This gal on tbe phone had no comprehension I was FREEZING my butt off and was short of breath. She tried buzzing me in but the door would not open.. It was such a failure on their end. I ended up paying for injections of botox the next day and it was not efective ! I was told that night the owner of EXAlonge severed ties with this company next door to them because of their shaddy budiness practices & unptofessionalism. I am filing a report with the STATE of IL to get my money back & then some for disorganization & lack or care.

Manal did a consultation with me ahead of time to better understand my hair color and cut preferences and worked her magic to help me leave with the desired results.
