The whole experience took about an hour and was surprisingly relaxing, thanks to her soothing instrumental music and quiet, private salon. After an underwhelming experience at another boutique lash bar downtown, I was skeptical that any lash perm would work on my stubbornly thick natural eyelashes, which stick straight down and have zero curl to them.
