Extremely frustrating experience. This is the second time I've come in for an appointment I made ahead of time, only to be left waiting over 20 minutes with no explanation. If you're going to overbook, don't call them appointments call them walk-ins. My time matters just as much as anyone else's, and this lack of respect and poor scheduling is unacceptable. Absolutely loved my nails. The owner she was super friendly!! she help me pick out my color and I did a walk in. The gentleman that did my nails did an amazing job. Got my nails done there maybe like 3 weeks which were fine, but I went back a few days ago for a fill and was left unhappy with my results. I went in for a fill and was asked to come back an hour later cus they were busy so I did & I get there and still wait another 35 min. So he finally helps me out & as he's working on my nails, I take a look and see that the fill was poorly done. I pointed out the cracking, the dirt/lint mixed in with the acrylic powder and he didn't even completely file out the black from the previous color. He tried saying that my nail bed was dirty when he was the one who did my fill. Not sure if he was rushing bc another lady wanted to get serviced by him ?? But I still paid and tipped . read more

I really hate to write this review because I had such a good experience the first two times but I feel like I have no choice since if I knew this had happened to someone else I might've thought twice before going again. I went here for a 3rd time trying to get the same gel French tip pedicure that I like and 2/3 way through I start noticing bugs crawling everywhere. On the ground where I left my shoes, on the cart for the equipment and the tools they were using on my toes. I even looked down at one point and saw one in the water bowl i had soaked my toes in. I literally wanted to leave right then when I noticed but I had un cured gel on my feet so I just stayed quiet and waited for the service to be done. Plus the lady that did my nails did an "ingrown" nail cut on me without asking me which I'm pretty sure nail artists aren't allowed to do this only podiatrists can. At the beginning of my service she asked about whether she could file or cut and I told her either was fine since the last two times I had gone there this wasn't an issue and since I thought she was referring to the tops of my nails not pulling ingrown. Plus I had never felt any pain when getting my toes done here beforalthough this was also the first time that I had been serviced by this technician had done my toes the last times it was the man and the other lady. Anyways it was pretty painful and I couldn't stop her by the time she had started doing it because I didn't want to make a scene plus again she had already cut it i only noticed what she was doing when I felt the pain from the her pulling it out. Now my left big toe is in pain the next day and I'm hoping there's no type of infection since obviously things weren't sterile like I initially thought they were. The people working there are really nice and they do a really decent job for the price they charge especially considering how bad other nearby places do while charging extremely high rates. This place could be such a gem but they need to fix these above problems otherwise your just gonna end up paying for a painful and gross experience even though the end result looks good now I feel anxious about an infection on my painful left big toe and literally had to shake out my shoes and purse to make sure I wasn't goi to bring any bugs home. I came today and asked for a French tip and that old guy just placed the acrylic nail on and puts the powder on top and after he files it down he just a top coat on top and says he's done. Usually nails add color under and then draw the French tip but this guy didn't. And yet when I complained about it he said he couldn't fix and then so I simply just asked for a white on top to fix his mistake. read more

I'm very disappointed that I paid this much (16 plus a tip), for a manicure and it wasn't even done properly. They did get me in on time, only a 5 minute wait. But what really bothered me was that I pointed out that I wanted specifically 2 broken nails taken care of. It seemed to be going well and they looked ok. I didn't realize they were not fully trimmed down until later that afternoon when one of them snagged on my sweater. I tried it with the other nail, and sure enough, that one was also not trimmed down enough. What? I thought the girl was there to do the best job she knows how. It's been a couple of years since I last went to this Nail Salon. I recall them doing a good job on a pedicure therefore, decided to return today. I was Sat upon arrival, only to wait for over 1/2 an hour, the female owner, sat another lady next to me & told me that although I had arrived before her, she was going to do her pedicure first as she was a long time client, but that the other worker (new Hispanic looking lady) was going to do my pedicure as she was almost done with the other customer. I told her the reason I had returned was because I had gotten a good pedicure previously by their regular staff, she insisted I try the new lady, who was still busy with the other customer. After waiting with my feet soaking for over 1/2 an hour, I decided to get up & leave. The lady owner assured me the lady was about to help me etc. When I called they assured me they had time to do my pedicure, and I wouldn't have mind waiting if it was not for the owner giving priority to a customer who arrived after me & having me wait for so long. Today they lost a customer. I called my regular place, and they took me immediately. The older couple, "owners", are horrible at applying polish, which is the reason I only wanted a pedicure, no polish.... needles to say, I will NOT BE RETURNING. Came in here because it was recommended to me by a family member. The lady who did my pedi was rough and it was difficult for me to sit through the pedi because it was so painful. I asked her multiple times to be gentle but instead she grabbed my foot and was annoyed and she said "no you have to let yourself, I have to do my job". I'm never coming here again. HAILEYYY is the only reason I've giving this review because the Filipino/Thai reception lady in the front had major attitude for zero reasons. I'm giving this review because Hailey should OWN this joint. I haven't gotten my brows done in over 3 years because the last person who did it threaded off exactly what I said to not do so I lost my trust and needed time to grow my hair back. My brows are known to be pretty perfect. I decided to give this place a try because I was eating just next door and LOOOOVEEED it. Michael and his wife are amazing when it comes to ingrown toenails. I've been going there for the last couple years specifically for ingrown toenail maintenance. They're very thorough and get exactly what needs to come out. I've never been hurt or kinked or had any issues when they've taken them out. But 2 weeks ago I decided to get a pedi and Let me tell u, I got 5 toes infected by there material I went to the ER and they diagnosis the nail salon doesn't disinfect there materials and they don't cut you the proper way. So one thing I absolutely needed was a fill and cut because my nails were just too long..so I called and was able to be seen, maybe 5 minute wait, perhaps it was the time I went in..i went in around noon. Anyway, so I called just to ask how much the fill and cut would be and the guy said it would be $14 for a fill and cut..I made sure to mention that I needed to cut them also because they were long and I wanted them shorter and he said okay about $14-$16 so I said okay I'll be there and asked how long is the wait, he said to go in, I would be seen right away, which I was. I let him do his thing and just let him know the length and to trim the top a bit thinner since the lady prior put too much acrylic and he did and I thought I'm starting to like it and might keep coming back! Well once it came to the polish... girl, let me let the pictures speak for themselves.. I was not happy with the outcome of how it looked on my cuticles. I will say I'm the type of person that liked to give benefit of the doubt to any situation so decided I will give them a second chance to redeem me as a loyal customer and better my review on the quality of their work. No way. Awful. I'm not one for bad reviews, but I have to... I only went because it was rated so high!! It smelled strange looked VERY dirty, pretty sure they didn't use sanitary tools, he didn't even take them out of a fresh packet... No packet involved, just his tools that were sitting there that I'm pretty sure had someone else's skin on them, he was fast but it was BAD. Chipped after an hour of me driving.. Super sloppy, I had to ask to have the edges cleaned up and you can see where he put top coat and where he put the color.. The only reason I would even think about giving them two stars is because they were nice.. I will not be going back or recommending them read more
