worked at warp speed! They left the premises clean and overall it was a job well done. I can't recommend EcoBrooklyn enough. I will definitely be contacting them again for future projects.

I know I will spend around 7K to 10K could be more. When he checks the leak the leak is not from the foundation. He told me to seal the concrete around the window and sides of the foundation outside. I did it and the leak was fixed. If I called someone else I knew they would do the water proofing even I don't really need it. He's a down to earth person that you can really trust.
