I surely wasn't expecting this. Jeff came out to measure the new spot and confirm the scope of work. He was efficient, flexible with his timing, and arrived in the window given. Jeff's quote was not the most expensive nor was it the cheapest. What made us choose Ruff & Ready you ask? Jeff spoke as if what he said would actually happen. And that's how it went! He was transparent, honest, and didn't fluff anything. He got us a quote for the updated work within 24 hours. His office assistant Vanessa answered all our questions and walked us through the timeline of the whole thing, from start to finish, from signing our contract to paying the deposit to when we would begin work to how to pay the remaining balance. Vanessa answered text messages promptly and also answered the phone. No elevator music on the other line, no 'all of our representatives are busy' garbage. The crew who came out was incredible. They were respectful. They didn't blast music or leave trash. They were thorough and adhered to the timeline given. They closed the gate and ensured it was locked each day, which matters to me as a mom with littles. They parked in the street and moved when I needed to get into my garage. Those companies just put bandaids on issues. You get what you pay for! And what we got from Valleyscape was an exceptionally professional, hard working, honest experience. One gentleman came, nice guy, however this is what the issue was: He walked around probably for 10 minutes, showed me a light (average you can get at Amazon) and quoted me $8000 for 23 standard lights and if I wanted color is was going to be $15000 After this he charged his $195. I mentioned if I was getting the quote in writing which I didn't get a clear answer and off he went. I called another company, charged me $3500 for 25 color lights (better lights) and extra transformer and app to turn them on from your phone. My point: if you call Valley Scape, make sure you get another 2 or 3 quotes from other providers because they are probably going to take you for a ride if you are not careful. $3500 versus $15000 is a big difference.

My son had some damage to his irrigation system, where the previous owner put in some weird shit I had never seen before. A connector was broken off and my son could not find a replacement at his local hardware stores. He bought what he was hoping was a replacement online, but it was not correct. I brought the broken item home and went to Temecula Valley Pipe & Supply with it. I found the matching connector in their warehouse and picked up x2 for him. It should work and I will find out in the near future. If it doesn't I will cough it up to the crap system previously installed. If it does I will update this 5 star review with the good news. I highly recommend this business.
