I am a long-time fan of Andrea Kennedy as a teacher, first with yoga and now with the amazing Melt Method. I've practiced yoga, (although not faithfully, I must admit) since the 1970s with a variety of teachers. Andrea is the very best of them. She knows bodies, and she is a healer. In recent years she has been offering classes in The Melt Method and has rocked my soul and body. A means of working with the fascia that connects every part of the body, Melt is better than Acetaminophen for what ails. The restorative aspect for your body is proven with a before and after assessment in each session. It feels great and it is a practice I actually stick with. Andrea and her online classes are a lifesaver for me. Being in the studio with her is the cherry on top.

I purchased a one-week pass and went to the early morning classes nearly every day. The energy, music, the instructors--everything was exactly what I needed. Kate, Emma and Eve were great instructors. I only wish I lived closer (I'm from PA), because I would go all the time. Playlist was fire....duh…read more The no mirror in studio was super comforting as I'm not an intense yogi but was a fun experience. Was nervous to try hot yoga but it was liberating. The lavender towel at the end of session was perfection. The hydrating salt powder water mix I got was delicious. They had sparkling water and motivational cards for yogis to take.

I found Goat Yoga on line and decided when family came down to check it out!…read more It was a blast and the goats were amazing, so adorable, some were really small and others were a bit bigger, but all of them participated in the fun. It was not about the yoga, it was about the goats! So many great pictures. The handlers and instructor were so good with the goats and all participants. We loved the little tiny ones they snuggled, they tried to eat your hair. They even peed on a bride-to-be! It's good luck! I would highly recommend it for anyone, young, older, animal lovers or novice to yoga!

My body was completely relaxed and de stressed, yet I felt invigorated at the same time. If you are ever in Milford I totally recommend you look this place up. Ms. Paige Deiner is the owner of this newly opened business there. She gave an awesome massage, so much so that I plan to return to give her yoga class a try. I travel a bit and love to check out small, comfortable places that offer interesting services like massage, yoga, meditation.
