I was happy to hear that because my insurance company only covers 30 days of a rental car. But the job ended up taking 37 days which cost me $380 in excess rental car payments. Why did it take 37 days? Terry said his team made a mistake and didn't see the broken light when they took the car apart. And when they did finally realize the light was broken and ordered a replacement, the whole process took 37 days. I asked Terry for a refund of the $380 because it was his own team's oversight. He said NO. He won't give me a dollar. What kind of place is this that admits to making an error but insists on customer paying the costs of their error? AVOID!!
