June even asked if I wanted a design on my ring finger, and she created the most beautiful flower--I was genuinely impressed by her artistry! The salon itself is very clean, professional, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The total came out to $130, which I found to be very reasonable for the quality of service I received. I am disappointed at your response though I expected nothing less of you- everything I wrote was 100% true. What were my expectations? Well let's see - probably the same as any other clients expectations: not to pay $170 every 2 weeks and then having nails continually falling off. Excuses being made by your salon that it's because I am "stressed" - but never taking accountability that it's your fault and lack of skill of application or perhaps lack of quality of product. But the cherry on top - is making up ridiculous stories that every employee is leaving the salon and the people left don't speak English so they won't be able to assist me. Give people a little more credit Nina, people aren't stupid. For future: just be honest with your clients. If you see your technique of application isn't working - just be honest and say it's better for a client to find a different salon - but don't go making up crazy stories. It makes you look bad and not genuine and it's a very bad way to be in life and very very bad for business. No responses needed! You deserve the 1 star after the way you treated a loyal client. And yes, there are plenty of other nail salons to put up with bad manicures and then fake stories. Honesty goes a long way. Try it sometime :) And if you really want to part amicably as you wrote in your little response - be an honest person and don't go making up crazy fake stories. read more

ALWAYS PERFECT! Nina is lovely as she is talented. Her skills are legendary and she has a vibe about her that is truly unique and relaxing to be around. Whenever I need to get my nails filled or fixed asap she is available and has a chair ready for me. The prices are great as well as the cleanliness of the shop and maintenance of the tools. Every time I come she always gives me a heart warming welcome and goodbye as well as a WONDERFUL hand AND shoulder massage at the end. It has taken me many years, but I have finally found my nail salon! She is fun to talk to and not only is she great but the other ladies that work there are just as friendly and talented as her. I made an appt for 10am on a weekday and I was seen promptly. I got my nails done by Ven(?) I have posted a picture of my French tip pedicure, so you can see her work. Keep in mind, I am a snob for a great pedicure & salon cleanliness, so my standard is high. I requested very short and square for my nails. For my French tip, I do like it very thin. She was able to make it happen. I'd give her 4/5 stars because as you can see some of my nails are filed diagonally, and I've been to other places where the French tip is done neater and I had to ask her a couple times to fix the filing on some of my toenails. Cleanliness: 3/5 stars. I didn't see any labeled containers separating the clean tools from the dirty ones. I saw a mix of used and new files + they did use a used file on my toes. Overall, decent place to get a pedicure, as long as you're not picky as heck like me :) I'm still on the hunt for a place where I say what I want and don't have to keep redirecting the nail artists, as well as a place where cleanliness is up to Board standard. read more

I was searching for a new salon in my area and I'm happy I found this one. I just loved the friendliness when I called and asked for more information and I saw all the good reviews so I said why not since I got a good 1st impression and they accepted me right away instead of turning me away because it was a Friday evening. When I got there Nina attended me and she was so sweet and informative on how I can take better care of my nails after my pedi. Another thing I loved about this place was the cleanness. I have bad OCD and everything was so clean and again Nina was so attentive & she didn't mind that I took in my own color when other salons in the past have made it a big Issue. I wanted to wait a while to give a fair review. It's been about 2/3 weeks and My nails still look amazing and they are French tip and typically after a while they start to chip but not here they look like just the day I left the salon and I can't wait to go back for my next appointment. read more

I got a gel mani and pedi here and I loved it. The service was amazing! The price is very reasonable! I'm definitely coming back.

The salon has a very strong toxic nail polish smell and poor airflow. The nail tools aren't properly washed and disinfected either. They just wash with some diluted soap, brush the tool ends with a brush. Let it sit to dry, and put the tools into bags that make it look like they're sanitary but aren't! The regular pedicure consists of just water and bubbles--nothing special in the soak itself. We called ahead to ask about availability, and the owner said we could come in immediately. We informed them it would take about 35 minutes to get there. She agreed. When we arrived on time, we had to wait approximately 15 minutes before a nail tech became available. Appointments are not strictly honored, as walk-ins are accepted even when there are scheduled clients, causing delays for the clients who come in for their appointments. This could negatively affect the salon's reputation with existing and future clients. I suggest calling the appointment customers if you need to make sure they're coming before taking walk ins on the phone. Just trying to help other future interested customers. They overbook themselves so they don't even have the time to clean their workstations and tools properly in between clients. Not a good look and charging clients prices that are comparable to other nail salons with much better sanitary. A regular pedicure costs $35, and removing old gel is $5, making it $40 for a very basic service. On the positive side, June was very nice and courteous for the pedicures--shout out to her! However, the salon clearly needs more nail technicians, as having only three staff members in total is insufficient. June charged $1 for using a card, she didn't tell me about it before adding on the charge. Not appreciated! read more

Was a bit skeptical when I came in with my bestfriend to get our pedicures done until I sat in Junes chair. I have never in my life liked acrylic on my toes always thought it looked tacky BUT she made it look so natural I will never not get it done as long as it's with June ! The environment is nice and relaxing you don't ever get that feeling that they are speaking bad about you and they actually carry a conversation with you. I wanted to get my nails and toes done before a vacation and happened upon this place. It's a bit hidden in a small shopping center. Parking is a bit hard to find but worth it. I walked in and Nina greeted me. They had all chairs filled but one so I came at a good time. Nina did my hands and June did my toes. Both were pleasant and kind. I hadn't had my hands and toes done in a while so I needed plenty of work. They did a great job and I love how the gel polish looks! Definitely will return if I need work done again. read more

I don't make appointments in advance only to have to wait due to double booking, walk in, late appointment. very nice workers but my nails came out completely different than the inspiration picture shown. Nail tech was a bit too rough on my cuticles and were sore for a day or two after. Aside from the nail design being different from what I requested, they just look rushed. I came in on 7/22 and by the next day two gems had popped off.
