They Never answer the phone when try to call them never send me a message until the last minute

ive called over 20 times to get an appointment rescheduled at the Sumterville location and they never answer

I seen doctor Makenzie very good doctor, my concerns are the people who are responsible for my prescription they don't even bother to send it to the pharmacy 9 days pass from my doctor visit and nothing im waiting for the medications which I have to take everyday because high cholesterol,and the visit before was the same thing I had to be calling for my prescription. I hope they resolve this problem if they don't want to work send them home maybe they take they job serious. read more

One star is too much for this Silver Springs Shores office. The doctor I was assigned was Nadia Dao. I have never in my 60 years been made fun of by my dr in front of a med student. She changed and removed meds that I needed and I ended up in the Hospital. Avoid this Dr. avoid this place. read more

Had a 1:15 appointment got there 12:30ish doors are locked. Opens at one fill out paper work then at 1:27 told sorry doctor had emergency! 6 years down In Florida and still no doctor! I tried to get in to see dentist not taking patients! Go to someone who cares! read more

This place could give a rat's ass about their patients. I never once spoke with my Doctor a Dr. Welty. She I guess doesnt take patients calls. And you will never get ahold of someone if you call. It's like 1 in a million do they ever pick up the phone. As for Dr Welty. She wouldnt care if I was on the floor having a stroke. Because when we were finally together in a room after waiting hours. I was upset and crying about personal issues going on in my life. She Dr Welty did not give 2 shots about it. She says and I quote. Heres your prescriptions I'll see you in two months and walks out of the room we were both in. I mean really? Plus I dont trust her. I tell her something in confidence and before she can think about it she casts her judgement down on me. Dr Welty isnt the right doctor for me and I'm sure many others. Unfortunately, I cant afford to go any other place due lack of Medicaid or affordable insurance. So Langleys pricing for visits and prescriptions are better than anyone else's in Florida. Well that's what I can only find is Langley medical. I thought Langley Medical was a nonprofit organization but I'm sorry why are you charging me every visit and each medicine I get there isnt exactly plan A cheap. So they need to work on cutting the bullcrap I've read on the website and as for Dr Welty I see her this monday. Shes going to probably kick me out now bc I spoke my mind on here yelp.. read more

This place made continued errors on my lab & doctor bills. It took a year for them to be covered. They tried to ruin my family's credit. The second in command killed our friend's service pet and never even so much as apologized. Then they want veterans to come to their clinic (they advertise on Facebook) for their dental care? If veterans knew of Wynn's actions, they'd flee. Absolutely awful. Tom Chase, the CEO, had to come on here and sing the clinic's praises. Hahahahah....they NEVER answer the phones or return phone calls. Good luck getting an appt and then good luck with not getting bill coding errors repeatedly!!! read more

I have had nothing but good visits here. I see Dr. Welty and I love her. She's very down to earth , caring and is a great listener. She didn't talk over me, or make me feel uncomfortable at all. Also did not make me feel as if she didn't believe me. I would definitely recommend this facility read more

Yes, this is my experience, I have been to this clinic!!!!! I will never go back again either, unless I have a death wish. Billing errors up the Wazoo and whatever you do, don't try to call to make an appt because they do not answer the phones. I've had a bill with coding errors submitted wrong five times now: 1/19. Invalid code. 3/8 Wrong Code. 4/26. Same wrong code. 4/26. Wrong code again. 9/20. Wrong code again. One of the women in charge at this facility (VICKI WYNNS, also a neighbor), her dog came into my yard and killed my service dog. I am a disabled veteran with PTSD. She now refuses to be responsible for the vet bills. The dog that killed mine is allowed to roam free and barks loudly every night. She has no respect for her neighbors or patients!!!!! Vicki Wynns is a TERRIBLE human being that professes to help others in the nursing profession all the while, claiming to be a Christian. read more

Frankly, they do have a terrible phone system - the key is to contact a department through the menu and leave a message or just swing by. That way, the right people may call you back or help you right then and there as a walk-in!!!! I love the general practice doctor there - he is Dr. Nazario and is fairly new and a fully certified MD trained here in the US. I have been going to Langley since they were a tiny medical office on Maricamp and also to the facility in Sumterville which I think is great. The new facility at Maricamp is lovely and the staff is always really great and upbeat! Wish they had some magazines to read. They have had some "less than" practitioners in the past IMHO but I don't think they are nearly as bad as the other reviews report. In fact, I could go elsewhere but I think Dr. Nazario is tremendous - smart, effective, listens and shares right back and tells it to you straight! If they would fix the phone system, I would give them 10 stars! (Plus they have never made a mistake on my bill and I am a perfectionist.) read more

I used to go to the LHS Clinic in Silver Springs Shores. My first visit there was horrible and I never wanted to go back, but it was the only one close enough for my parents to go to at the time. None of the equipment they went to test me with worked. I couldn't hear anything in their test device. The nurse then went to test me with a few bits of equipment. She couldn't get two of the items to work at all, and some of the others didn't seem to perform correctly. Then over the summer I was having horrible stomach issues. Theses pains come in the morning or after I eat. I went to langley at least once a month trying to figure out what was wrong with me. My doctor there did all these tests but couldn't find anything wrong. She even had me get an ultrasound for some reason. They never gave me anything to help the pain either. It was so bad I would get sick every morning. I missed nearly half of my senior year in high school the next year. Now that I am older it seems very obvious that I might have some sort of stomach gas problem.. but I'm not a doctor so I don't really know. It's not like the doctors at langley will know either. Maybe it's because none of their equipment works.. or maybe it's operator error. read more

It's a great place. I had all but given up on finding somewhere that did dental at a rate I could afford. Not only do they offer a slide scale for their dentistry and were able to get my son and I in quickly but the dentist there were absolutely wonderful. read more
