This is…read morenot the first time I have had my eyebrows tinted, but it was my first time having my lashes lifted and having these services performed by Emerald Lashes. The lash lift was good. I have very curly lashes, which I have since learned can make it harder to get impactful results from lash lifts but the technician did a great job. The eyebrow tint was not as good. It lasted 2 days, even being careful not to get them wet the first 24 hours. It looked as if I had nothing done by day 3. From the reviews here, I have since learned that Emerald offers a 3-day grace period for any service you are not happy with. Unfortunately, I was traveling on what would have been day 3 so knowing this policy sooner would not have resolved the issue. One additional minor nit picky item. The eyebrow tint was performed in an upright chair. This was the first time I have had any eyebrow service in a chair that did not at least recline a bit, and it was mildly uncomfortable. The staff were very professional (well trained), but not particularly friendly if that makes sense. Overall, it was an okay experience and probably fine for most people.

She does a great job and is so kind and professional. She always responds to my texts timely and try to accommodate me when her booking is really full. If you have questions or concerns she addresses them immediately. She takes her time to explain to you the different type and sizes in lashes and just what may work or not work for you. If you have a lash issue she will try to rectify it quickly. Customer service is a biggie for me and when she exceeded my expectations with that as well as doing a fantastic job on my lashes, I knew I had a permanent home. Her lash job is so clean and precise. I mean you do not know I have lashes on unless I tell you. I get complimented all the time with how natural they look, even by other lash techs who have been in the business for years tell me how wonderful of a job she does. She is also very fast, but it's not rushed at all. I love how you cannot see her glue. There is nothing more unattractive than a lash job where you can see the glue on the lashes. I even have to sometimes look closely at my lashes to see just how they're attached because even I cannot tell because there is such precision of the lash placements and on top of that they last. I am on my third week and I still have a nice amount of lashes still on. I will definitely continue to come here for my beautiful natural looking lash extensions.

I have sensitive skin and had had too many bad experiences with professionals and had given up and resorted to just tweezing. I finally decided to try again since I'm getting married in September and figured this was the time to literally put my best face forward. After lots of research I settled on Mr. Brows and booked a lamination/tint/wax. I showed up at my appointment not sure if I would actually go through with the lamination because I was nervous about how it would turn out. My brow hairs are very long but don't have a good shape and the hairs at the end grow straight down. The first thing Miguel said to me after I arrived was "ok so tell me what you're worried about". He spent time making sure that I was comfortable and would actually be a good candidate before going forward. The process was a breeze and this is also the first time I haven't broken out or gotten burned from a wax. As for the results? I don't know what witchcraft this is but I'm OBSESSED. I honestly did not think my eyebrows could ever have a shape like this and I've gotten so many compliments. I was worried that they would come out too bushy or huge but the great thing about the lamination is that after it sets you can style them to your liking. I've already booked another appointment for before my wedding so that things will be in tip top shape and I'm so excited. This is the only place I will trust with my brows.
