I had to get a molar tooth pulled and Dr Yassin was excellent. She's really good at what she does. I've still had some residual pain in that area deep in the gums, so when I came back to have work done on another tooth, Dr Cheema actually looked at my x-ray (from where the molar tooth was pulled) and she took the time to explain that based on where that tooth and infection were, it was likely that my nerve was what was still giving me the pain. This was what I suspected but her validation was what I needed. Dr Cheema is also excellent and she is very patient, always taking time to make sure I've had my questions answered and that I'm good. In general, it's actually fun to sit and chat with the dentists/assistants while they work on my teeth so I don't mind anytime I have to go back. Their office has been very helpful and patient with me. I appreciate all of them so much.

SCAM Great experience at the office - terrible communication with billing…read more I called Lanier Dental on June 23, 2026 to schedule a dental new patient cleaning. During this phone call I asked very direct questions regarding my insurance provider, if they were in network, and what to expect. I booked my appointment purely based on the fact that I was told my insurance was in network. I asked specifically "would my insurance cover a cleaning along with new patient x-rays" I was told yes. On July 3, 2026 I had my appointment. The appointment was great! The customer service was amazing...it lasted three hours. As I went to check out I was told I needed to pay $125 as a co-pay. I asked why it was such a large co-pay, the lady at the front kindly explained her reasoning and made me only pay $100. She told me to call my insurance in a few weeks (since it is in network!) to see if I will get a refund. July 28, 2026 I call my insurance provider to see if I will get reimbursed for such a large co-pay. The insurance provider said Lanier Dental is not in network and that I owe them over $300. I spoke with Lanier dental and asked them to explain why they stated that they were in network, but my bill and insurance is showing otherwise. I was told that I signed a document prior to receiving services stating that I agreed to this. (I have no doubt I definitely signed this) This document was a long document. Do not trust what you are told regarding insurance, do not sign the new patient paperwork without confirming with your insurance provider what will be covered. Ideally a simple phone call to Lanier Dental stating "Will this be covered by my insurance?" should provide clarity on what your bill will look like after a visit.

She explains all the procedures clearly, their benefits and drawbacks as well as the costs. When my decade old implant started failing, she noticed it and referred me to the best dental surgeon in the area. She also makes it a point to match your teeth shade color perfectly- giving you the very best in a movie star smile. If you are considering any type of dental cosmetic procedure, she is the dentist to see north of Jimmy Carter Blvd! Dr Brown is very friendly and her office is modern and nicely decorated. We started seeing him before he joined Lanier Dental Partners, and we followed him there. We all go every 6 months for a cleaning, even during Covid. My children sat in my wife's lap as babies so they wouldn't grow up scared of the dentist. There has also been the occasional dental emergency. EVERY TIME we paid immediately after the appointment was over. For twenty years we have lived at the same address and had the same phone number. Dr Palmer recently retired and I am not very happy with Dr. Patel, his replacement. Recently, every time we go, they insist we fill out a medical history form, even if nothing has changed. The last time I went in for an appointment it was the same thing but then, the woman at the desk asked for a copy of my Driver's License. Remember, for twenty years we pay as soon as the appointment is over and we've lived in the same house. They really have no need to ask for my Driver's License. I decided we would just find another dentist and cancelled all our upcoming appointments. Now, they can legally ask for my Driver's License. However there is a lot of identity theft going on in the world. If hackers can breach large companies like AT&T, Equifax, Visa etc., how easy is it to breach Lanier Dental Partners? I would not advise anyone to have their Drivers License copied unless you have to for insurance reasons. I am in the finance business and 4 or 5 times a year we hear from our clients that someone stole their I.D. Businesses like Lanier Dental Partners have a policy in place that makes your identity accessible. I would think twice before you hand over that information. On February 7, Dr Patel sent me a Certified Letter "firing" us from her practice because I refused to give them my license. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this practice. They only want to check the boxes and have forgotten they are dealing with real people. The letter from Dr. Patel is just one more example. I would have never done this review, but Dr. Patel just went too far. P.S.
