Katherine at the front desk is perhaps the friendliest office manager I've ever met. She always has a big smile and is so empathetic to every patient. I was pretty much back to my normal routine after only 8 weeks post op with physical therapy. Today I am able to walk without pain and ride my bike long distance. My only complaint is that CORE sent me collagen dressings that, according to thier PA, I did not need, I did not order, and I did not know I would be receiving. The box of bandages just showed up on my doorstep. I cannot return them and my insurance did not pay the full cost of them so now I have to pay ~$400 for them.
