The last mall dental center had a 2-2.5 hr wait, although I had an appt. They were the only pediatric dental center on my plan so I had no choice. The longest I had to wait at Montgomery was maybe 40 minutes and that only occurred once in the past 3 years I've been coming here. The average wait is about 10-15 minutes. The only complaint is when I needed a root canal I had to do all the f/u with Healthplex. I guess I've been spoiled since NY dentists f/u until the approval comes through but then again Montgomery Mall Dental is the only provider in the entire state of PA that accepts my plan. But other than that I have no complaints. My family and I are pretty happy with them. But then again if they didn't accept my insurance I'd have to go back to NYC for all dental work!
