No mess, quick pump and inspection, and they left everything spotless in my backyard (even with all the plants and stuff around the access point). Communication was top-notch from start to finish--morning check-in texts, heads-up when they were en route, and a call number if needed. I've dealt with septic services before, but this was one of the best experiences. Honest, reliable, and they really go the extra mile to make it work for the customer. Not only did John at North County respond, but he also spent a bunch of time on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot my problem and sharing his expert knowledge. After coming out, he quickly dug in, found the problem (a root lifted the outlet line as seen in the photo), fixed it, and charged a fair price. While he was here, I had him put in some manhole covers and an observation port to make servicing easier in the future. All that in about 1/2 a day. I was told it could not be repaired and to put a concrete stepping stone over the hole in the tank. Rightway took no responsibility for damaging the septic tank nor made an attempt to help me with repairs other than telling me I needed to have them install $1000 raisers Amanda, you need to look closely at your photos. Marked punched the hole in the top of my septic tank not the lid. If he would have hit the lid and it broke it could have been replaced without any issues. When you want Prompt…read moreProfessional &Honest, this is the company for you. With so many Septic Companies to pick from these folks performed with an estimate in a timely fashion. Not only that they were honest where as another Septic Company gave us a Bid for 32k for a supposed collapsed septic system and a hefty $650 fee for supposed camera that detected all of that. What a Line of B.S. that was. Thankfully, we were taking bids and these folks, Low and Behold found after further review, it wasn't a collapsed septic system just a 10' damaged pipe. Wow !!!
